Hotel Chom Chao City Reviews

I found that the staff were very helpful and friendly plus the airport is 15 minutes away but not much around there you have to get a tuck tuck to get something to eat. The only thing missing was a fridge and something to put your clothes in. It is brand new so I will look forward to revisiting there in the future

Not a tourist area but there are some coffee shops and Cambodia food nearby. Neighborhood is mostly suburban households, clean and quiet. $3.00 for airport shuttle.

It's really clean and nice. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15-minute walk. I arrived late at night and was able to check in.

An affordable hotel with decent room facilities and in line with the expectations of its guests. The surrounding environment is quiet, but the supporting shops and restaurants are far away, so it is recommended to shop/eat first before checking in. There is a parking lot available. It is suitable for those who are simply on a business trip and are afraid of noise.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The front desk service is very attentive and the price/performance ratio is very good. It is only a 10-minute drive from Phnom Penh International Airport, which is very convenient. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

The location is remote and you have to walk several kilometers to eat. The facilities and sanitation are OK. After staying for three days, we had instant noodles and boiled some hot water in a kettle. We were charged $5, which we didn’t give. It’s a nice place with beautiful environment and cleanliness. If the front desk is not in the mood, we will change hotels. Can't speak Chinese either.

There were no slippers or a kettle. I arrived at 12 noon and even though there was a room available, I was told that I would not be allowed to check in early even though I had a lot of nice words to say. I was told that I had to catch a flight early the next morning and I would not be allowed to check out. It was a no-brainer and I might not be able to check in in the future. Checking in

Value for money, at this price, the hygiene and service are okay. It’s a new hotel opened by locals. The road section is good, but there are no slippers.
