Actually, there is a WING building opposite the Takanawa exit of JR Shinagawa Station. Just walk straight inside from the building and the outdoor escalator. Apparently there won't be a dolphin show after the renovation, so I went to see it for my kids before then.The stage is small, so the distance is very close, and it's very impressive.The inside of the building is small and seems to be suitable for toddlers to elementary school students.
