[I decided to eat the Michelin plate recommendation last night, which was much better than the Michelin two-star PEACEFUL I had in Amsterdam before! Don’t underestimate the abstinence soup in the middle, Japanese eel soup is still rare in Europe and the United States. On a stormy night, a bowl of Asian-style hot soup is so precious!
Remember to reserve a seat by the window, the view is great. This restaurant has the best view in Amsterdam. The food here is also good. After all, it is a Michelin restaurant, and the foie gras is delicious.
Seats surround the open kitchen, where you can enjoy the entire cooking process.

This is a highly recommended restaurant in Amsterdam. Everything was presented so perfectly and tasted really good, with the wine pairings really highlighting the flavours.
Enjoy a unique park view, with dishes as exquisite as works of art

Because this is the kind of environment, it is also one of our favorite places. It is worth mentioning that the cashier counter shocked me. Only tall Dutch people can fit such a high counter.
A French restaurant that combines tradition and modernity, with a retro and elegant ambiance

Vinkeles restaurant is well worth a visit for dinner. Its French cuisine skillfully combines classic flavors with modern creativity, and was awarded one Michelin star at the end of 2009. At the same time, the ancient historical charm and modern new look make the Amsterdam canal picturesque!
I was very impressed with this culinary experience. The wine was top notch and matched the dish. It blended together and it was really well thought out.

Whether it's the environment or the food, it looks very "organic". . It looks like a restaurant run with care, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, with an organic vegetable garden, and recommends the whipped beef, which is very, very fresh.
A Mediterranean-style organic restaurant. The restaurant's daily menu is set according to the fresh ingredients of the day, and these ingredients are basically from the restaurant's own greenhouse and nursery. Freshly picked fruits and vegetables, still dripping with water, paired with local organic fish, topped with sweet and refreshing juice, awesome!!

An exquisite dining experience. From the moment you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted and ushered into a gastronomic fantasy land. Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations. Wine pairings were perfect. A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.
One of the most innovative, creative, playfully sophisticated and elegant dining experienes I've ever had! Deserves a second star. Hats off to the chef!

The biggest feature of the products here is that they are very exquisite. When I say exquisite, I mean in terms of portion size and appearance. The portion size is exquisite, but the taste is quite good. It is very suitable for a few friends to come over and chat.
The restaurant is also quite famous in Amsterdam because it is close to the port and has an unbeatable sea view. However, I personally think their dishes are really average and a little expensive, but the drinks are quite delicious.

The salmon sashimi in this restaurant is really good, especially the salmon sashimi, which can be described as absolutely delicious. And their sea cucumber soup is so delicious that it's mind-blowing. The dishes are especially fresh.
I always miss Japanese sukiyaki in Europe. After trying so many sukiyaki restaurants, I finally found it in Yamazato in Amsterdam. This time I chose ordinary beef, which tasted good. The only thing that could be improved is that all the meat is cooked for you at once, so it gets a little cold later. [evil smile][evil smile][evil smile]
I had a big meal on the last night before returning home. I accidentally booked the Michelin one-star The White Room one day in advance. I ordered a set meal of 6 dishes. It took more than two hours to finish the meal. I ate one by one. The last two ice creams were not sent out. The venison with red wine sauce was super harmonious. It was more tender than the one in the Hyatt Hotel in Cologne. I was so full that I burst while watching the exquisite French food.
The chef of this restaurant used to work at a Michelin three-star restaurant, so his skills are very good. You can tell from the pictures. The cocktails are top-notch, the desserts are delicious, and the decoration is also very authentic.
