Mingtang Mountain is located in Yuexi County, Anhui, in the hinterland of Dabie Mountain, with an altitude of 1563 meters. There are five scenic spots in Mingtang Main Peak Xiongqi District, Qingsongling Qisong District, Hulu River Xiushui District, Moon Xiuya District, and Gujingyu Adventure District. It is a scenic spot with few people and beautiful scenery. It is better to escape the summer heat or when the azaleas bloom in May.
Exciting! We tried all sorts of thrilling, near-death experiences at high altitudes. The old saying, "There's always a mountain higher than the next," rings true. Mountain climbing is a true test of both physical fitness and courage. The wind at the top was so strong it blew off a pair of glasses and a hat.

Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall is really a place worth visiting. As soon as you enter the scenic area, you can feel the fresh air, which is a unique scent mixed with soil, grass and flowers, which makes people feel relaxed and happy.
Walking along the winding path, unknown wild flowers bloom along the way, red, yellow, purple, dotted with stars, dotted this green world. When you hear a roar faintly, you will speed up your pace, and suddenly you will see a huge white water curtain cascading down from a hundred-meter-high cliff. It is magnificent, like a thousand troops roaring, the water violently hits the rocks, splashing water, forming a large area of water mist. Under the refraction of the sun, a series of gorgeous rainbows span the waterfall, like a dream, as if it is a bridge to the fairyland, and you will be deeply shocked by the uncanny craftsmanship of nature.
The scenic area also has a lot of attractions. For tourists who like excitement, there are projects such as "Kissing Waterfall Swing", "Flying Fly", and "High-altitude Zipline", which can make people experience the thrill of adrenaline rush; for tourists who want to relax, they can also choose to take a cruise around the lake, bamboo raft, or experience lying rafting, leisurely enjoying the lake and mountains and the beautiful scenery on both sides.
Monkey River Canyon is also a highlight of the scenic area. The canyon is full of peaks and jagged rocks. The stream at the bottom of the valley is gurgling and clear. Walking along the trail beside the stream, you can feel the cool mountain breeze. Looking at the stones of various shapes in the river valley, you can imagine their stories of being polished over the years. The vines in the canyon are lush and green. Occasionally, you can see a few birds singing on the branches, adding a bit of vitality to this quiet canyon.
In terms of supporting facilities, the scenic area has very convenient transportation. The Huangwei Expressway Exit of Jiguang Expressway is only 1.5 kilometers away from the scenic area, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists. The scenic area also has complete dining and accommodation facilities. The Rainbow Island Resort Service Area has guest rooms and restaurants of various grades to meet the needs of different tourists.
You can't enter the park directly if you buy tickets online. You have to exchange tickets at three manual windows. There was a long queue on May 2, which delayed me for a long time. It takes about 2 hours to walk around the scenic area. The design is unreasonable and I don't think it's necessary to walk through it. In general, the reception capacity of the scenic area is insufficient, and I probably won't go there again.
