Everyone's saying it's incredibly impressive, judging by the reviews. I imagined the Vairocana Buddha to be huge, but it's actually just okay. Everyone, keep your expectations low, haha. I also recommend hiring a tour guide; I can't quite understand the guide using the scenic area's electronic audio guide. The commercial street outside the scenic area is quite well-maintained. I suggest either arriving early to explore the grottoes and then wandering around and eating, or arriving late in the afternoon to visit the night show. They say it doesn't light up until around 7 or 8, so I didn't wait too late.
When we went there, we asked for a tour guide so that we could better understand the historical background. The scenic area was very shocking and not very tiring. It is suitable for all ages. The 5A scenic area is definitely worth a visit.

Mount Tai is definitely worth a visit. This is my second time climbing from Hongmen. I always climb in the morning and descend in the afternoon, making it a straight line all day. It's very convenient. The scenery is beautiful!
Mount Tai is still worth a visit. Besides Mount Tai, Tai'an also has good food. I recommend the Taishan No. 1 Basket. Don't eat too much of one flavor, or you'll get sick of it. The fried chicken and pancakes are also very good, but avoid the internet-famous restaurants like Lao Moumou and Moumoucai. The fried chicken is good, but the sauce flavor is lacking, and the pancakes are served in a bag. If you want to eat these, I recommend going to a specialized, freshly made pancake shop. The larger ones have stir-fried dishes inside. I've been to Mount Tai four times, and twice had the scallion pancakes at Zhaoji, which were pretty good.

I stayed in Jinan for four days and three nights to watch Jay Chou's concert, and also took the opportunity to see the famous Baotu Spring. It was very convenient to take a taxi to the ticket office and scan the code to buy tickets to enter the park. I went to both of Kaifeng's two major parks. Wansui Mountain is suitable for young people, while Qingming Shanghe Park is more suitable for children and the elderly. The Jin Dynasty generals are more funny and interactive. The amusement facilities in the Royal Park are free to play unlimitedly. The children are very happy and the actors are very dedicated. They really jumped into the water. The only problem is that the parking is not as friendly as Wansui Mountain. Parking fees are charged. It is recommended to park in Parking Lot 2, which is cheaper.

The Jin Temple Museum and Tianlongshan Scenic Area are located together, so you can buy separate tickets. If you're only going to the museum, I recommend parking in P3, which is less crowded and closer, but you won't be able to see all of Jin Temple Park. The entire park is beautiful, and the architecture of the museum is exquisite. I didn't expect it to be so crowded on a non-weekend holiday.
Outside the Jin Temple is a huge park that was built later and is completely free. Inside are historical buildings that require admission, which is well worth a visit. There are various historical and cultural buildings and ancient trees.

Pingyao Ancient City is quite large. There are electric cars (10 yuan per trip) that go from the parking lot at Xiaoximen to the ancient city. There are many of these cars at the entrances of the city's tourist attractions. You need to buy a pass to visit the attractions in the ancient city.
Compared to all the famous ancient cities in China, Pingyao Ancient City can truly be described as a truly ancient city. It retains the features of an ancient city, with its escort agencies, banks, government offices, City God Temple, and Confucian Temple all well-preserved. The only drawback is the lack of signage leading into the ancient city. I wonder if the scenic area is deliberately trying to encourage electric taxi drivers to take advantage of short journeys, but they're taking detours to justify the distance and charge a ten-yuan fare per person. After visiting the Iron Tower, I followed the navigation instructions and walked to the Anyuan Gate city wall. From there, I entered Wansui Mountain, which is located right next to the city wall. Wansui Mountain is a large, modern tourist attraction with diverse functions. There's a children's area featuring cartoon characters, a Chinese Paladin area, a Water Margin City, and an intangible cultural heritage area. The performances are diverse and rich in content. I mainly watched the iron flower show, which was quite impressive, showcasing the fusion of modern and agricultural civilization.
Exit the south gate of Wansui Mountain and head to the Bianhe River ferry terminal opposite the Qingming Riverside Park underground parking lot. Scan the QR code to board the round-trip boat. The tour covers the section of the Imperial River during the Northern Song Dynasty, returning near the Bao Zheng Temple. Along the way, there are many man-made attractions and small performances. Because of the rain, the night market at the Bao Zheng Temple was closed, so I returned without getting off the boat.
