It has convenient transportation, good environment, unique exterior design and is full of artistic atmosphere. The exhibits are complete in variety and cost-effective, which is worth visiting.
【Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center】 The Aliyev Cultural Center, completed in May 2012, is a classic work of the late avant-garde architect Zaha Hadid. As a landmark building in Baku and even the country. Under the auspices of Ilham Aliyev, the current president of Azerbaijan, the cultural center held a pre-opening ceremony on May 10, 2012. The building is named after the current president. The Aliyev Cultural Center is both a modern translation of the temperament of Islamic architecture and a rebellion against the rigid architecture of the Soviet era. Zaha is like a wizard waving a magic wand, integrating Islamic culture, natural forms and avant-garde art, creating a series of huge pleated skins and open and flowing spaces that are integrated with the urban environment. The high degree of completion of the Aliyev Cultural Center also made Zaha call it her most theoretical work. The Azerbaijan government allocates 6 billion US dollars every year to build public buildings. After Zaha won the international competition, the abundant funds gave architects a high degree of creative freedom, making the design and construction of the cultural center less affected by external factors. Strong economic support ensured that the project was completed with high difficulty, high quality and high completion, and also allowed us to see the orderly facade, transparent and clean curtain wall and exquisite and stable structure of the Aliyev Cultural Center today. Standing on the square and looking at the Aliyev Cultural Center from a distance, it seems that a gray-white concrete plane is peeled off from the ground and expanded into two peaks, and the surface expands, splits, flows and rises in the air. In the clear topological structure of the site, the building itself is an eruption node, and its climax is at the highest point of the roof at 80 m. Zaha's first work in China was the Guangzhou Grand Theater, and the Beijing Galaxy SOHO building complex, Nanjing Youth Olympic Center, Hong Kong Polytechnic University Building and Beijing Daxing International Airport were also created by her. Address: 1 Heyd?r ?liyev prospekti, Bak? 1033 Azerbaijan Time: 11:00-18:00 Closed on Mondays, but mainly for appearance English name: Heydar Aliyev Centre

One of the oldest buildings in the old city, it is adjacent to the Caspian Sea coast. It has 8 floors and each floor window has defense facilities. It is also one of Azerbaijan's national business cards. Bending your waist and hunching your back, walking on the high and low steps, you may bump your head if you are not careful [covering your face J The city walk in the old city of Baku can consume enough calories
【Maiden Tower】 Baku The Maiden Tower is located in the center of the old city of Baku, close to the Caspian Sea. It is part of the Khan Palace complex built in the 12th century. The tower is 27 meters high and has 8 cylindrical floors. Each floor can accommodate more than 50 people. There is a well inside, and the water is cool and sweet all year round. There are defense facilities on each window of the tower. You can pour hot molten lead or throw burning oil torches to resist the attack of foreign enemies. The Maiden Tower also withstood the great earthquake in 1304. Many residential houses were razed to the ground, but it was safe and sound. There are different opinions about the origin of the tower's name. One said that there was a pair of lovers in the past. The girl was rich and the boy was poor. The girl's father did not agree with the marriage and locked the girl in the tower. In order to show her loyalty to love, the girl jumped into the turbulent Caspian Sea under the tower with hatred, and the boy also died for love; another saying is that during the war, this tower protected countless girls from being ravaged by foreign enemies, so it got this beautiful name. Tickets: 15 manat, you can climb to the top Address: Maiden Tower, Bak?, Azerbaijan Time: 9:00-18:00

Gobustan National Rock Park is located 50 miles west of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and is about an hour's drive away. It was part of the Shamakhi District from 1930 to 1943 and from 1960 to 1990, and was renamed in 1990 when it was restored.
We asked the front desk guy at the hotel to book a one-day tour. The price was more reasonable and reliable than those sold outside, and a brand new Mercedes-Benz business car came to serve us. The one-day tour has four stops, Gobustan, Mud Volcano, Fire Temple, and Everlasting Fire. The first stop, Gobustan, is the most beautiful of the four attractions that day, with its amazing rocks.

The National History Museum of Azerbaijan is very small and is located in a very inconspicuous building. I am interested in how it has played its role in recording the development of Azerbaijan, especially the war and conflicts with Armenia, as well as the relations with Russia, Turkey and China. The first map in the exhibition is quite meaningful, declaring the sovereignty of the disputed territories between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This makes me look forward to going to the National Museum of Armenia next time, what kind of voice will it make? This may be one of the charms of the museum [sly smile]
This is the largest museum in the country, and the main exhibit is the general history of Azerbaijan, covering the period from prehistory to the annexation of Azerbaijan to the Soviet Union in 1921. The museum is located in the mansion of Zeynalabdin Tağıyev, a pre-revolutionary Azerbaijani oil tycoon and philanthropist, so after the general history exhibition, there is also an exhibition on his life and a restoration of some of his houses.

Located at the highest point of the old city of Baku, the Shirvanshah Palace was built in the 15th century and is a shining pearl in the history of Azerbaijan architecture. The main entrance of the palace is decorated with a gatehouse and is located on the west side of the palace. The stairs of the gatehouse lead to the high octagonal hall with a dome. In 2000, the Shirvanshah Palace was listed as a World Cultural Heritage along with the old city of Baku.
Shirvanshahs palace a 15th-century palace built by the Shirvanshahs and described by UNESCO as "one of the pearls of Azerbaijan's architecture". It is located in the Inner City of Baku, Azerbaijan and, together with the Maiden Tower, forms an ensemble of historic monuments inscribed under the UNESCO World Heritage List of Historical Monuments. I enjoyed very much! felt history and beauty of palace.

[Flame Towers] Baku Flame Towers is a modern urban style luxury residential project, consisting of three independent flame-shaped skyscrapers. The entire project cost about 350 million US dollars. It is a typical landmark building that not only continues the historical imprint of the city, but also incorporates the latest international architectural elements. This unique and novel design is inspired by Baku's historical nickname "City of Fire". The fire temple and the endless fire all show that the local residents have worshipped the source of fire since ancient times. The Flame Towers are located on a hill near the port in the city center. The three dynamic flame buildings are of different heights, each with different performances: the main building (theater) enjoys the highest visibility in the city and is clearly visible from different angles of the city. It can be said to be the first gathering point in Baku, with high-end office buildings and large commercial centers as the main buildings; the 190-meter luxury residential building on the south side is also the tallest of the three buildings, with 130 luxury suites distributed proportionally on the 39 floors inside. The excellent urban bay view adds more splendid colors to each luxury house; the Flame Tower at the north corner is fully taken over by the world's top hotel chain Fairmont Hotels, with a total of 318 luxury rooms on 36 floors. Address: 9R5G+QJV, Bak?, Azerbaijan
The Flame Hotel is a classic building in Baku! It is very beautiful and majestic! Also known as the Flame Towers. You can overlook the Caspian Sea! The hotel is a five-star hotel, more modern and with newer facilities than the Four Seasons Hotel.

This is also a worthwhile tourist attraction in Azerbaijan. The air is fresh and the environment is pleasant. There are exquisite buildings and magnificent murals, which is one of the highlights of this trip.
The Sheki Palace at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains is most famous for its window grilles, which are all handmade and have mortise and tenon joint structures. Next to it is a production factory where you can visit the entire production process.

[Fire] There are still many fire-worshiping cultures in Azerbaijan. Fire, in Azerbaijan, holds a very important position. The temple of fire, 30 kilometers from the capital Baku, is famous worldwide, that is, the place with eternal fire ~ "fire squall". A long fire burns quietly in the center of the courtyard. The surrounding huts are actually a detailed introduction to the history and allusions of the temple. In fact, the original real Changming fire was extinguished in the 19th century due to the exhaustion of underground resources, and now what I see is actually the Changming fire of natural gas that was manually re-connected in the former Soviet period. Ticket: 4 Manat Time: 10:00-19:00 Address: C285+5CR, Bak?, Transportation: Metro Line 1, Take the gara garayev station. Transfer to bus 191.
Ateshgah (Persian, meaning "land of fire", that is, there is a place of fire, the place of sacrifice of the flame), located in the northeast of Baku city, it was built very early, repeatedly destroyed, today see the castle-style buildings are mostly 18th century relics. Fire has been included in the world.
