I'm a regular runner, and I came here because of the plateau. After two and a half hours of stopping and starting, I didn't feel tired at all. Surprises are always pleasant surprises. We had a blast! One ticket gives you three days of worry-free entry and exit. There's a map at the entrance, and a QR code gives you access to different time slots. There's no end to the things to see and do. The actors are incredibly dedicated. The Tokyo Dream Hua show was incredibly high-tech and visually impactful. Overall, it's a great value, and a place I'd love to visit again.

Stepping into the park feels like stepping back into the Northern Song Dynasty's Bianjing capital. The winding Bian River, the Rainbow Bridge, and the ancient buildings line the streets. The streets and alleys are filled with staff and NPCs dressed in Song Dynasty costumes, creating a truly captivating atmosphere.
The live-action performances are truly incredible! "Dream of the Eastern Capital" features dazzling lights and stunning spectacle, evoking the prosperity of Bianjing in the past. "Yue Fei Challenges the Young Prince of Liang" features exquisite horsemanship and a thrilling plot, making your blood boil. Traditional crafts like blowing sugar figurines, making dough figurines, and shadow puppetry are also on display, offering surprises at every turn.

One of the things I was particularly looking forward to during this trip to Shanxi was the abundance of ancient buildings and the vast gardens. The environment was comfortable, and it wasn't very hot in September, with a cool breeze that was pleasant. There were still quite a few visitors.
The scenic area's shuttle service was average, but the fare was cheap. There was nowhere to put the stroller on the bus, and the staff just watched and refused to help. The service was lacking.
The guide we hired was quite good at explaining the tour.

The Hanging Temple is located on the cliffs of Cuiping Peak, west of Jinlong Gorge on Hengshan Mountain, south of Hunyuan City in Shanxi Province. Built in the 15th year of the Taihe reign of the Northern Wei Dynasty (491 AD), it is the only remaining temple in China that combines Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. Because of its steepness, the number of people who can reach the summit is limited each day, making it difficult to buy tickets. While the Ctrip VIP membership is a bit more expensive, firstly, you get a ticket and secondly, you don't have to wait in lines, which start at two hours, saving time. Very good.
It's worth it, saving me a few hours of queuing. Even if I was willing to queue, I couldn't get a ticket, but I was satisfied with spending a little more money. The explanation lady is very beautiful!

What time can I redeem my silver bills for refrigerator magnets? I arrived at Hanyuan Pier at 3:20, and the security guard said the staff weren't at work yet. The wild animal area was super fun; each entrance felt like Jurassic World. I highly recommend buying some meat to feed the animals; it creates a uniquely interactive experience. The queues were also well-designed, allowing for close-up views of many of the animals. The train ride outside was also perfect for self-driving, allowing you to explore at your own pace. The scenery was also beautiful, making it a great place for families or friends to go out together!
It's very convenient to drive an hour from the city. I took the train instead of driving myself. The train had staff explaining things and I learned a lot. It was very good. The interaction with the bears in the wild animal area was very good. I arrived at 10:30 and didn't finish the tour until 4:00. I missed the live Capybara a little regretfully, but the overall experience was very good.
