As the official residence of the Governor-General of Zhili during the Qing Dynasty, the Zhili Governor-General's Office Museum is a vivid embodiment of "a governor-general's office reflecting half of the history of the Qing Dynasty." The entire complex is symmetrically distributed along the central axis. The blue bricks and gray tiles, and the upturned eaves and corners exude the solemnity and order of official architecture. The wooden structures of the ceremonial gate, the main hall, and the second hall are well preserved, and the painted decorations on the beams and rafters are still faintly visible despite the passage of time. Being inside, one can almost touch the texture of history.
Online shopping is convenient and fast; you can buy and use it immediately. The Zhili Governor-General's Office is very large and famous. You can take your time to look around inside, as there are several exhibition halls where you can learn a lot about the development and changes of Zhili during the Qing Dynasty.

Baishi Mountain truly lives up to its name as the "Head of Taihang Mountains"—the scenery is absolutely stunning! This time, I even saw snow. We were lucky enough to catch a promotion at the scenic area with great discounts on tickets and cable cars. We took the cable car from the East Gate round trip, ascending from Jiucaiyuan Square to Foguang Peak, then descending back down the middle route. Climbing to the top of Taihang Mountains, we had a breathtaking panoramic view of all the surrounding peaks! 👍👍👍
As expected of a 5A-level scenic area, the cable car, electric vehicles, service staff, scenic area construction, and attraction maintenance are all excellent! The shaped rocks, entertainment projects, and greenery are all well worth seeing; nature's brushstrokes are truly beautiful!

It's well worth a visit. It's hard to truly experience Xiong'an just in the city. I think the essence of Xiong'an lies both in the sky and underground. A visit there can bring many new entrepreneurial ideas, and the current policies in Xiong'an are also very good. I had a very good impression of Xiong'an. It would take about an hour to explore it carefully. There were plenty of front desk staff and ample parking. I highly recommend it. It's also not far from the outlet mall, so you can go there for dinner and shopping after your visit.
The ticket price of 20 yuan is relatively expensive. It is actually just an exhibition hall that introduces the history and future planning of Xiongan. It only takes half an hour to finish the tour.

Rugged canyons, gurgling streams, a ray of sky, alpine meadows, hanging gardens, and a sea of clouds. For those with the energy and avid hikers, experience the canyon's depths and coolness.
It's really cool inside and the view is superb. A small suggestion is not to enter through the side door, it's not as cheap as the main entrance because you need the cloud cableway to get to the side door.

Before I came here, I thought it was just a check-in. After entering the park and looking around, I was surprised. There are so many things to see in the park. It's very interesting to take a picture of the guide map and follow the map.
The Ancient Lotus Pond, a nationally protected cultural relic site in Baoding, Hebei Province, China, is known as the "Urban Penglai" and the "Pearl of Ancient Gardens in North China." Centered by the pond, the garden integrates mountains, water, towers, terraces, pavilions, and pavilions, showcasing the classical garden style of "beautiful in the south and majestic in the north." The blooming lotus flowers in summer are its most iconic sight.

Visit the Tai Mausoleum in the Western Qing Tombs in Baoding. The Tai Mausoleum is the burial site of Emperor Yongzheng and the principal mausoleum of the Western Tombs. Built between 1730 and 1736, it houses the emperor, Empress Xiaojingxian, and Imperial Noble Consort Dunsu. It exemplifies the imperial mausoleums of the Qing Dynasty, incorporating traditional feng shui principles, Confucian rituals, and exquisite architectural craftsmanship, embodying the supremacy of imperial power and the Confucian hierarchy. Located at the foot of Yongning Mountain in Yi County, the mausoleum is nestled between the Yongning Mountain to the north and the Yishui River to the south. Surrounded by the Nine Dragon and Nine Phoenix Mountains, it forms a feng shui formation characterized by "a place where heaven and earth gather and yin and yang converge." The Chang Mausoleum of the Jiaqing Emperor is closed due to renovations and is represented by stone statues along its sacred path.
If you are traveling by car, you can get a map at the tourist service center or hire a tour guide to visit each mausoleum along the circular route. The parking fee is 10 yuan per time. The ticket is universal and very convenient. The most important thing is that there are few people, so you can enjoy the tour in peace, and parking is also very convenient.

Stepping into Baiyangdian, it's like entering a water town dream forgotten by time. The sun shines on the water, sparkling, and the reeds in the distance are like a green ocean. The breeze blows, and the reeds rustle, playing the music of nature. Sitting in a small boat and shuttling through it, you can see small fish and shrimps swimming in the clear lake water, and occasionally startle one or two water birds, flapping their wings and flying away. Every bay and every lotus leaf here is full of poetry, which makes people intoxicated. The most unforgettable thing is the experience of going to Yedian. I contacted the boss in advance, and the boatman he arranged was enthusiastic and practical. Not only did he take us to appreciate the most beautiful scenery, but he also helped the children pick the lotus pods they had been thinking about. Lunch was at a local restaurant that had been open for 19 years, and we tasted the special food of Baiyangdian. The crayfish was tasty, and the lotus leaf egg pancakes were also unique. Baiyangdian, without the hustle and bustle of the city, gave me a feast for the soul with its simple water village scenery, allowing me to truly feel the gentleness and beauty of nature.
Compared with the last visit to Baiyangdian in 2014, the cruise ship terminal is several kilometers away from the parking lot. Back then, we drove directly to the lake to board the ship, but now we take a bus to the terminal. The shore infrastructure has been significantly improved, making it suitable for large-scale group tours. Last time we took a small speedboat, this time we took a hand-cranked wooden boat. The only thing that has not changed is the salted duck eggs, which are still of good quality. I bought them for 100 yuan last time, but this time I bought 6 for 10 yuan.

The Huai Army Headquarters was built by Li Hongzhang under imperial decree. It is one of the best-preserved Qing Dynasty Hui-style ancestral halls and a cluster of ancient buildings in northern China, primarily featuring Qing Dynasty wooden structures. Admission is 25 yuan per person; free for those 60 years and older.
The architecture is beautiful, a fusion of northern and southern styles. The stage is fantastic, and you can even go up to the second floor to enjoy it. There were big performances every night during National Day, and I even caught a Peking Opera performance by a kid during the day, which was beyond my expectations!

Langya Mountain is worth a visit, a mountain of heroes, to listen to the stories of the 47 Langya warriors! The blood of the heroes has long been dissolved into nature, and the mountains, forests, mountain streams, peaks, and the clouds between the mountains are full of heroic praises!
Langya Mountain, formerly known as Langshan. Located on the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain in the west of Yi County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, it consists of five groups of thirty-six peaks. It is named because of its numerous peaks, ruggedness, and wolf-tooth-like appearance. In 1941, the Japanese invaders carried out a "mopping-up" of the North China base area. In order to cover the safe transfer of the large troops, squad leader Ma Baoyu, deputy squad leader Ge Zhenlin, and soldiers Hu Delin, Hu Fucai, Song Xueyi and other five people, fought fiercely with the enemy for 5 hours and repelled the Japanese army's 4 charges. After firing the last bullet, the five warriors bravely jumped off the cliff. Ma Baoyu, Hu Delin, Hu Fucai died heroically. After Ge Zhenlin and Song Xueyi jumped off the cliff, they were hung on the branches of the cliff and survived, writing a moving anti-Japanese heroic deed. The main attractions are: Lotus Peak, Qipantuo, Stone Qipan, Cangu Temple, Laojun Hall, Warrior Exhibition Hall, Warrior Memorial Tower, etc. Tourism information: Opening hours: Spring and summer: 7:00-17:00. Autumn and winter: 8:00-16:00. Ticket information: 80 yuan. (Online: 78 yuan). Transportation information: (for reference) Bus: Baoding Passenger Transport Center Station: Take the scenic area through bus to arrive, Then, start the tour Self-driving: Navigation location: Langyashan Scenic Area Parking Lot.
