I've visited the Wannan Ancient Town and wasn't impressed. The ticket is valid for seven days, which is a good thing. The parking lot is too far from the entrance, making it difficult for those with mobility issues.
Although the ticket price for Heshun Ancient Town is relatively high, the long duration of the tour makes it a great value! The ancient town is large and has a wide variety of scenery. Visiting a different area every day is a real treat!

I knew Tengchong had hot springs, but I had no idea they were so intense. Steam filled the valley, making it feel like I was in a steamer. It was a first-time experience. The temperature was over 96 degrees Celsius. I tried it, and it was scalding. At the top, there was a large pot-like structure with a pool of turquoise water boiling. Someone was selling potatoes and eggs steamed in the residual heat from the pot... They were delicious! I even had a foot bath there; it was so relaxing!
Tengchong Rehai Scenic Area is a hot spring destination brimming with magic and charm. Dotted with numerous gas springs and hot springs, the area is enveloped in mist, creating a sense of wonderland. The Rehai Big Boiling Pot is the star attraction, boasting a water temperature of approximately 96°C. While immersion is prohibited, the boiled eggs sold poolside are a unique delicacy that will captivate you. Along the circular trail, you'll encounter a variety of springs, including the Pregnancy Well, Spectacle Spring, and Pearl Spring, each with its own unique name and story. Tengchong Rehai Scenic Area also offers two hot spring bathing areas: Jade Valley and Beauty Pool. The Valley boasts over 20 unique hot spring pools, while the Beauty Pool is a natural spa paradise, offering both physical and mental relaxation. After exploring the area, enjoy the local cuisine at one of the scenic area's restaurants or stay overnight at a hotel to fully experience the charm of this magical hot spring destination.

The volcanic ruins are actually not very interesting, especially climbing up. It is very tiring and there is nothing to see. It is just a big round pit with weeds growing inside. There is basically no viewing and entertainment activities. But the volcanic cone in the distance is very beautiful and the horizon is very broad.
The main attractions in the volcano park are Dakong Mountain and Xiaokong Mountain. The electric cars at the entrance of the scenic area will stop at their respective locations. Dakong Mountain requires more physical strength. Since there are elderly people and children in our group, we directly chose Xiaokong Mountain. It has more than 70 steps and is very friendly. We can easily reach the top, then go around it and return by the same route.

I bought the Grand Pass, I don't know if it will be available in the future, it's very cost-effective and you can play all the projects in it. The scenery of lakes and mountains, people are like in a painting, the scenery is beautiful, and it doesn't make your feet tired.
The ecological environment is super good. Take a bamboo raft from Pier 1 to Pier 2 and then walk to Pier 3. Most water activities are concentrated at Pier 3. Finally, take a sightseeing bus back to the door.

Although I bought the entrance ticket, there are many courtyards in the village that charge a fee or allow taking photos, which is too commercial. Apart from this, the scenery and atmosphere are still good.
This time I checked in at Tengchong Ginkgo Village. The overall experience was pretty good, and I give it four stars. I came here for the beautiful scenery of ginkgo trees, but unfortunately the itinerary was arranged earlier. When I arrived, most of the ginkgo leaves were still green, with sporadic golden leaves dotted among them. I didn't see the spectacular golden scenery of the mountains and plains as I imagined, which was a bit regrettable. However, the village itself is very charming, with quaint farmhouses and winding alleys. Walking through it, you can feel the quiet and leisurely rural atmosphere. The local villagers are also very hospitable, and the special farm dishes are delicious, which makes this journey a little warmer. It is recommended that friends who want to come must pay attention to the best viewing period of ginkgo in advance. I believe that when the leaves are all yellow, this place will be stunningly beautiful!

Very good experience. The environment is very good. The staff is also very responsible and very patient. This is the best hot spring I have ever been to. The receptionist at the front desk is also very good. Overall, I had a very happy time.
The spa at Angsana is really great. There are many types of outdoor hot spring pools, the environment is very beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and there are also treatments. We decided to go to the hot springs on a last minute basis and bought swimsuits on site. All the staff were very welcoming. The bath towels were warm and freshly disinfected. We went in the evening and many guests had already left. We had almost the entire outdoor facilities of the hot springs to ourselves. The experience was extremely perfect.

If you come to Teng to soak in hot springs, don't miss the Dongshan Hot Spring Village, which has a super good value for money. It has a swimming pool and more than 30 hot spring pools, a steam room, and good service. The prices of ordering food in the restaurant are also affordable.
Online ticket purchase is affordable and cost-effective. There are more than 20 hot spring pools of different sizes. A towel and ginger tea are provided free of charge. The service is thoughtful and courteous. There are fewer people in the morning, the water quality is clean, and the experience is better.

It's a short walk from the National Cemetery. It's a great and rare sight to see a waterfall in the city. Once you enter, you're above the waterfall and can walk down to the bottom.
This is a small scenic spot located in Tengchong City, featuring two waterfalls. One roars like a yellow dragon, thundering with force; the other tinkles like pearls gurgling in the water. It's truly amazing!

Yunfeng Mountain, like a fairyland. Here the peaks are steep, the earth is leaning against the sky, the distant view is like a jade towering, and the close view is clear and beautiful. There are many monuments in the mountains, the oldest and largest cliff carving group in Beijing and the thousand-year-old temples are superb, all showing a deep historical and cultural heritage. Walking between them, the stream is flowing, the forest is vast, as if in a natural paradise and museum. The top overlooks the Miyun Reservoir, with a panoramic view of the blue waves, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. It is a great tourist attraction integrating natural scenery and humanistic landscape.
The cable car is a bit slow, 25 minutes one way, and then you have to climb a few hundred meters, but the steps are very high and steep, so it is not recommended for the elderly to climb this last section. At the top is the Taoist temple, many people burn incense and ask for divination
