This is my favorite restaurant, no doubt about it Speaking of Fine Dinning in Barcelona, this restaurant ranked 9th in the world's 50 best restaurants cannot be ignored. The three chefs of the restaurant are also related to Ferran Adria, and all of them were the creative directors of the former El Bulli restaurant. In this restaurant, they continued Ferran's creative spirit. The history and culture of Mediterranean cuisine are vividly expressed through molecular cuisine.
I really like the decoration style of this restaurant. The environment is very elegant. The Western food I ate here was pretty good. The corn kernels, foie gras and caviar biscuits tasted especially good.

The first Michelin three-star restaurant I experienced in Barcelona was abac. We booked it a month in advance and were very lucky to have a 9 o'clock dinner reservation. There were two set menus to choose from. The waiter was very considerate and recommended us set menu A, which had a relatively shorter dining time. The second set menu took about 4 hours, which was too difficult for us who were still adjusting to the jet lag. There were a total of 18 dishes, and each dish was replaced with a new and ingenious tableware. It felt like we were not only enjoying food, but also enjoying art!
I love this restaurant, it's a treat to be in it, all the food is exotic and really tasty. And they have an amazing wine list too.

Grilled eel with special sauce, a whole eel is suitable for 2-3 people, cheese golden shrimp, the combination of cheese flavor and seafood is unexpectedly sweet. Tempura platter, the vegetable part is very tasty, the overall taste is light, caviar replaces sashimi, this one will not be so greasy~
Last night in Restaurant Lasarte. Totally a lucky dog to get the reservation. Deeply empressed by the amazing courses.

The staff was very attentive and well trained. The bartenders made excellent cocktails and the bread served throughout the dinner was some of the best sourdough I have ever had.
A Western restaurant with meticulously prepared local cuisine. The open kitchen allows you to watch the cooking process and enjoy delicious meals with peace of mind!

Of course, the food tasted absolutely delicious, but what impressed me even more was the thought behind each dish, which was written on a small printed card when each dish arrived.
We loved all the dishes, each one had a perfect balance of rich flavors and a little surprise. The service was also very good.

The rich salad dressing is paired with fresh seasonal vegetables, and the lobster and vegetable sauce are wrapped in Komachi rice. If you eat it for breakfast, it is full of energy. The shrimp meat is chewy, firm and tasty. Whether it is lunch or dinner, you can be very satisfied!
The brunch portions were really big, the coffee was delicious, the tableware was artistic, and the male waiter named Andrey who took my order was very friendly and gentle. Barcelona is a very friendly city. At least I was in a good mood for every meal I ate here. The only downside was that the portions were too big, hahaha, for a girl.

Watching kitchen. I like this when I eatThanks for extra wine cateringDeserts might be improved, torrija might be a good finish for my menu
Dining at Caelis in Barcelona was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was impeccable. The highlight was the local wine pairings, expertly selected to complement each dish. Every course was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff’s attentiveness made the evening even more special. Caelis is a must-visit for anyone seeking top-tier dining in Barcelona. I can’t wait to return!

This is a good Japanese restaurant After returning from a trip to Japan where I felt the experience was OK, I wanted to try this Michelin star Japanese restaurant. In the end, I felt that the experience was very good. The food was very good and the service was very good. I ordered a wagyu beef and although the food was good enough, I have to admit that I have had better sushi and wagyu beef in Japan. Of course, I have been to some very good restaurants in Japan and this restaurant is not to be missed if you are in Barcelona.
Delicious and meticulously prepared food. The chefs are young and a bit stiff, but very nice. You can feel their drive for perfection. Many creative takes on Japanese dishes and excellent sushi. Waitstaff was pretty curt and only attentive at serving and clearing plates. Spent most of my meal with my water glass and teapot empty and I heard my neighbor at the bar ask many times for refills. Not the Michelin service I'd usually expect. Definitely recommended ipf you are looking for premium Japanese tastes while you are in Barcelona.

Angle in Barcelona has one Michelin star. I came here on short notice and waited for a while before I got a seat (of course, it wasn't a very good seat). They explained each dish and started at 8:30. It was almost dessert time. After dinner, we went to Gracia Street.
