My mother made a wish to wear a red robe, and she fulfilled her wish to wear a yellow robe. I spent 50 yuan to buy the robe at the foot of the mountain. You can ask a few more stores and I think there are cheaper ones. If time permits, you can buy it online. If you bring your own robe, you have to donate 100 yuan in merit money. It costs 200 yuan to buy a robe in the Old Mother Hall. After my mother made a wish, she must worship the immortals before going down to help pass on the message.
There are relatively few types of things sold on the mountain, and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to bring more water, especially in summer. I drank 4 bottles of water. A bottle of Baisuishan on the mountain costs 6 yuan.
