wonderful place to go island hopping.in my opinion better then el Nido, les crowded and a private ban ja very cheap, just go to the harbour and ask a boat. we payed 3500 pesos for the two of us.
I fell inlove with this little island. The green mountains and the turquise ocean. Altough the island has no beach. The locals can take you to many beaches with boats. The island had very nice restaurants to enjoy.

moalboal. main attraction at moalboal is the sardine storm. can be access from Cebu via bus/van from the south bus terminal
The cliff dive site and the Sardines Storm dive site in Mobao are really stunning, as if you are in a black storm. You need skills to take beautiful photos. Don't rush into the school of fish, otherwise the sardines will scatter. You should take photos in front of the sardine school.
