However, we were left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced by the fact that despite making a reservation just three hours prior to the time of our reservation, we were not informed that there would be a subsequent email confirmation requirement. If the request for confirmation had been sent via text message, I would have noticed it. Unfortunately, our failure to confirm resulted in us arriving at the restaurant without a valid reservation.
