The Shenyang Imperial Palace is located in the city center, just a short walk from the Zhongjie Commercial Pedestrian Street. While the area itself is small, its architectural style and layout retain an imperial atmosphere. Come and explore!
We have to give a big thumbs up to Director Hao for his explanation of this trip! Director Hao was very considerate and added WeChat in advance to remind us of various precautions. The entire explanation process was very professional and meticulous. Because we were traveling as a family and our children were older and had sufficient knowledge of historical knowledge, Director Hao focused on the content of the explanation based on the family situation. He explained the history and construction process of the Shenyang Palace Museum, the different functions of each building in great detail, and compared the differences with the Forbidden City in Beijing. During the period, he also humorously interspersed the explanation of the plot of "The Legend of Zhen Huan", which was very vivid and vivid. A big thumbs up to our own Director Hao!

The Financial Museum is quite rich, and there are also currencies from various countries and the issuance history of the RMB. Because of the time constraints, I walked around a little faster, but it was worth the trip.
After visiting the Shenyang Palace Museum, walk a few hundred meters south to reach Zhang Xueliang's former residence. A tall statue of General Zhang Xueliang stands in the square in front of the main entrance. The layout of the courtyard is also very exquisite and worth a visit!

A visit to Liugong Island is a must-do when visiting Weihai. Take a cruise there and you can feed the seagulls from the deck. The birds fly incredibly close, and there are so many of them. The scenery on the island is also stunning. The Sino-Japanese War Memorial Museum is truly meaningful. Taking your children there to experience the humiliation of history strengthens their patriotism and makes them remember history with deep thought!
This summer vacation, I specially took my baby to visit Liugong Island. The significance of landing on the island this year is more than in previous years. Liugong Island is worth a visit. The beautiful natural scenery and historical humanistic education are very unique, and adults and children have gained a lot.

The scenic area mainly visits the ancient buildings and museums. You can climb up the Penglai Pavilion to overlook the water city, where the sea and sky merge into one and the scenery is beautiful. The Ancient Ship Museum and Dengzhou Museum are also worth a visit!
The scenic area has a good environment. It was crowded during the summer vacation. I bought tickets on Ctrip, which was convenient and fast. I went directly to the entrance ticket gate to verify the code and enter the area. It was a satisfactory experience.

A must-visit place for tourists in Dalian, with complete facilities and many places to play. The fun cannot be compared with Happy Valley and Disney, and the venues are not too large. After all, you are going to see the sea, so you can't be too picky.
It's very big inside, and each museum and each project have separate fees. I don't understand why they sell tickets. Be careful of black tour guides and scammers at the door. Dalian experience, buy tickets online or at the scenic spot ticket office. Don't pay attention to anyone who talks to you, it's all a trick.

It was a great travel experience. Shanhaiguan is also known as the No. 1 Pass in the World. Climbing up the Shanhaiguan Tower and overlooking the entire city, you will feel like a single man guarding the pass against ten thousand.
It's worth going. There is a place to feed fish inside Shanhaiguan where you can take your children to experience it. The fish are very fat and quite interesting. You can go to the Wang Family Courtyard inside and take photos. I also highly recommend going to the Old Dragon Head Great Wall. It turns out that the end of the Great Wall is in the sea.

It's big, hilly, and tiring... but the kids loved it. Of course, you can also take the magic carpet or sightseeing car rides to reduce the exertion. Those who have been there recommend going in the morning when the animals are more active. We went around 3 p.m., and it was much cooler by evening. There are many parking lots, and we parked in lot 5, which was a bit far from the entrance, but when we came out, we were right in lot 5. What a surprise.
My two adults and two children were incredibly satisfied with this trip. I highly recommend interacting with the animals; the staff were mostly indifferent. We bought carrots, duck necks, and peanuts from Meituan. The carrots were pre-cut, and everyone loved the peanuts. We didn't buy enough duck necks; after all, who knew there were so many tigers? If you draw circles around a bear with a carrot, it'll happily wave back with a flattering expression, nodding and smiling. Finally, it'll give you a "enough, enough, time to feed" expression. The little monkey also does this, and its body language is amazing. He glanced at me, and I couldn't tell what he was doing, but I knew he was telling me to give it a treat. He'll even perform various catch-the-food tricks when you throw it to him. They don't even care if it falls on the ground. I'm dying of laughter. I finally invited Big Monkey to dinner, so I had to buy some good apples. I didn't have a knife, so I bit into them myself and threw them to them. Surprisingly, that's how I became the person who has bitten an apple with Big Monkey. The two monkeys in love in the picture are so sweet. The female monkey gives the male monkey a little massage and trims his hair. My husband is so envious. I threw an apple to them, and the male monkey looked at me with a knife-like look. It was like, "How can you be so tactless and destroy us? I have to deal with you." The facial expressions can be made, it's amazing.

It was a really great experience... Here's my guide: I took the cable car from the South Gate to the North Gate (the advantage is no lines, the disadvantage is you have to turn your head to see the ocean, which is a pain in the neck). Then, after entering through the North Gate, I bought a ticket for the train. I could get off at each park and then wait for the next train to continue. I continued all the way to the intersection of the captive and free-range areas, took the elevator down to the free-range area, and then skipped the train ticket. I could just stroll around and see the tigers, bears, giraffes, and more. It was a relaxing experience! Finally, I visited the Panda House and the Small Animal House, and that was a perfect end to my trip!
It was quite nice, with cooler nights. There were plenty of animals in the free-range area, but the enclosures were closed at 9:30. After dinner, I decided to go for a stroll, but it was already past 8:00 when I arrived, so I felt rushed. If you have time, you can go two hours earlier.

As a frequent traveler, the only thing I recommend about Xianluo Island is the sea cable car. This suspended, non-enclosed gondola ride is incredibly thrilling, with the sea breeze caressing your face and the vast expanse of turquoise waters, making it well worth a try. However, Xianluo Island itself isn't worth exploring; it's a small area and the attractions are relatively old. The island's conch museum isn't particularly impressive, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby, making it relatively convenient.
The island is small, and the details are beautiful to be discovered. It's just crowded, so you can take a boat to get to the island faster. I didn't take any photos or videos when I got off the island. I could have found more places to take photos.

This area is well worth a visit. It has an aquarium and an underwater world (including an underwater tunnel). Dalian Sun Asia Ocean World, located within Xinghai Park, also offers other attractions. There's also the Xinghai Bay beach for playful swimming. It's a great place to take children.
I took my children there at the end of the holiday, and there were still a lot of people. While avoiding the heat, I also let my children learn about marine life. It was the most regrettable arrangement in the hot summer! Both adults and children were not tired.
