I've been there twice, and it's definitely worth visiting. It's a place with a rich historical background. However, I think you should do your research before going to such a place, otherwise you won't gain much from the trip.
We arrived at Yuelu Mountain early in the morning. The guide contacted us a day in advance and arranged a meeting point. His explanation was incredibly detailed; skipping it would have been a wasted trip. The crowds were still quite large this morning, though I only saw the Aiwan Pavilion from a distance. The scenery was beautiful during the hike, and Lushan Temple was tranquil. Outside the entrance, a few young people were setting up stalls, selling two small porcelain bowls with a ring for 20 yuan. The hike wasn't tiring, but we stopped frequently. We visited the tombs of Cai E and Huang Xing, and then descended by cable car. It wasn't crowded at noon, so we didn't have to wait. Once we reached the base, the crowds at the East Gate were so numerous we were glad we'd gotten up early. The fragrance of osmanthus flowers permeated the air along Yuelu Mountain in autumn, creating a refreshing and pleasant breeze.

We spent eight hours there and still couldn't get enough. The facilities are new, the scenery is beautiful, there aren't many people, the lines aren't long, there are shows to watch, and the food is affordable. Hunan TV is right next to it, and when we got out at almost 10 pm, we still had food at Pizza Hut, and it was only 40 yuan per person, plus gifts. I highly recommend planning a full day with your kids to have fun!

The room price is very reasonable, the hotel environment is clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and there is WIFI coverage throughout the room. The room offers a beautiful river view with a wide field of vision and a pleasant environment. There is also a full-length mirror and a vanity mirror in the room. The owner is friendly and helpful. It's very close to the subway, Wuyi Square, and Huangxing Middle Road. It's an excellent choice for travel accommodation. Don't panic if you get lost; just call the owner.
When Li Zijian's art exhibition was held in Shanghai in 2012, I attended his autograph session and thought then that I would like to see his exhibition again if I had the chance. Later, I heard that he had built his own art museum in Changsha, and I had always wanted to visit it. This trip to Changsha was definitely worthwhile. I was able to appreciate his paintings full of human love once again.

We Love the place, staffs very polite and friendly, one of the best theme park ❤
The facilities throughout Fantawild are made of genuine materials and are well-maintained. The floor, in particular, is smooth but not slippery, which I really enjoyed. We visited all three parks, each with a different theme. They all featured games and performances, with real people, sound and light, animation, and immersive experiences. My favorite performance was the I Ching, and my favorite game was Fly With Me.

It is perfect to bring your kids here! The park is very user-friendly, with a special children's play area and popular science explanations. The children not only saw many cute animals such as tigers and elephants, but also fed giraffes and touched lambs in the interactive area, which made them very excited. There are abundant dining options in the park, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are enthusiastic and patiently answer the children's various "hundred thousand whys". It is definitely a treasure trove for parent-child travel!
2. Immersive experience
This is the first time I have seen such a "heartfelt" zoo! The exhibition area is designed very carefully to simulate the original environment of the animals. Rhinos roll in the mud and monkeys jump between vines, which is particularly immersive. There is also a nocturnal animal pavilion, with dim lights and realistic sound effects, as if you are really in the jungle. The park's guide APP can locate the animal's position in real time, and you can also listen to professional explanations, which is a full experience!
3. Cost-effective and facilities
The ticket price is very affordable. I didn't expect the park to be so large and full of animals! There are panda pavilions, aquariums, and bird areas. In the wild animal area, you can take a sightseeing bus to observe lions and brown bears up close. There are plenty of charging stations and rest benches in the park, the toilets are clean and odorless, and even the mother and baby room is fully equipped. You won't feel tired after a whole day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Because we suddenly decided to extend our stay in Changsha, we added a visit to the Changsha Museum to our itinerary. We quickly booked tickets and hired a guide through Ctrip! Ctrip was incredibly efficient; within five minutes of placing the order, the guide contacted us with a QR code and an arrival time for the afternoon. We arrived at 3:00 PM, and our guide, Xiao Chen, began his explanation with patience and thoroughness. The children learned a lot! A thumbs up!
Teacher Zhong Ziqing's explanations were meticulous and captivating. Her words, like the gentle strokes of an oar, led us aboard a leisurely boat on the Xiangjiang River. The boat glided gracefully across the shimmering surface of the river, a river that felt like an unending river of history. As we journeyed upstream, time flowed: we seemed to witness the fortitude of Paleolithic ancestors grinding stones to make fire at the foot of Yuelu Mountain, passing by the dawn of civilization when Shang and Zhou bronze artifacts shone brightly in Ningxiang. We paused in the bustling streets of the Chu and Han dynasties, amidst the bustling streets of the Tang and Song dynasties, weaving through the bustling streets of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with their towering city walls and vibrant academies. This journey, spanning millennia, unfolded a magnificent historical canvas of Changsha, from its primitive beginnings to its heyday, allowing us to experience firsthand the turbulent rhythms of life and the endless pulse of its culture.
