On the first day in Changzhou, we stopped accepting numbers at 7 pm because it was full. I went there at 5 pm on the second day and there was already a queue.

Silver Thread Noodles are quite affordable at 6 yuan a bowl, and there's a group buy for 4.8 yuan. They come in white soup, red soup, and dry soup, topped with a sprinkle of egg rind and chopped green onions, which you can pick up next to the noodles. Of the two, the classic white soup noodles are better.
