The Tianning Temple Pagoda in Changzhou is the tallest pagoda in the world, with a height of more than 150 meters, the highest in the world.
It is said that a total of 1,000 tons of copper ornaments were used, using copper sculpture art, with 75 tons of brass cast in the pagoda top and 50,000 bronze inscribed tiles.
A large amount of high-quality nanmu was also used, and the large columns, railings, ceilings, etc. were all made of nanmu, with a usage of 5,000 cubic meters.
On the 6-layer fence of the pagoda base, there are 999 white marble carved jade pagodas.
On the top bell floor of the 13th floor, a 15-ton copper bell is hung, and the six walls are inlaid with the full volume of the Diamond Sutra engraved on the thousand-year-old camphor wood, which can be called a world treasure.
