[View] Ulan Butong is a three-dimensional landscape blending grassland and forest, with elegant and beautiful Yin and soft in the south, masculine masculinity in the north, colorful feasts in the four seasons, humanistic and natural symphony of lakes and wetlands, and characteristics of biological diversity and multiple experiences.
The tourist highlights of Wulanbutong Grassland are rich and varied, covering natural landscapes, cultural history, special activities and food. The following is a detailed introduction: Natural Landscape - Vast grassland and diverse landforms: Wulanbutong Grassland is located in the Inner Mongolia Plateau, with an average altitude of 1,640 meters, and the grassland is vast. The eastern and central mountain ranges in the scenic area are continuous, and there are many sand dunes in the northwest. There are also wetlands, rivers, lakes, etc. For example, there are large areas of wetlands along the Wulan River and Jiangjun Paozi, with excellent vegetation and rich species.   - Colorful autumn colors of Wucai Mountain: From September to October every year, Wucai Mountain presents a colorful landscape due to its rich vegetation. The birch and poplar trees are yellow, the maple and oak trees turn red, the pines and cypresses are green all year round, and various shrubs are also of different colors, as if the palette has been overturned.  - European style scenery area: The rolling hills and grasslands are dotted with sparse or dense birch trees. The grassland and forest are perfectly integrated, and the scenery is charming, comparable to the European grassland scenery.   - Panlong Gorge: The Sarik River flows through the mountains and ridges in this valley. The steep banks are densely forested, and the valley bottom is covered with water and grass. The river is winding like a dragon for dozens of kilometers.   Humanities and History - Ancient battlefield site: This was the ancient battlefield where Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty personally fought against Galdan. There are ruins such as General Paozi, Twelve Camps, and Tong Guogang's Tomb. It is said that General Paozi was formed by the gushing out of groundwater after the Qing army's artillery scattered Galdan's camel formation.  - Film and TV shooting base: Wulanbutong is a famous film and TV location shooting site. More than 60 film and TV works such as "My Fair Princess", "Kangxi Dynasty" and "Emperor Wu of Han" were filmed here. There are many stone tablets of film and TV dramas in the scenic area, which has become a popular choice for tourists to check in. Special activities and food - Folk culture activities: Grassland Nadam is a traditional Mongolian festival, with horse racing, wrestling, archery and other competitive events. In addition, there are bonfire parties, Wulanbutong Night and other activities, where tourists can sing and dance with herdsmen and experience ethnic culture. - Grassland entertainment projects: You can experience horse riding, camel riding, sand motorcycles, sand sliding and other entertainment projects, galloping on the grassland, feeling the pleasure of the wind whistling in your ears, or take an off-road vehicle deep into the hinterland of the grassland to explore those little-known beauties. - Mongolian specialties: There are meat delicacies such as roasted lamb legs, beer-baked lamb, and air-dried beef, as well as special drinks such as kumis. Visitors can taste the authentic Mongolian flavor.

Gubei Water Town is a must-visit attraction in Miyun District, Beijing. It's a beautiful, southern-style water town, especially at night, offering a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. It's quite far from the city center, requiring about a 2.5-hour drive.
If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, Gubei Water Town is the perfect place! Here, you can truly slow down. Stroll through the deserted alleys in the early morning, listening to birdsong and the murmur of flowing water. In the afternoon, sip tea in a window-side teahouse while watching the boats slowly glide by. At night, sit on the inn terrace and look up at the outline of the Simatai Great Wall. There are no crowds (especially if you visit during off-peak hours), just a leisurely pace of life. After your visit, you'll feel completely refreshed.

I drove here specifically for this trip. It was so beautiful that I cried. I happened to catch the sunset. It was a bit late and I didn't have much fun, but seeing the sunset 🌄 made the trip worthwhile.
The weather at the Red Beach on October 18th was sunny and beautiful. The unpleasant thing was that when we arrived in Benxi, we found that the buses listed on Xiaohongshu were also closed. What was even worse was that all the cars in the scenic area were out of service. There was no other means of transportation except for self-driving tours and tourist buses. Entering from the default north gate for taxis was a reed marsh, and it was 18 kilometers to the beautiful Red Beach. How could people without a car walk there? Fortunately, I met a young man who was on a team building trip in the scenic area. He gave me great warmth and help and helped me get to the south gate. It is recommended that tourists who don't drive should not come. If you come, it is best to charter a car and enter from the south gate, which is relatively close to the Red Beach and has better scenery.

From desert to oasis change miracle. Saihanba: from desert to oasis miracle journey, witness nature. and human tenacity "do you know? The desert that once changed" has become today's green paradise, behind this, countless people adhere to and dream. When I first stepped on the land of Saihanba, this sentence was deeply engraved in my heart. Saihanba, located in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is a once desolate and barren desert area. Decades ago, there was almost no greenery here, and the wind and sand were raging. The living conditions are extremely bad. However, it is this desert that has become a miracle witness to China's ecological civilization construction. Today, Saihanba National Forest Park has become a national ecological reserve, known as the "green miracle". The wide forest coverage rate is more than 60%, and the air is fresh. The scenery is charming. Standing high overlooking the green sea, the dunes are covered in green, a vibrant scenery. I was deeply shocked by the natural beauty of this place for a few days in Saihanba. In the morning, the morning mist was lingering, and the sun was spilling on the wet land through the treetops. The air is filled with the fresh aroma of soil and pine needles. Walking along the forest path, you can occasionally see wildlife - squirrels and birds jumping happily on the branches. In addition to the natural scenery, the human story of Saihanba is also moving. Forest workers and researchers here, with countless sweat and wisdom, guard this green home. Their persistence and dedication are the driving force behind the continuous development of this oasis, Saihan Dam story tells us: even in the face of the desert, we can use tenacity and wisdom to create miracles. This is not only a victory for ecological protection, but also a model of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature. Every green leaf and every tree is a symbol of hope. I believe that everyone can contribute to our planet like the guardians of Saihanba. Whether it is saving water, reducing pollution, or participating in tree planting, every effort can gather into a power to change the world. A spiritual baptism, a sublimation of life, Saihanba becomes a tourist destination. If you are eager to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, look for a clean land, Saihanba is definitely your ideal place. Here, you can not only appreciate the magic of nature, but also feel the tenacity of human spirit. Let the miracle of Saihanba pass on forever, and become the infinite hope for a better future that inspires each of us. Come to Saihanba and start a journey of spiritual cleansing! There are not only shocking natural scenes. Views, but also inspiring stories waiting for you to discover. Green future, starting with every action. If you like this article, don't forget to like it and deliver this miracle! #Saihan Dam #Green Miracle #Ecoprotection #
It is a part of the royal hunting ground of the Qing Dynasty and Mulan Paddock. There are lakes, hills, grasslands, forests, and many kinds of plants and animals. The temperature is not high in summer. It is a summer resort and a 4A-level scenic spot.

Huanggangliang National Forest Park, located in Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, is a large national forest park dominated by forest and grassland landscapes. Its core attractions include three scenic spots, free admission, and real-time weather forecasts available through official channels. Recommended attractions in Huanggangliang National Forest Park include: Da'etou Observation Deck on the main peak: At 2,029 meters above sea level, the highest point in the Greater Khingan Range offers panoramic views of the vibrant forests, especially the autumn foliage. Huanggangliang Reservoir Hiking Area: Traverse birch and spruce forests along wooden plank paths for an immersive forest bathing experience. With an average summer temperature of 23°C, this is a popular summer retreat. Azalea Hill Wild Flower Sea: From late April to mid-May each year, the Greater Khingan rhododendrons bloom across the mountain, creating a carpet of pink blossoms. A professional photography trail is also available.
We went to the Ashatu Stone Forest Scenic Area along the Dada Line, and took the Re'a Line on the way back. Unlike the open grassland style of the Dada Line, the Re'a Line is a scenic road connecting Reshuitang Town and the Ashatu Stone Forest Scenic Area. It is about 80 kilometers long and is famous for its varied landscapes such as grasslands, forests, and mountains. It is known as the "Scenic Avenue of China's Northern Xinjiang". Huanggangliang is the highest peak of the Greater Khingan Range that you pass on the Re'a Line, with an altitude of 2,029 meters. I climbed up with a bulging stomach and found that the main peak was still far away, so I was disappointed. I looked at it from a distance for comfort.

The scenery is amazing, and we share the same ticket with Hamaba. The road is narrow, so traffic jams are common. There's a restroom at the entrance, but it's so unhygienic that you can't even step in. There's a ticket inspector at the entrance to Birch Valley, but they didn't offer any advice, just asked us to show our tickets. Alas.
Birch Valley is truly beautiful and worth a visit. If you're just looking to enjoy the scenery along the way, don't buy a ticket. The entrance fee is only charged for smaller attractions, and there's really nothing much to see; it's just a close-up view. Tickets also come with little to no service. But since you're here, buying a ticket is a contribution to the economy, and you still have to pay for maintenance.

The Great Wall is incredibly beautiful, with fewer crowds and stunning scenery, definitely worth seeing. It's much less crowded than the Badaling section. We took a very easy route because some parts were too steep to climb, so we just walked around the area between the Greater and Lesser Jinshan Mountains.
The Great Wall of China is an icon of the country and jindhanling is the sector with the most spectacular views. The sinous shape of the wall climbing the mountains is something you shouldn't miss.

The Ashatu Stone Forest is located at the intersection of the Dada Line and the Re'a Line, two famous scenic thoroughfares in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. The scenery along the way is breathtaking and well worth a visit! This is a rare granite rock forest in the world, divided into four scenic areas. Marvel at the wonders of nature...
The scenery is OK, but there are not many things to do. Compared to the 160 ticket, I feel that the cost performance is too low. The scenic spot is divided into several areas. You can take a shuttle bus. When going to the Kunpeng area, the shuttle bus waited for a long time. When we arrived at the scenic spot, we only had 15 minutes to play. And there were only a few stones. It was really speechless.

The guide Ms Zhang was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Was a good and enjoyable tour of the mausoleum and park.
It's definitely worth a visit, and it's best to dedicate a full day to it; a quick tour would be a complete waste. This area boasts numerous cultural attractions and historical sites. The natural scenery is truly captivating. There are so many ancient trees, reportedly thousands, that the air is fresh and refreshing. The paths are shaded by trees. Furthermore, the lake is crystal clear, creating a moist atmosphere. Nearby residents enjoy recreation and leisure here.

For those who haven't been, it's definitely worth a visit, as it was once an emperor's summer retreat and a filming location for the TV series "Princess Pearl." Overall, it's quite nice. Separate tickets are required for boat or bus rides inside. We walked, buying tickets for the mountain-circling bus, which allowed for rest stops at each scenic spot – quite convenient. It's a great place for travel photography; we booked a photoshoot there, and it was a great experience. After a tiring day, we ate at Xin Shun He's intangible cultural heritage braised pork and also tried Shancheng Baixing (a type of apricot). I have to admire our stamina!
I'd long admired the Summer Palace, a place I'd always seen on TV called the "Rehe Palace." I'd read numerous reviews saying a guide was essential to avoid a whirlwind tour. Fortunately, I was able to arrange a tour with Guide Wang, who has been guiding here since 1997. We entered the palace area through the Lizheng Gate, where she provided a comprehensive explanation. The bus up the mountain was mostly just for sightseeing. The circular bus cost 60 yuan per person and covered three stops from the beginning to the end. If you wanted to get off, you had to get off together; otherwise, you had to wait on the bus. It wasn't a circular route. We got off at the second stop and had a panoramic view of the Xumi Temple and the Little Potala Palace. The sky wasn't very good, as it was a bit hazy, so the photos weren't very good, which was a bit disappointing. The circular route had many sharp turns and was quite bumpy. After descending the mountain, we headed to the lake area to see the Misty Rain Tower, a filming location for "My Fair Princess," and Jinshan Temple, a replica of the Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang built after Emperor Qianlong's trip to the south of the Yangtze River. We finally passed the Shuixinxie exit. The entire journey took a little over three hours and was quite demanding. It was a long-cherished trip. Tickets are a bit pricey, and I hope the bus management will be more flexible.
