20220117 evening: 1. "Yonghe Fish Balls" is located in "Three Lanes and Seven Alleys". Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is a famous old street in Fuzhou. The Ming and Qing architectural complexes are well-known throughout the country. It is one of the "Top Ten Historical and Cultural Streets in China". It is known as the "Living Fossil of the Chinese Urban Lane System" and the "Ming and Qing Architecture Museum". It integrates humanities and food. There are many high-end shops. It is an excellent place for shopping, learning, and walking. In history, there are many celebrities such as Lin Zexu, Shen Baozhen, Yan Fu, Sa Zhenbing, Lin Juemin, Lin Huiyin, Yu Dafu, Chen Jiliang, Bing Xin, etc. There are many well-preserved celebrity residences. The entire ancient city area consists of three lanes ("Yijin Lane", "Wenru Lane", "Guanglu Lane") and seven lanes ("Yangqiao Lane", "Langguan Lane", "Anmin Lane", "Huang Lane", "Ta Lane", "Gong Lane", "Anbi Lane"), which is an open scenic area with free admission. ①Address: No. 139, Nanhou Street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. ② Transportation: Direct bus access, easy parking by car. ③ Peak season: None. ④ Time: 1 day. ⑤ Notes: Many buildings are open only during the day. It is recommended to visit the cultural scene during the day and the night market at night. 2. Tongli Rouyan: A famous food in Fuzhou, also known as "Taipingyan", was founded in the second year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1876) and has been passed down for 5 generations. It is a time-honored Chinese brand and an intangible cultural heritage of Fujian Province. The old shop located on Nanhou Street. Rouyan looks like wontons, made of the lean meat of the pig's hind legs, and the bird's skin is sweet potato flour. What caught my eye in the store was the eye-catching hanging carving of the word "Tongli" hanging from the beams. The walls were full of ancient style, with old photos and video introductions hanging on them, and the tableware had logos. I tasted it and it was fresh and tender.
Tongli Rouduan (Sanfang Qixiang Branch), located on Nanhou Street in Fuzhou, is a century-old specialty snack shop. When you come to Fuzhou, you must try fish balls and meat dumplings. The fish balls and meat dumplings in this time-honored shop are authentic and worth tasting.

Taste: Overall, the beef and seafood here are highly recommended, especially the seafood, which is relatively fresh and suitable for such hot pot. Fish maw and chicken hot pot base is suitable for seafood, and the hot pot base itself does not have chicken and fish maw. Fish maw Small fish maw, very crispy and delicious. Grouper maw has a different taste from small fish maw, very smooth and delicious. Fresh yellow beef is best prepared with a bowl of shacha sauce, which is relatively fresh. Bird shells are very chewy. Geoduck is very soft and tender, very fresh. Environment: It feels like a big stall. Service: Count the plates at the end, different plates have different prices
🌞Day 1: Yantai Mountain - Zhu Fugui - Sanqi Alley - Shangxiahang 1⃣️🚄Get off at Fuzhou South Station (arrived at 11 AM) Take Metro Line 1 and get off at Shangteng Station, Exit B. Walk about 500 meters (or take a taxi) to see the most beautiful corner. 📝Just down the street from the corner is the popular Lai Yi Coriander Sausage and Sushi, but they're only open in the afternoon, so I didn't get to try them. 2⃣️Turn the corner and walk a little further to Yantai Mountain Park (it's quite large, and there's a Yantai Mountain exhibition further inside). 3⃣️Walk up the stairs and visit the Daguan Art Museum. Continue walking, past elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. Then, we arrive at the Yantai Mountain Strolling Street Area, order a Tangmo meal, and then eat at Zhuzifang nearby. After strolling around the shopping street for a while, we return to the hotel to rest. 4⃣️Depart at 5 AM for Zhu Fugui and the Dayang Department Store. (It was really crowded at lunchtime.) After dinner, I took a shared bike (18 minutes) to Sanfang Qixiang. 5⃣️ Sanfang Qixiang was also incredibly crowded at night. Given the weather, I recommend visiting at night; it's incredibly hot during the day. I ordered [Licorice and Guava with Four-Fruit Soup]. The four-fruit soup was good, but don't order the full sugar version; it's overly sweet. The licorice and guava were incredibly filling! ❌ I ate two and threw them away. 🧐🧐 Tongli Meat Dumplings, Erlongbo, and Steamed Meat Dumplings are all in Sanqixiang. They were really crowded, so I couldn't finish any more. (The line felt like it took ages.) 6⃣️ After strolling around Sanfang Qixiang, I went to Shangxiahang (I rode a shared bike for half an hour). It was much less crowded than Sanqixiang, making it a more pleasant experience. There's a unique shop in Shangxiahang that's worth a visit. It's quite large. After our visit, we returned to the hotel, concluding our first day. 🌞Day 2 Xichan Temple – Mixc – Madame Bing – Ocean Department Store 1⃣️Woke up at 8:00 and had breakfast (with sliced meat, meat dumplings, and fried buns, but the fish balls were sold out, so I didn't get to try them). Afterward, I went back to the hotel, packed my bags, and checked out. 2⃣️Departed at 10:00 for Xichan Temple (ticket price: 20 yuan). I took photos at some popular check-in spots. The temple is huge, and I couldn't explore it all, hahaha. [The location of this check-in spot is in the comments section!] 3⃣️Had lunch at the nearby Mixc at 11:30. [Song Xiaojin] was surprisingly good. After lunch, I wandered around a bit. 4⃣️Departed at 2:30 for Madame Bing to buy taro cakes. The shop is very close to Sanqi Alley. 5⃣️After shopping, I went to the nearby Ocean Department Store to cool off, hahaha. 6⃣️Then I took the subway 🚇 (Dongjiekou Station) to Fuzhou Station. This concludes my wonderful two-day, one-night trip~ #FuzhouTravel #FuzhouFood #SpecialForceTravel

#小小门脸大味# The store is located behind the Ocean Department Store. The store is not very big. The price is so attractive that I have to order everything even though there is only one person. Peanut soup I went to Sanfang Qixiang first, and Ye's is still the best. Every peanut is sticky and the peanut soup is slightly sweet, with a strong peanut flavor. I have eaten other restaurants, but they are not as sticky as this one. Glutinous rice should be eaten while hot. It will become hard when it cools down. Don't ask me how I know. You can also put it in the peanut soup and eat it together. It has a different taste. Handmade taro paste. Finally, the taro paste is free. A big bowl of it costs only 5 yuan. In one word, it is delicious~
It is about 100 meters from Huaxiang. It is a traditional dessert with old Fuzhou characteristics. The peanut soup is very soft and has no peculiar smell. The sesame balls are very sweet and the taro paste is also sweet.

It seems that Wangzhuang store is their smallest store, there is no place to sit, I will consider going to Wanda store next time. They only serve tea, no fruit tea, no desserts, and the names of the teas are very Chinese and elegant, but I can't remember the names. This time I drank oolong tea base and milk tea with fresh milk cream. The tea fragrance is very mellow, and the cream on top is also very fresh. It is made of pure fresh milk and has a delicate and smooth taste~ I also drank a cup of green tea base, with a slight taste of matcha, but it is not as bitter as authentic matcha, and it tastes quite good. The lesson learned is that it is best not to drink too much milk tea at night. I drank two cups and couldn't sleep all night...
Fuzhou's unique milk tea shop—Tangmo Tea! Three days in Fuzhou, I drank 8 cups! Free shipping: A sister's personal test: the red and black list (drank two cups of salt water in tears) 🥇 Become a God Happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jasmine snow bud + coconut water + pistachio milk cream ▪️ Milk tea lovers rejoice! No straws in the shop? Drinking with your head tilted back is the soul—the golden ratio of milk tea to tea (3:7, I made it up) ▪️ Personally tested, the layers held up well even on takeout (see photos 1 & 4) PS: Only standard ice is available; health-conscious women can manually remove the ice like me, haha. 🥈 Safe Fusu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jasmine snow bud + perilla peach + milk cream ▪️ Love milk tea, love milk tea, love milk tea! A sweet and sour person, that's me. ▪️ Still sweet overall, don't worry too much about the sourness; it's all about the refreshing peach flavor. But it's not as amazing as Kaixin~ PS: It's also in the creamy milk category, so it can only be enjoyed iced. Mulifu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jasmine Snow Bud + Milk ▪️ It feels like a standard milk tea, with the fresh scent of jasmine and the flavor of milk (the long-lost sister of "Jasmine Milk White"?) ▪️ Health lovers will be pleased (you can order it hot!) 🆘 Sea Breeze Red Salt ⭐️ Guava + Plum + Lemon + Sparkling Water ▪️ I ordered this on my first day at the restaurant after checking "Tangmo Tea" on Xiaohongshu for a recommendation. From the first sip, it felt like a disaster (this is just my personal taste, to avoid criticism). I'm not used to this sweet and salty combination (though I quite like Inner Mongolian salty milk tea, but it's not the same kind of salty; it just feels salty). How should I put it? It's really strange... It doesn't quite suit my taste... It's beyond my comprehension of something you'd find in a milk tea shop. I have the feeling "one more sip will give me diarrhea"... I can only order the standard iced version. Green Salt ⭐️⭐️ Olive + plum + sparkling water ▪️ It's a little more palatable to me. But it's still a bit unacceptable to me. It's still that "who put salt in my drink?" feeling of doubt. It's really strange, there's no other way to describe it, it's just strange... I can only order the standard iced version. 📌 Anti-Crab Guide ▪️ This free shipping section is for reference only. ▪️ The salty-sweet debate has nothing to do with region (my urge to survive is maxed out). ▪️ Women on their period, please manually remove the ice. ▪️ Although the two salt options aren't to my taste, I'm here, so I'd rather try them! ▪️ Fuzhou is full of Tangmo restaurants; there's one every 200 meters. Anyone out there who loves red or green salt? What's the best way to enjoy it?

The small shop is on the public's must-eat list in 2022, ✍🏻 so is there any reason not to check in? 📸 The answer is definitely that you must check in. At the last stop back to Xiamen, Xiao Xin came. - Before coming, I was curious about what Laohua was. I only found out that it was actually Laofen. 🍜 Because Xinghua noodles are cooked as soon as they are fried, they are commonly known as "Lao Xinghua", and later they are shortened to "Laohua". - Xiao Xin ordered 🐷 large intestine head, pork kidney, 🥚 braised eggs, the ingredients are very fresh, and the cooking time is just right. The most worth mentioning is the soup. Although it is light in taste, 🐚, the clams are sweet when you put them in your mouth, 👍🏻 and it tastes good. - 🏠Store name: Houjie Laohua 🈺Time: 07:00-01:00 💰Per capita: 40 yuan 📍Address: No. 95, Yadao Lane
There are two major types, one is noodles and the other is rice noodles, which is also called laohua. The side dishes are also divided into two categories, one is beef and seafood, and the other is pork and seafood. There are two types of beef and seafood, and there are 7 types of pork and seafood, which are still very rich. I ordered set meal D, "laohua" is pork, which contains old clams, clams, squid, pig tongue, and green vegetables. The laohua noodles are very fine and the soup is very fresh. "Youtiao" For northerners, they feel that soup must be accompanied by dry food, and youtiao feels like a match. [Mint] Environment: Not big, on the street north of the Sanfang Qixiang scenic area. The block was first built in the Jin Dynasty. Wang Shenzhi, the King of Min in the Tang Dynasty, built Luocheng. The prototype of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys was already there, and it reached its peak during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. After the restoration of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in 2006, the houses were used for exhibitions of celebrity residences, related cultural introductions, and shops. However, I always went there at night, and many buildings were closed, so the cultural content will be collected later when I go there during the day. 3. Food and drink: After all, Sanfang Qixiang is Fuzhou's business card to the outside world. The catering shops are mid-to-high-end, different from the messy food carts and stalls in ordinary night markets. There are many time-honored brands and intangible cultural heritage snacks, which are mainly concentrated on the north-south main street "Nanhou Street". The more famous ones are: ① Yonghe Fish Balls: Fuzhou famous food, the oldest fish ball brand in Fuzhou area, founded in the sixth year of the Republic of China (1917), is a Chinese time-honored brand, and the fish ball making technique is an intangible cultural heritage of Fujian Province. The founder is Liu Erdi, also known as Liu Bisong. The store is two-story. The second floor is quite stuffy in summer, but the walls and dining tables are densely covered with old photos of Yonghe Fish Balls and honorary awards. The atmosphere is strong, and even the tableware has logos. You can eat in the store or buy it home and cook it yourself. I ordered one to try, and it tasted delicious.
Yonghe Fish Balls are a local delicacy in Fujian and belong to the Fujian cuisine. Yonghe Fish Balls was founded in 1927[1] and is the oldest existing fish ball brand in Fuzhou, Fujian. In 2001, it was awarded the title of "China's Time-honored Brand". In 2008, the Yonghe Fish Balls production technique was recognized as an intangible cultural heritage protection project in Fujian Province.

Taste: Peanut soup is delicious, slightly sweet, very similar to almond dew. Taro paste is delicious and soft. Glutinous rice is shiny, slightly sweet, and a little hard. Lotus root soup is sticky. Peanut cake is soft and crispy, a snack. Cheese taro balls have cheese in them and are a little oily Environment: Not too small Service: OK, the boss settles the bill quickly Value for money: Relatively high.
【Mei Ya Bo Peanut Soup Shop】 📍 No. 182, Laoyaozhou Street, Yingzhou Subdistrict There should be no Fuzhou people who don’t know "Mei Ya Bo", right? A century-old dessert brand, 10 yuan per person to enjoy the authentic Fuzhou taste. The peanuts in the peanut soup have been peeled off, smooth and white, with a soft and glutinous texture. "Peanut porridge", "taro paste", "glutinous rice", "lotus root powder" and "peanut cake" are all classics.

Xiao Xin bought 4 kinds of fruits, 🥭green mango,🍐red heart guava,🍍pineapple,🥝kiwi. The fruits are all very fresh, just ripe, and even more sweet and juicy after pickling. 🌞It's really refreshing to eat in summer. - 👭Friendly reminder: There are quite a few licorice guava or licorice fruit shops in Fuzhou. Please look for the one on Daming Road. 👨🏻The owner also marked no branches on the door. - 🏠Store name: Licorice guava 🈺Time: 10:30-23:00 💰Price per person: 20 yuan 📍Address: No. 18 Daming Road

"Lychee meat" is very distinctive, moderately sweet and sour, and the side dishes are potatoes, which are very delicious. "Nanjian pork liver" is slightly sweet and very fragrant, and the stir-frying method is very simple. The pork liver is very soft and goes well with rice. "Scallion oil bone marrow" is delicious and recommended. The bone marrow melts in the mouth, and the taste is salty and fragrant. Onions, soy sauce and bone marrow are simply matched. "Pork skin hot and sour soup" has a strange taste, sweet, salty, sour and spicy, and it is very complex. Many people feel uncomfortable eating it. "Pepper and salt water fish" is suitable for children. It feels like there are small thorns, but in fact it can be chewed or swallowed. It is very fragrant, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and fresh and fragrant. "Stir-fried double crisp" is average, with green peppers, onions, cauliflower, and double crisps are kidneys and tendons. [Mint] Environment: Very simple, there are tables outside. [Service bell] Service: OK
This is a popular online restaurant. We found it and it was really crowded. We sat under the eaves. We were a little confused about how northerners order food. There was no menu. We just ordered what was in the freezer. We ordered a few special Fuzhou dishes based on the recommendations. The wine lees used in the wine lees small intestine was really a wonderful wine dish. There was also pepper and salt pig's trotter. It was the first time I ate pepper and salt razor clams fried with the shell, which was amazing. There was also half-wine bone marrow. In short, it was very special, although the taste might be a little hard to get used to.
