It's perfect for relaxing and taking in some fresh air! The lake is clear and the trees are lush. For those of you who usually have a lot of work stress, a walk here is truly relaxing. The trail around the lake is very pleasant, and the view from the mid-mountain observation deck is fantastic. This is a long-standing local favorite. The shacha sauce is rich but not greasy. We chose the large rotating set menu, which includes Minnan specialties like fist-shaped oysters, fried five-spice dumplings, and meat dumplings. You get a lot of variety in one sitting, perfect for sharing with friends! Li Youqian's Freshly Fried Seafood Gout Hotpot
This was shared with me by a friend in Quanzhou. The seafood is freshly fried, creating a powerful aroma! Finally, it's cooked in a pumpkin porridge base, allowing the sweetness to blend seamlessly into the porridge. The flavor is light and delicious, perfect for those who don't like heavy foods. Accommodation:
I highly recommend the area near West Lake Park. It's quiet and conveniently located, and the B&Bs in this area are relatively new and comfortable. I've personally stayed at Ganxia B&B and Tongle B&B, both of which were quite good.

I was walking around West Street. I found that there were not many people queuing at Wu's Mochi in the afternoon, so I hurried to buy some. I bought one each of peanut, sesame, and coconut to try. Quanzhou snacks: Special snacks
Location: Just on West Street, the food street, not far from the entrance of Kaiyuan Temple, very easy to find.
Features: The soft and sticky rice wrapper contains sesame and whole grains. The boss said it is called whole grains. I personally think it is very similar to the thin and crispy ones that northerners eat.
