This Hunan restaurant, a spicy food lover, and my Hunan friends go back time and again. While the menu isn't extensive, the flavors are incredible!
The bullfrog, whether dry-pot or stir-fried, is incredibly fragrant and a must-order every time! I highly recommend the stir-fried bullfrog with pickled peppers!
The hot pot pig intestines are also a specialty. The portion is huge, filling the entire pot, and the ingredients are generous and delicious!
The Xiangxi garlic eggplant is also good, though the oil might be a little slow to arrive.
Any order of stir-fried shredded potatoes here is enough to wash down a bowl of rice! If you're not a big fan of spicy food, just go for a mild option.
