The Dubrovnik City Walls are a medieval defense miracle! As the filming location of King's Landing in Game of Thrones, the nearly 2-kilometer-long city wall tightly surrounds the old city. Strolling along it, you can see the ancient city with red-tiled roofs on one side and the blue waves of the Adriatic Sea on the other. In the morning, watch the sun set the city wall with a golden edge, and in the evening, watch the sunset dye the sea surface amber. With a score of 4.7 and 156 reviews, it is worthy of being the No.1 must-visit in Dubrovnik. Every step is like flipping through the heavy epic of the Middle Ages. The park opens at 08:00. Don't miss the magic moment of light and shadow✨
Beautiful, walk the whole length of the wall for 360 views of the gorgeous red brick rooftops! Would recommend

You must visit Plitvice Lakes National Park once when you go to Croatia. The beauty of nature will really make you excited and intoxicated. If you have less time, you can choose the 2-3 hour A route (Picture 4). If I come again, I will choose to stay for two days.
Plitvice Lakes National Park, known as the "Jiuzhaigou of Europe", is a palette of colors overturned by nature. 16 lakes are like turquoise beads, stretching from the top of the mountain to the canyon. When the sun changes, the lake water switches to turquoise, blue-green, and yellow-green. The 4.8 points and 63 reviews are true! The park opens at 7:00, so go early, follow the wooden plank road to shuttle through the waterfalls, watch the water splashing out pearls, and listen to the birds singing in response to the streams. It is well-deserved to be one of the top 50 autumn viewing spots in the world in 2025. Although the ticket price starts at 425 yuan, it is not cheap, but when you step into this "Balkan wonderland", you will understand what life is worth.

It's a mountain city. The ancient city is well-preserved. From the top, the view of the city's red tiles, green trees, and the azure sea complement each other beautifully, making it a truly captivating experience. Be aware that summer is very busy, so book your room in advance.
The free-to-open Old Town of Dubrovnik is a living medieval museum! 4.4 points, 72 reviews, the cobblestone road connects the Pile Gate, the Cathedral, and the Catalan Avenue. It is a check-in spot for tourists during the day and a place for locals to live at night. Don't just chase the same style as "Game of Thrones", go into the alleys to find the handmade olive soap sold by the old lady, and watch the locals basking in the sun in the seaside cafe for an afternoon. The soul of the old city is hidden in these fireworks details. It is on the list of water play and summer vacation, because even the sea breeze brings a comfortable factor🌊

Diocletian's Palace, the No.1 must-visit in Split, is a time capsule of the Roman Empire! 4.5 points, 65 reviews. This 4th-century palace is now inhabited by residents and small shops, and the walls hide thousands of years of stories. Stepping into the bronze gate, on one side is the solemnity of the Roman colonnade, on the other side is the bustle of the market, churches, mausoleums, and atriums, where history and life collide everywhere. Free admission, but don't miss the guided tour, listen to the retired life of the Roman emperor, and see how Croatians make ancient monuments a daily life, a super cool time and space interweaving experience
One of the best places to visit in Split. Every afternoon there’s a guard show that attracts a lot of tourists. The place is overall very photogenic. Worth visiting for sure

Split, the second largest city in Croatia, is renowned for its ancient city center and its popularity as a cruise port.Wandering through the city's streets is like stepping into a time machine, leaving you awestruck by its timeless beauty.
This is the most famous old town in Croatia - Split Old Town. It is very charming to stroll in the streets of the old town. Various stalls sell different souvenirs and tourists can take photos with them. But there are also many thieves. One of our companions had his euros stolen here.

There are some white stone steps built on the coast of Zadar. They don't look special, but when the sea rises to the right level, listen carefully and you will find that the sea is playing a wonderful music for you. This is the sea organ.
The design of Zadar's "Sea Organ Square", built in 2005, is very "wonderful". Under a white stone staircase on the seashore, 35 large organ pipes are hidden. The sea is the bellows, and the tidal seawater hits the stone steps and organ pipes to form air pressure changes, producing beautiful music-like sounds.

Time did not go in to see, hovering around the door, taking pictures and punching cards. It's said that it's all kinds of love stories. I still don't want to put my postcards on the good [naughty] windowsill with a dull mood. I guess it's a simple and crude propaganda that passers-by take at will. It's very close to the beautiful St. Mark's Church. It's about a minute's walk.
Located in Zagreb, it has a low-profile appearance, but it is well-known all over the world. The exhibition hall is exquisite and clean. The tokens are fragmented, not surprising in appearance, and the buckwheat ends up in the exhibition hall. It is also a voluntary donation from lovelorn people all over the world. Even after breaking up, the old love has been deeply impressed, donated tokens, saved old love, no longer in the twilight and twilight, thus "forgetting each other in the river and lake" can be said to be "one is different, two are happy". Therefore, it is sad, but also unforgettable.

You don't need to buy a separate ticket for the fortress. If you buy a ticket for the city wall, it is included. It is not far from the Pile Gate. Below is the old pier, the famous filming location of Game of Thrones. The fortress is not very big, but it is still nice to walk around and see the scenery. See the old city of Dubrovnik from another angle.
The fortress is located at a commanding height by the sea, and its location is strategic. Cannons, stone bombs and other old defensive weapons are all there. The steps to the hill and the stairs inside the fortress are quite steep and a bit strenuous, but the view from the fortress is nice. There is a performance of "Hamlet" every night in the warm season. There are few seats and tickets are very popular. Be sure to buy them online in advance.

Ban Jelačić Square is the central square of the city of Zagreb, Croatia, named after Ban Josip Jelačić. The official name is Trg bana Jelačića. The square is colloquially called Jelačić plac.
Governor Jelacic Square in Zagreb is located in the city center and is a symbol of Croatia's struggle for national independence. During the Tito era, it was replaced by a statue of a guerrilla fighter. After Croatia's independence, Governor Jelacic rode a horse and waved a sword in the center of the square again.

The cable car station is located at the foot of the mountain outside the north gate of the old city. There is a huge cross on the top of the mountain, which was originally given to Dubrovnik by Napoleon. It was later destroyed in the war. What stands there now is a replica.
If you want to have a panoramic view of the old city, Mount Said is a rare good place to go. You can take a cable car to the top of the mountain. But driving up the mountain is the best way to get a better view and perspective along the way.
