The title of "Asia's No. 1 Waterfall" is truly well-deserved. It is magnificent and powerful, with a massive volume of water. Although its volume is far less than that of Niagara Falls and Iguazu Falls, which I've visited and are considered among the world's top waterfalls, it surpasses them in its ethereal beauty. Furthermore, the world's longest A-type escalator served both the upper and lower sections, making it a fitting addition to the Huangguoshu Waterfall experience.
Our tour guide, Ya Ya, was fantastic! She was very responsible and enthusiastic ❤️! She told us where to go for fun and where it would be most convenient to get around. I loved her and will definitely come back again!

Mount Emei, also known as Mount Emei[22], is a branch of the Qionglai Mountains. It is located on the southwestern edge of the Sichuan Basin in China, between 29°16′ and 29°43′ north latitude and 103°10′ and 103°37′ east longitude. It rises from the Emei Plain and extends north and south for 105 kilometers. The main peaks are Mount Da'e, Mount Er'e, Mount San'e, and Mount Si'e. Mount Da'e is the Emei Mountain Scenic Area, covering an area of 154 square kilometers. The main peak is the Golden Summit, and the highest peak, Wanfo Peak, is 3099 meters above sea level.
Purchase tickets and cable car fares in advance. Enter the park with your ID card. Pack light. We bought tickets for the morning trip from the foot of Dabashan Mountain to Leipingdong (2 hours). Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great; the sea of clouds obscured the sun. The sunrise was absolutely stunning. We'll definitely come back to make up for it next time.

I watched the movie "The Mysterious Buddha" when I was a child and always wanted to see it for myself. I finally made it. I called a ride-hailing service to enter from the North Gate, but when I arrived at this so-called North Gate, it wasn't the actual North Gate of the scenic area at all. I still had to walk a long way to reach the real North Gate.
I experienced both the boat tour and the mountain climb, and each had its own unique charm. The boat tour offers a panoramic view of the Buddha, while the mountain climb allows for a closer look at the details—both were breathtaking. The only thing to note is that the steps leading down to the Buddha's feet are very steep, so it's best to wear non-slip shoes and walk slowly.

Zhijin Cave in Guizhou is a natural karst cave formed over thousands of years. Inside the cave, there are many stalactites and underground rivers on the walls and ceiling, with various shapes and forms that are very spectacular. The whole scene is well worth visiting in person!
The cave is beautiful, and since it's the off-season, it's deserted, allowing for a leisurely visit. A visit takes about 3 hours, with many steps! Whether it's tiring depends on your physical condition; I personally didn't find it too strenuous. It's not cold inside the cave; a base layer and a sweatshirt are usually enough (in November). The only problem is transportation within the scenic area. There are very few direct buses from the high-speed rail station to the scenic area—only one per hour, and they're very slow. We had to take a taxi, which cost 120 yuan and took 40 minutes. By the time we finished our visit, it was almost dark, and there were no taxis available, especially in the middle of nowhere. I hope the scenic area can change the time of the last bus; otherwise, we would miss our high-speed train back to Guiyang. Finally, a kind man took us to the high-speed rail station. What a thrilling trip!

Great day tour to Dazu caves, and definitely the most convenient and flexible way to visit them if you dont speak Chinese. Very professional driver, easy to communicate with wechat.
I received the vehicle information a day in advance, and it was very clear. The driver arrived at the meeting point on time. The meeting point was in Jiaochangkou, which was very convenient, and there were restrooms nearby before boarding. The bus only stops at the Baodingshan parking lot; both boarding and alighting are at the same location. The total tour time is 6 hours, which is more than enough if you only plan to visit Baodingshan. The journey takes about 2 hours each way. Because it was a free day when I went, the scenic area was extremely crowded, so I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted.

Entering the Dragon Palace is the highlight. The stalactites within the cave are shaped in various forms, such as "Five Dragons Guarding Treasures" and "Crystal Grapes," and their lifelike forms are truly breathtaking. A boat trip through the three-kilometer-long underground river is like stepping into a dreamlike underwater Dragon Palace. The stalactites on the cave ceiling and walls, illuminated by the lights, appear translucent and vibrant, creating a powerful visual impact. Unfortunately, the second entrance to the Dragon Palace was closed that day. The Longmen Waterfall cascades down from the top of the cave, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
After a one-night stay in Anshun, I decided to visit the nearby Dragon Palace before heading to Xiaoqikong in Libo. Reviews suggested the hike would be too long and tiring, so I decided against it. We arrived early, took the elevator, and took a boat to the Dragon Palace, then back again. The scenery inside the Dragon Palace was truly breathtaking and well worth a visit!

Location: In Yibin Transportation: Best to drive there and back Tickets: 50% off on Ctrip, a great deal The scenic area shuttle bus is 5 yuan per ride, and free during the May Day and National Day holidays! The most important thing is that the scenic area offers a delicious Quanquan Bamboo Banquet.
It is worth going. It is a natural oxygen bar with beautiful mountains and clear waters. It is very beautiful. The bamboo banquet is very unique. The prices of the scenic spots are basically unified and the management is very standardized. It is worth taking the elderly to see it together.

The scenery is beautiful, but there's some traffic. Traffic jams happen because some people think they're smarter than others and skip the line, overtaking from the side lanes and blocking oncoming traffic. I've taken photos of these cars skipping the line and exposing them, hoping to foster public scrutiny and promote social progress. We can't always let those who skip the line take advantage while those with public morals suffer.
This is the location mentioned in Chairman Mao's poem "The Long March." "The Five Ridges wind like gentle waves, the Wumeng Mountains are majestic and majestic, rolling in the mud." The great man's words are imbued with revolutionary passion. Back in 1935, at a time of national crisis, a group of Red Army troops, filled with revolutionary ideals to transform the world and build a new China, began their journey in the mountains of Jiangxi and Hunan. They were then forced into the Long March by counter-revolutionary encirclement and suppression. Eighty years ago, in today's peaceful times, have become a beautiful sight before our eyes. The hardships endured by the Red Army have become the roads we now face, the natural barriers we face now, and the world has been transformed! Arriving at the Wumeng Grassland, we'll find farmhouses and hotels along the way, each with its own cattle and sheep slaughterhouse. Herds of cattle and sheep abound, leisurely grazing amidst the blue sky, white clouds, and verdant mountains and clear waters. Here, too, there are groups of horseback riders and herders grazing their cattle. Galloping on horseback through the alpine meadows was such a joy... The road winds along, filled with seas of clouds, mountains, horses, cattle, sheep, and people unfettered by their own freedom, as well as tents and RVs of all colors. There are also campsites and people trekking up the canyon. Under the blue sky and white clouds, the people taking photos and checking in admirably embellish the beautiful scenery, a true reflection of the people's yearning and pursuit for a better life! The road may be long, but the journey will eventually lead to the destination! We also rode the bus through the rolling hills, letting our eyes take in the scenery and our hearts wander freely. Someone played "To the Clouds," which was perfectly fitting! Everyone sang and sang, taking in photos and checking in on the Cloud Plank Road. Occasionally, cattle and sheep would approach, unfazed. Many people drove along the mountain roads, but some cars unfortunately got stuck, causing traffic congestion in some sections. The weather in the mountains is unpredictable. Just one moment, the sky was clear, then suddenly it was overcast. From time to time, clouds would blow in, and then a moment later, a steady rain would fall... Perhaps this is the beauty and magic of the Wumeng Grassland. It's said that around 4 p.m., the Tyndall effect occurs, where sunlight scatters through clouds. If you're lucky, you might even witness the Buddha's light shining brightly. Due to time constraints, we didn't see it. We continued on our journey, passing through lush green mountains and clear waters, and then walked a long, poorly maintained road before reaching the Beipanjiang Bridge, said to be the world's tallest bridge at 600 meters. This is a great victory for our country's infrastructure, and it's a testament to the fact that mountain dwellers have transformed natural barriers into accessible roads, no longer feeling overwhelmed by the sight of mountains.

I came too late. When I came to Pudi Scenic Area in late April, the peak flowering period had passed and only a few flowers were left. I heard that there were no flowers at all in Jinpo Scenic Area due to hail the day before I came. I walked around the whole area on foot and it was not bad. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
The azaleas in Pudi Scenic Area are still quite spectacular. Tour route: If you drive, it is recommended to enter from the south gate. The parking lot is very close. Take the shortest route to the ticket gate. Tour time: I saw everyone talking about the queue problem. It is recommended to enter around 4 pm, so that it will not be too sunny and miss the large number of tour groups. There will be no queues. Easily enter the core scenic area. Or enter the park at the earliest time in the morning.

Lanxi River is named after the magnolias and azaleas that cover it. It is the largest river on the top of Wawu Mountain. Lanxi Waterfall is also the largest waterfall in Sichuan Wawu Mountain National Forest Park, with a total height of 1,055 meters. In winter, Lanxi Waterfall freezes into a huge icefall, which is crystal blue and a great spectacle.
