I sat on the cruise ship and started this fantasy journey. The scenes along the way were lifelike, as if I had traveled back to ancient times. The beautiful Qinghai Lake, standing by the lake is like being at the seaside, the scenery is unique, the grassland and Qinghai Lake echo each other, cattle and sheep are in groups, and the mood is comfortable.

We drove from Xining and enjoyed the picturesque scenery. After arriving at the scenic spot, the staff allowed us to drive in because the mountain was about to be closed and there were few tourists. We were so happy! There were almost no tourists in the scenic area, only a few construction workers and aboriginals. There were cattle and sheep everywhere. It was so beautiful against the backdrop of blue sky, white clouds and snow-capped mountains! It is worthy of being a 5A scenic spot and it is worthy of being on the National Geographic Magazine of China. Beautiful China! Qinghai is so beautiful!

The night tour is absolutely worth the money, and I recommend it! Here’s a guide for fellow foreigners visiting: You have to enter through the North Gate. The shuttle bus will first take you to area number 4. After you’re done there, make sure to get on the shuttle bus labeled 夜游 (you can ask the staff by showing them a picture of the night show). Do not get on the shuttle buses thay are going back to North & West Gates! The nigbt show bus will first bring you to another scenic spot to watch the sunset. Afterwards you will be taken to the spot of the night shoq. You will walk through illuminated mountains accompanied by music and tales, and finally reach the stage where you will watch a performance of a Yugur legend. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience!
The night view is amazing, the lights shine on the mountain, the colors and shapes are very beautiful, it feels like another world, especially shocking.
