The high-speed train from Beijing North Railway Station is very convenient! 👍🏻 It's a 5-minute walk from the train station to the entrance of the aerial cable car, which takes you directly to the 7th floor of the North Tower, and then you can walk to the 8th floor. This is the highest point, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains!
Try to go at Night, buy the correct package. No night visits in the witer.

I'd give the environment and scenery an 8 out of 10, and driver Jiang a 10 out of 10. Because there was a sporting event near the attraction today, and the train tickets couldn't be changed, Jiang kindly arranged every leg of the journey and provided pick-up and drop-off, arriving at the station on time.
Went with family in cool November and enjoyed the park. Favorite ride are: Decepticoaster. Flight of the Hippogriff. Forbidden Journey. Jurassic Flyer. Jurassic world adventure. Food portion from the F&B is Hugh.

Jinci Museum is located at the foot of Xuanweng Mountain, 25 kilometers southwest of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, at the source of the Jin River. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit and a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Jinci is world-renowned for its ancient architecture, sculptures, famous springs, and ancient trees. The temple grounds are beautiful, with magnificent buildings and numerous halls, pavilions, towers, terraces, bridges, and waterside pavilions dotting the landscape. The ancient trees are lush and the scenery is picturesque.
I've been to Taiyuan many times, but this was my first time visiting Jinci Temple. I arrived just in time to see the ginkgo leaves turn yellow, it was especially beautiful. The architecture of Jinci Temple is also very distinctive; it was definitely worth the trip.

Because the "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils" program included a special itinerary at Yanmen Pass, even during the winter holidays, it wasn't too crowded. It's a magnificent pass, definitely worth a visit. Climb the mountain and experience the feeling of iron horses and golden spears.
Yanmen Pass, the first pass of China. This trip with my parents was a bit cold, the temperature dropped suddenly, but thankfully I brought down jackets! You really need to bring some warm clothes when visiting Shanxi in November, otherwise you really can't stand it!

One of the most impressive aspects of POPLAND is how much it delivers for the price. Compared to traditional theme parks with expensive rides and long queues, POPLAND focuses on *immersive storytelling, visual spectacle, and collectible culture*. For fans of Pop Mart, the chance to see rare figurines, buy exclusive blind boxes, and interact with characters is priceless.
We absolutely loved our visit to Popmart Land in Beijing! The whole place was vibrant, quirky and full of creative photo spots. One of the highlights was definitely getting to take a picture with a life-sized Dimoo — super cute and such a fun surprise. If you enjoy playful popmart spaces and colourful installations, this place is really worth a visit. We had a great time exploring and soaking in the lively atmosphere!

We arrived at 9:10 am and bought tickets for driving into the park. It wasn't the weekend, but there were still quite a lot of people. Driving around slowly was a lot of fun. We saw brown bears, Siberian tigers, white tigers, wolves, wild boars, and more. After getting out of the car, we could spend about three hours exploring the zoo. Overall, it was a very happy day.
Encounter wondrous creatures at the Beijing Wildlife Park! Here, there are no fences to separate you from the wild animals, only freely roaming amidst lush greenery. Drive through the predator enclosure for a thrilling experience, and hand-feeding the gentle deer is incredibly therapeutic. Embrace nature's lessons here, creating unforgettable memories for the whole family amidst laughter. Every corner is a pristine surprise, and every interaction is filled with warmth.

We had a great time, it was the first time I'd ever seen a panda
It’s definitely worth a visit to the Panda Pavilion in Beijing Zoo. The ticket to the panda pavilion is single entry, once you exit the panda pavilion you can’t re-enter but you could get a new ticket if you want to. There’s a very nice cafe inside the panda pavilion, it’s on the first floor. There are coffee and desserts. There are three pandas at the Olympic house and two pandas at the Asian games house. The zoo opened at 7:30am but the panda pavilion opened at 8am. The pandas are all behind glass wall therefore it’s difficult to capture photos or videos without reflections. There’s a metro station right outside the zoo. There are plenty of food, drinks and souvenirs shops inside the zoo. I don’t think there’s a toilet inside the panda pavilion but within the zoo there are plenty of toilets available.

A great experience! My child loved it. The facilities were new and plentiful. It was clearly well-arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they even provided mosquito repellent patches and other necessities for children – very thoughtful. The owner's recommendations for restaurants and other places to eat were excellent. I'll definitely come back!
It was a fantastic experience. We toured the interior of a real aircraft carrier, watched stunt car shows and water performances, and the final, spectacular long-running fireworks display was truly unforgettable.

Early winter was the perfect time to visit; the temperature was just right, and there wasn't an unbearable temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. I was very satisfied! The orchids were fantastic, and the cacti were large and adorable. I loved them.
Taiyuan Botanical Garden has become a newly popular tourist attraction, largely thanks to its starry sky-top elevator observation deck. The three hemispherical tropical museums opposite, reflected in the water, resemble an alien base. Now that it's winter and the off-season, the crowds are concentrated here! You could easily spend a whole day here in the summer. There are electric shuttle buses and small electric cars available for rent, so it's not tiring for the elderly or children!

A truly magnificent lakeside scene. Willows still sway in the autumn breeze. Apricot yellow mingles with maple red, exuding autumnal charm. The clear lake reflects pavilions, terraces, towers, and galleries. At night, the Chaoran Tower lights up, an indescribable beauty. It can only be said that Jinan's cultural and tourism departments and government agencies put in effort, but didn't give the impression that you needed to pay for visual appeal. There were many pitfalls along the way. Thumbs up to Jinan!
Daming Lake isn't a breathtakingly stunning body of water; it lacks an overbearing beauty. Its essence lies in the inherent composure and gentle warmth of Jinan, this old city. Stepping into the park from the bustling streets, the summer heat seems to be separated by an invisible curtain. Suddenly, the view opens up, the lake like a vast, gently shimmering piece of jade, calming the city's restlessness. This seamless transition from "city" to "scenery" is Daming Lake's most generous gift. The beauty here lies in its sense of proportion. It possesses the poetic beauty of "lotuses on all four sides, willows on three, mountains in one half, lake in the other," yet it doesn't feel desolate or barren. The lake water is alive, connected to the pulse of Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring, so it is clear, moist, and carries the vitality rising from the earth. Take a leisurely boat ride or stroll along the lakeshore. As far as the eye can see, there are the elegant pavilions and ancestral halls with their upturned eaves and brackets, nestled peacefully on the bank, more like long-time neighbors than main attractions. This harmonious blend of culture and nature is just right, neither vying for attention nor competing for anything. What touched me most were the corners belonging to the locals. Not the tourist-packed Chaoran Tower, but the elderly practicing Tai Chi under the shade of trees, the sounds of erhu music playing by the covered bridge, and citizens fetching water from the lake with buckets—drinkable spring water. This scene instantly transforms Daming Lake from a tourist attraction into a living space, brimming with a down-to-earth and warm atmosphere. If you're looking for breathtaking scenery, Daming Lake might seem ordinary. But if you're willing to slow down, it will envelop you with its generous power. It's not for "checking off" photos, but for "experiencing." On a leisurely afternoon, find a bench by the lake, watch the ripples on the water, and feel the willow branches sway gently. You'll understand that this "unassuming" beauty is its most precious virtue. Summary and Suggestions: * **Character:** Dignified and gentle, rich in historical depth and everyday life. * **Suitable for:** Travelers who appreciate history and culture, seek urban tranquility, and enjoy a slower pace of life. * **Best Way to Experience:** Boating on the lake or strolling along its shores. Don't be fixated on visiting every attraction; focus on experiencing the leisurely atmosphere. * **Highlight:** Pay attention to the locals fetching water, playing chess, or singing along the lakeside; they are the most vibrant colors in this picturesque scene. The beauty of Daming Lake requires you to quiet your mind to truly appreciate its lingering, mellow aftertaste.
