Songshan Lake Ecological Scenic Area is very good. Here are a few original pictures to share with you! I heard that the area of Songshan Lake is slightly larger than Hangzhou West Lake. This is just hearsay. Hangzhou West Lake is being arranged. Looking forward to it.
I came to Songshan Lake to find no strange scenery, just thinking about avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. When I first entered the scenic spot, I saw a large water. A few small islands were dotted in the distance. The trees on the island were lush and reflected in the water. The sun was shining down the lake. On the bend, I suddenly saw a group of people in front of me taking pictures of the beauty of Songshan Lake. It is not a wonderful place. Overall, it is a very healing scenic area.

📍Xixi Ancient Village in Dongguan
History: It was first built during the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty (about 1489), with a history of more than 500 years. It is known as the "No. 1 Fulu Village in China". The well-preserved ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties can be called a microcosm of Lingnan culture.
Features and highlights:
1️⃣ Ancient building style: More than 200 Ming and Qing residential buildings, "Ming" and "Jin" houses with hard-topped roofs, red sandstone and blue bricks, chessboard layout of alleys, and beautiful night views (Guangdong version of "Xiaohongyadong").
2️⃣ Night tour recommendation: Take photos under the eaves at dusk, stroll along the river, and feel the tranquility and lights of the ancient village.
3️⃣ Surrounding experience: Adjacent to Dongkeng Town, you can enjoy food (such as Liaobu food stalls) or visit the surrounding water towns.
Practical tips:
🚴 Transportation: It is recommended to take a taxi/ride an electric bike (the road is narrow, so be careful when driving on holidays); take bus No. 369/366 to "Xixi Ancient Village Bus Station".
🎫 Tickets: Free, open all day.
⏰ Time: You can finish the tour within 1 hour, preferably in the evening, to avoid the peak of holiday traffic.

History: It was built in the Ming Dynasty (about 1621) and has a history of more than 500 years. It was originally named Luxi Village. It has well-preserved ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties and is known as the "Little Lijiang of Guangdong".
Features:
Chessboard-style alley layout, more than 200 Ming and Qing residential buildings, hard-top "Ming" houses, red sandstone and blue brick style.
Beautiful night view, the eaves lights are like turning pages of a thread-bound book, suitable for taking pictures.
There are 15 ancestral halls, 2 study rooms, and 193 Cantonese residential buildings, with a strong cultural atmosphere.
Play suggestions:
Time: About 1 hour, it is recommended to enjoy the night view in the evening.
Transportation: Take a taxi or ride an electric bike (the road is narrow and it is difficult to park), bus No. 369/366 to Xixi Ancient Village Station.
