A Michelin one-star restaurant in Edinburgh, which feels better than many Michelin two-star restaurants in London. The food is delicious, the wine is not expensive, and the owner is very polite.
This is a Michelin one-star restaurant in Edinburgh that was just awarded last year. The seafood there is good, but it is still not as good as the Michelin restaurants in London. However, the price is a little cheaper than that in London, and there are not so many people.

I went to eat with my friends. It takes more than 2k to get to MW from Waverley Station. We set out early in the morning and walked, strolled and chatted in the wind. I only remember that the baguette was delicious. After eating, we went to the dome for afternoon tea. Now I think it is also the most delicious and cost-effective afternoon tea, no doubt about it.
You need to make a reservation in advance for this restaurant, otherwise you won't be able to eat there. The steaks here are very authentic, standard Wellington steaks with a crispy crust. The caramel egg rolls are delicious, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic.

I saw this restaurant on the Chinese introduction of the hotel, so I went to try it. The dishes tasted pretty good. The shark fin was quite good, very flavorful, much better than those in domestic restaurants.
This restaurant has a great atmosphere. It is said that it was originally an authentic warehouse in the 19th century. The decoration is very beautiful and the food is also excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner at Gaucho. Our waiters (2 really friendly Italian) took good care of us, were engaging, fun, polite and made the atmosphere fantastic. The food was stunning, one of the best steaks I had in years, same for my partner. I would definitely recommend Gaucho to anyone looking for a meat experience.
Excellent food, we were amazed by the quality of the stake, the sauce has added an additional flavour making it flavourable

This is a restaurant near Calton Hill. The Western food they serve is very famous in Edinburgh. The fried fish is delicious. I saw every table ordered it, so I ordered one too. It was indeed delicious, and the fish skin was very crispy.
A very famous Scottish restaurant, recommended by a friend, the dishes are amazing

The restaurant's fence gives people a very strange feeling, and the dishes are very exquisite, making people reluctant to eat them.
Restaurant name: HERON 📍Detailed address: 87, 91A Henderson St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6ED Heron, UK 💰Average consumption: 1000 🌟Highlights: This Michelin one-star restaurant has an affordable price of around 100 pounds, and the service and taste are above the passing line, impartial👌. The Testing menu is based on the finest Scottish ingredients, whether it's the finest wild sea bass or the finest berries from Fife, giving you an authentic taste of Scotland. It allows you to experience the talent of the chefs to the fullest, with all the dishes fitting together like a well-crafted puzzle. With great views of the surrounding Leith Harbour, you can ask for a table by the window, or choose to sit at the spacious bar. 🕒 Speaking of dining time, this is a leisurely place. The nearly three-hour dining experience allows time to slip away quietly between your taste buds~🏃‍♀️If you are in a hurry, it is recommended to find another place, otherwise it may become a race against time! We ate from dawn to dusk. 🍽️ As for the taste, I personally feel that for Chinese tastes, it is more inclined to European and American style, and the classic flavors on the white table dominate, but overall it is still quite delicious! 👌The ingredients are so fresh that they seem to have just been picked from the countryside, and the portions are generous, making people eat until they lean on the wall and walk out with a sense of satisfaction! 😋 Menu: 1. Cucumber | Jalapeno | Sesame 2. Crab | Sweet celery | Apple | Almond 3. Calf's sweetbread | Exmoor caviar 4. Sourdough bread | Brown crab butter 5. Mackerel | Grapefruit | Fig leaves | Hazelnuts 6. Potatoes | Cambrai oysters | Fennel 7. Wild sea bass | Chicken | Pepper | Basil 8. Quail | Cherry | Spelt 9. Lamb | Zucchini | Peas | Cabbage 10. Gubbeen (Irish cheese) | Heather honey | Olive oil (additional £13) Dessert: 11. Apple | Blackcurrant leaves 12. Blackberry side strawberry | Pistachio | Mascarpone cheese #Michelin #Summer Food Exploration #Edinburgh #Scotland Travel

This is a relatively high-end restaurant in Edinburgh. The dim sum they serve is very good and delicious. They are all British specialties. The entrance is very large and you can easily find it by following the navigation.
This is a Scottish-style Michelin one-star restaurant. Reservations need to be made in advance. The only drawback is that the pace of dining is too slow. A meal took almost three hours, and the pace of serving food is very different from ours.

Rhubarb is a high-end restaurant with its own special plates. The seafood they serve is very good. The pea soup tastes very good, and the fried squid is delicious, but the portion is too small.
Rhubarb is a big highlight of this trip to Edinburgh! I am very satisfied and the experience can be described as amazing! [Taste] Every dish is very delicious, the scallops are fresh and tender, and the wonton-like dishes are also smooth and refreshing~ [Environment] Walking into Rhubarb is like walking into an exquisite British TV series! There is no need to say more, you can see how beautiful it is in the photos~ The tableware is also printed with R. Such a thoughtful detail, diners said they are very satisfied~
