Totally worth it!. We take Route C and the view nothing less than others eventhough some say that is the laziest route. Please prepare ¥32/return for the escalators if you wish to use escalators and not hike 999 stairs. It is not included in the package you bought. Only can buy at the counter.

Transportation is relatively convenient. You can join a day tour, take the high-speed rail to Wulong, and then take a bus or taxi to the visitor center. Driving is the most time-efficient option, as transferring from the high-speed rail to a bus requires waiting time. The attraction itself isn't particularly exciting; its main appeal is its park-like atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the natural oxygen bar. The location at the bottom of the sinkhole maintains a comfortable climate, mild in winter and cool in summer. However, the walking trails can get very hot in summer, and there are often queues when it's crowded. The ticket is valid for five days, which is quite convenient. Hopefully, future transportation connections will be even better, making it easier for independent travelers who don't drive.
A special thank you to our driver for taking us to the Three Natural Bridges! The drive was smooth and safe, and he patiently explained everything to us – from the unique topography of Chongqing's mountainous landscape to the extraordinary karst cliffs and deep canyons of the Three Natural Bridges, even detailing the streams and other scenic spots beneath the bridges. He described the grandeur of the Three Natural Bridges even before we arrived at the scenic area. We were completely captivated by his explanations, and it lifted our spirits considerably. Thank you so much!
The Three Natural Bridges are a dream come true; they are truly beautiful. We will definitely choose Ctrip again next time.

Wudang Mountain Scenic Area is vast. Enter early and take the shuttle bus to Taizipo, Zixiao Palace, and Nanyan for sightseeing, then hike up the mountain. When you reach Chaotian Palace, be sure to take the back mountain route to experience the essence of Wudang Mountain. Pass through the First Heavenly Gate, Second Heavenly Gate, and Third Heavenly Gate to reach Zijincheng and the Golden Summit. Hike down the mountain via Qiongtan or take the cable car down to Qiongtan and then take the shuttle bus back to the main entrance.
Wudang Mountain is naturally blessed with a celestial beauty. Its golden summit soars into the clouds, and its ancient and solemn Taoist temples stand amidst verdant greenery, their red walls and black tiles nestled among the trees. The sounds of morning bells and evening drums seem to allow one to touch the spirit of Taoism that has endured for millennia. The incense smoke curls around Zixiao Palace, while the cliffside pavilions of Nanyan Palace offer breathtaking and perilous views. This was my third visit to the Three Gorges Dam. The first time was before construction even began, the second time it was under construction, and this time, seeing the completed Three Gorges Dam was truly awe-inspiring. The Chinese builders are truly magnificent. I carefully watched the raising and lowering of ships through the five-stage ship lock, and I was completely captivated.
The Three Gorges Dam is free to enter, and there's a 35 yuan bus ticket, which is very cost-effective. However, there's an electric cart section inside that requires a separate ticket (10 yuan per person). If you don't take it, you have to walk 1.5 kilometers. It's inconvenient to not know this and only find out you need to buy a separate ticket when you get to the front of the line. It would be much better if people were informed in advance that they could buy the ticket in advance, or if it could be combined with the bus ticket, saving the hassle of buying tickets twice.

Glass bridge was interesting and my first time on a glass bridge. The activities seemed decent but I only tried the Zipline, which was exciting but short. The canyon, was a nice and easy hike, I went during a weekday and it was pretty quiet with photogenic sights. Would definitely recommend for a nice hike

It's well worth the trip to see the Two Gorges and the Dam, especially the Three Gorges Dam's elevator, which you absolutely must experience. A truly perfect recommendation! Our group of 9 and a half senior citizens chartered a car to explore Chongqing, visiting Fairy Mountain National Forest Park, the Three Natural Bridges, and the Wujiang River Viewpoint (Wujiang Gallery). The experience far exceeded our expectations!
The driver's car was not only spotless, but the interior temperature was also perfectly set, making the seniors feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they got in. The driving was also exceptionally smooth throughout the journey, without any bumps or jolting, giving us a great sense of security. He provided detailed explanations of Chongqing's local customs and culture along the way, and the itinerary was well-planned, with perfectly timed stops at each attraction – neither rushed nor overly drawn-out.
What's most commendable is that the elderly members of our group tend to be talkative and ask many questions, but the driver was incredibly patient throughout the entire trip. He answered every question, whether it was a repetitive one or a minor inquiry, with great care. At the attractions, he proactively reminded us to be careful where the roads were slippery, to avoid getting lost, and to avoid backtracking. He even explained the tour route clearly and thoroughly. He was considerate and thoughtful in every aspect, ensuring that the elderly had a happy and worry-free trip. Such a wonderful driver deserves double praise!
A Trip to Fairy Mountain: A Healing Journey into a Real-Life "Oriental Switzerland"
Having long heard of Fairy Mountain's reputation as the "Number One Pasture in Southern China," this trip truly lived up to its name! Escaping the city's sweltering heat in the height of summer, the cool 22°C here felt like natural air conditioning. The lush green forests and boundless grasslands intertwined, making every snapshot a wallpaper-worthy moment. Strolling along the wooden boardwalk, herds of cattle and sheep grazed leisurely on the meadows, the wind rippling through the meadows like waves of green, the only sounds being birdsong and the wind—even the air felt sweet and refreshing.
The highlight was the horseback riding experience. Galloping across the open grasslands, feeling the wind through my hair, instantly forgot all my worries. I also checked out the popular miniature train, winding through the forest like stepping into a fairytale. In the evening, I checked into a guesthouse by the grasslands, where a sky full of stars awaited me. Dinner featured a whole roasted lamb, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with local plum juice—a truly hearty and rustic experience.
The scenic area boasts comprehensive facilities and convenient transportation, offering unique enjoyment for families, couples, and friends alike. This hidden grassland paradise in Wulong, Chongqing, combines the vastness of northern grasslands with the delicate beauty of southern landscapes, making it absolutely worth visiting repeatedly. Next time, I'll definitely bring a tent to watch the sunrise and sunset on the grassland!
