The scenery was so beautiful that we kept taking photos and lost track of time. Around 6 pm, we got off at the "Daydream Cinema," but there were no more buses or minibuses, and no staff members were around. No one had reminded us of the last shuttle bus time, so the two of us had to walk to the visitor center, about 4.5 kilometers away. The wind was strong, the temperature was -1.5 degrees Celsius, and it got dark quickly. The further we walked, the more scared we became. We tried calling the scenic area, but no one answered. Finally, we called 110 (the police emergency number) and asked them to contact the scenic area staff. After hanging up, a Li Auto electric scooter passed by, and the driver stopped and readily gave us a ride to the parking lot. We chatted along the way, and the driver said he was from the Space Capsule Hotel. His surname was Wang; he was probably the owner or manager. We were extremely grateful to him and will definitely stay there again next time! The first photo was taken on the way to the visitor center.
Key viewing platforms: Nine-Colored Danxia (360° panoramic view of the colorful hills, best spot for drone aerial photography), Danxia Peak Scenic View (climb the 2550-meter Danxia boardwalk to the highest point and experience the awe-inspiring "mountains like sea waves and rocks like whales"), and Silk Road Sunset (capture the epic scene of "the setting sun over the long river" at dusk, with Danxia and the Yellow River in the same frame).

The number of visitors was absolutely enormous; you were basically just being pushed around by the crowd. I saw the Flying Horse of Gansu and the Little Girl with the Curtain-like Hairpin. There weren't many exhibits inside; pottery made up a large portion. Overall, it was alright. I hired a guided tour, so at least I didn't just wander around aimlessly.
Whenever I travel to a new place, I always want to visit a museum to learn about its history. I booked free tickets in advance through the official WeChat account, and there's a free locker on the left side of the entrance, which was very convenient. I was surprised by how many visitors usually visit the Gansu Museum, and there was a long line right at the entrance. The main areas of interest are on the second and third floors. The Gansu Museum is very famous for its cultural and creative products, and the prices are quite high, so I bought one as a souvenir. The most famous exhibits are undoubtedly the Horse Stepping on Flying Swallow and the glass lotus flower tray. I was lucky enough to see them in person, and I was truly impressed by the wisdom and exquisite craftsmanship of the ancients. There aren't many other exhibits. Since visiting the Shaanxi Provincial Museum, I feel like every museum's artifacts are younger. Across from the Gansu Museum is a large shopping mall, Lanzhou Center, which you can also visit.

This is a truly worthwhile attraction, highly recommended! Climb up and admire the majestic Yellow River's flow. Besides the stunning views, there are also various exhibitions and cultural and creative activities to cater to a wide range of audiences.
Even before I approached, I felt awe. From afar, the towering building towered into the sky, its beauty unmatched by its superficial sophistication, imbued with the grandeur and silence of a rammed earth fortress, steeped in history. It seemed less like a building than a massive, square seal, perched on the earth. Its ochre-hued form, against the vast expanse of the sky, projected a timeless simplicity and weight. The Yellow River flowed beside it, its muddy yellow water blending seamlessly with the building's base, as if it had grown from the river itself, imbued with the innate DNA of earth and waves. Climbing the steps, each step felt like a step on the scale of time. The bricks beneath my feet were rough and solid, their cracks seemingly imbued with millennia of wind and sand and the sound of horns. Reaching the top floor, I leaned over the railing and gazed out into the distance. In that instant, the world suddenly opened up, gripping my soul and leaving me speechless. Before me lay the legendary river. It doesn't roar as imagined, but flows slowly eastward in a tranquility bordering on tragic grandeur. The water's color is the unique "Yellow River Yellow," thick as flowing bronze, gleaming with a deep luster in the sunlight. It's not clear, but profound; not swift, but powerful. It's a mighty force, forsaking the clamor and focusing on its path. It's as if it's not water, but the very blood of the earth, the liquid soul of this loess land, carrying the weight of history and memories, silently and stubbornly carrying billions of buckets of mud and stories to the distant east. The wind blew from the river, carrying the coolness of water vapor and the sweetness of earth. This scent is ancient, the scent of the "vast river" in the Book of Songs, the scent of "rushing to the sea, never to return" in Li Bai's cup. My gaze extended, and my heart surged with it. I imagine this river, filled with the solitary uprightness of the people gathering wild vetch on Mount Shouyang, the purple mists at Hangu Pass, the smoke of war between Chu and Han, and the lamentations of Li Bai and Du Fu. Every wave could be a lost legend; every ripple a lost ballad. It flows along the banks of the Book of Songs, through the volumes of the Records of the Grand Historian, through the grandeur of the Han and Tang dynasties, flowing to this day, before my very eyes. It is a silent historian, recording the rise and fall, honor and disgrace of a nation with the simplest brushstrokes. Personal joys and sorrows seem so insignificant and weightless against this eternal flow. And the Yellow River Tower is the most faithful listener and recorder of this great narrative. It lacks the ethereal aura of the Yellow Crane Tower, nor the brilliance of talent and sentimentality of the Tengwang Pavilion. Its beauty is rooted in the earth, an innate sense of responsibility and commitment. It stands here not for the feasting and singing of scholars, but to breathe with the river, to remember and gaze upon it. It is a stabilizing force, anchoring the nation's roots; it is also an eye looking into the future, watching over the dawn and dusk of this land. As the sun sets, the sky and earth are dyed a vast orange-red. The boundary between river and sky blurs, and the entire Yellow River seems to flow across the heavens. The silhouette of the pavilion becomes even more majestic and solemn in the twilight, like a contemplative giant. As I leave, I look back at its silhouette gradually merging into the night.

It's not a big place, but the environment is very nice. The adult pandas are at the top, and the big star, Qi Zai, usually comes out to eat in the morning. There are also underage pandas below, and they are all so cute.
The biggest attraction of the Qinling Four Treasures Park is the opportunity to observe the "Four Treasures of Qinling" up close: giant pandas, golden monkeys, takins, and crested ibises. Here, you can see the world's only captive brown giant panda—"Qi Zai," who is known for his extreme caution and concern for others—as well as seven other giant pandas and four panda cubs. Besides the giant pandas, the other three treasures of Qinling—golden monkeys, takins, and crested ibises—are all first-class protected animals. In addition, the park has a science education exhibition area that allows visitors to learn about the survival stories of the Four Treasures and their ecological significance. On our first visit to the park, it was in the afternoon, and the giant pandas were mostly napping and not very active. We went a second time, entering as soon as the park opened in the morning, and saw many lively and adorable giant pandas.

I brought my family to experience the Maijishan Hot Springs. They have a variety of pools with different therapeutic effects. I especially recommend the herbal pool; it's reasonably priced. All the ingredients are high-quality, freshly brewed herbal remedies that you can add to the pool. The water temperature is also very comfortable, making for a fantastic experience.
This Japanese-style private bathhouse was truly a treat! The wooden decor exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the private bath is incredibly private. Soaking in the hot springs at night, under the courtyard lights, was incredibly relaxing. The waitress was incredibly attentive, even offering to help us move our luggage. Her attention to detail is truly remarkable, and I absolutely give her a five-star rating!

Tangjiahe offers a beautiful environment and a healthy ecosystem, with clear air and comfortable temperatures. The wildlife is spotty, and we mainly saw 🐒 and 🐿️. The 🐒 are very active, so be careful not to touch them, as they might grab you or steal your belongings. However, the attractions weren't particularly interesting. We mainly visited the Xiangfei Trail, Linghou Valley, and Shuilungou. The giant panda area wasn't open to the public, so while we might have seen some, it was a disappointment.
There are not many people at the scenic spots after the festival, so you don't have to queue up. You can take the scenic panda car to see the scenery along the way. There are several scenic spots on the way where you can ask to get off. After playing, wait for the next scenic bus. It is recommended to take the bus for the whole journey, look at the scenic spots where you need to get off, and tell the driver when you return, and he will stop. The driver will remind you when he sees animals on the road and drive very slowly so that you can take pictures. At present, some scenic spots are under maintenance, so the tickets are already discounted. It is recommended to take the scenic bus, which is nearly 30 kilometers round trip.

- Rich variety of animals: currently exhibiting more than 210 rare animals around the world, more than 3,000, covering representative animals on all continents, as well as four giant pandas "Hongyan", "Manlan", "home treasure" and "full" from the China Giant Panda Conservation Research Center. - The park plan is reasonable: it covers an area of 5,358 mu, consisting of the entrance area, walking tour area, car tour area and logistics service area. The ecological sightseeing belt divides the entire park into two circular tour routes, pedestrian and car dealerships, and also sets up 5 functional partitions. -Excellent ecological environment: pay attention to the creation of animal living environments, simulate different ecological environments, and make animal living spaces closer to nature, such as African tribal areas and American rainforest areas. - Strong science education function: actively carry out science education activities, with science popularization hall, giant panda hall science popularization display facilities, etc., through "science popularization into campus", weekend parent-child activities, multi-themed research courses and other forms to teach tourists zoology, ecology and other knowledge. - Complete supporting facilities: there is a fairy tale castle playground area, more than ten parent-child amusement equipment, as well as restaurants, shops and other commercial facilities, the dining area provides a variety of cuisines, which can meet the diversified needs of tourists.
There are not many tourists during non-holiday visits. The free train runs every half an hour, and you can first go around the car tour route. If you drive by yourself, you can buy tickets to experience it. You can interact with cute animals such as sheep and deer halfway. After the car tour, continue to visit the walking area. If you have enough strength, it is recommended not to take the 30-yuan sightseeing bus. It is more fun to walk slowly along the way. There are sea lion performances in the two reptile halls, four times a day. The staff in the park are not very enthusiastic, the dining place smells bad, and the food is not well prepared, which is a bit regrettable. In addition, the park is a little far from the city, and the transportation is inconvenient, so it is better to drive by yourself.

The Wuhou Temple in Mian County, also known as the Zhuge Temple, is located in Zhuge Ancient Town, Wuhou Town, Mian County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It is a temple built to commemorate Zhuge Liang, the Prime Minister of the Shu Han Dynasty. It is the earliest Wuhou Temple built in China and the only one constructed by imperial decree. It truly deserves the title of "The First Wuhou Temple Under Heaven." I bought a combined ticket to see Ma Chao's tomb, but the "Wuhou Temple Exhibition Hall" was surprisingly impressive and definitely worth checking out. Zhuge Ancient Town is also worth a visit.
Mian County boasts the "Number One Wuhou Temple Under Heaven," commissioned by Liu Shan, the last emperor of the Shu Han dynasty, in 263 AD. This predates the Wuhou Temple in Chengdu (built between 304 and 311 AD). At its peak, there were over 130 Wuhou Temples across China; today, only a dozen remain. Notable examples include the Wuhou Temple in Gulongzhong, Xiangyang, Hubei; the Wuhou Temple in Wolonggang, Nanyang, Henan; the Wuhou Temple in Baidi City, Fengjie, Chongqing; the Wuhou Temple in Baoshan, Yunnan; the Wuhou Temple in Qishanbao, Lixian, Gansu; and the Zhuge Liang Temple at Wuzhangyuan, Qishan, Baoji, Shaanxi. In stark contrast to the bustling incense offerings at the Chengdu Wuhou Temple, the Mian County Wuhou Temple exudes a serene and tranquil atmosphere, adding to its serene and far-reaching character. Originally Zhuge Liang's temporary residence, the temple served as his residence for eight years, during which time he planted ancient cypress trees, now over 1700 years old. The existing buildings of Wuhou Temple are in the Ming and Qing style, adopting the central axis of traditional Chinese architecture, with seven courtyards and seven exits. From north to south, they are: the mountain gate, music pavilion, archway, zither pavilion, halberd gate, worship hall, main hall, sleeping palace, and river-viewing pavilion.

The travel notes of Shimen Plank Road Just entered the scenic spot, the Yugukou City Building hit into the eye, the scarlet gate is simple and solemn, as if telling the story of the past. The Yugukou Waterfall next to it was running down, the water splashed, reflecting the colorful light in the sun. Under the waterfall, the sculpture of the beautiful woman stands quietly and with a gentle attitude, which makes people think of the legend of the bonfire drama. Along the trail, Shimen Cultural Square appeared in front of you. On the right side of the square, the sculptures of Han Wang Liu Bang and Han Wu Emperor Liu Che were solemn and solemn, highlighting the style of the big Han Xiong; The history story in the left window vividly reproduces the vastness of Han culture. During the stroll, I seem to travel through time and space and feel the weight of history. The Lovers Bridge not far away is a red cable bridge, which is across the green river, and the surrounding green mountains and trees are against each other, which is beautiful like a painting. Walk up the bridge, the breeze blows, the bridge sways gently, bringing a different kind of fun. Going forward, the mountain and river view stand there quietly. It was built to commemorate Xiao He and Cao Shen who built mountains and rivers, cigarettes and talk about the achievements of the ancients. The huge plank road map on the inner wall depicts the hardship of "difficulty in the martyrdom, difficult to go to the blue sky", and also shows the wisdom and tenacity of the ancients. Continue forward, Shimen Dam stands. The double arch dam, built in the 1960s and 1970s, is the "mother library" of the prosperity of Hanzhong. The plank road under the dam, the site of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Highway, is called "Xinshimen", and the ancient stone gate echoes the times, witnessing the changes of the times. On the top of the dam, the beauty of Gaoxia Pinghu came into view, and the plank road was like ribbons wrapped around the mountains and rivers. On the plank road, the breeze was blowing, the river was rippling, and the body and mind were relaxed instantly. On the way, I met a woman in Hanfu, holding a grease paper umbrella, strolling and enjoying the scenery, adding a touch of bright color to this simple plank road. The stone gate plank road has a heavy history and a natural spiritual show, which makes people linger. This journey, I am full of harvest, and I look forward to seeing it again next time.
Shimen Plank Road: The long song of the landscape through time stepped into the Shimen Plank Road Scenic Area, and the fresh air immediately dispersed the fatigue of my journey. Looking up, the town hall of Yugukou is solemn, and the red door is open, like welcoming guests from all directions. On the left, the waterfall fell, hitting the stone, splashing layers of water, crystallizing like a broken jade. Under the waterfall, the beautiful sculpture of the beautiful woman is elegant and caressing the piano, and the crane pavilion next to it is like listening to the sound of the sky. Everything is beautiful like an unreal picture. Walking along the river bank, the humanistic landscape sculptures and reliefs on both sides are dazzling, as if telling the story of the past. Going forward, Shimen Cultural Square came into view. The sculpture of Han Wang Liu Bang was extraordinary, and the sculpture of Han Wu Emperor Liu Che next to it was also magnificent. The story in the window on the other side, the characters are lifelike, let me have a deeper understanding of Han culture. Step on the lovers bridge, this red iron cable bridge across the two sides, the river under the bridge is flowing. The breeze blows, the bridge body gently shakes, and a different feeling is pouring in my heart. It is said that "when you want to have love for a long time, you will walk three times on the bridge of your lover". Although I am alone, I can feel this romantic expectation. Passing through the mountain and river view, this is built to commemorate Xiao He and Cao Gan who built the mountain and river to benefit the people, and it is also the first avenue view in southern Shaanxi. The cigarettes inside the view, the huge plank road map on the wall attracted many eyes, the seven plank road showed the wisdom and hardships of the ancients, people can't help but sigh. When I came to Cuiping Bridge, the mountains and stones on both sides of the Straits were steep, and the Shimen Dam stood tall. The hyperbolic arch dam, built in the 1960s and 1970s, is the "mother library" in the local people, which has been credited with the prosperity of Hanzhong. Now it is undergoing risk removal and reinforcement projects, and I believe it will continue to play a major role in the future. Climb along the stone ladder, finally climb to the top of the dam, to the entrance of the plank road. In front of Gaoxia Pinghu, the blue waves rippled, and the plank road was like a ribbon wrapped around the mountains and rivers. Stepping on the plank road, every step seems to step on the veins of history. Thinking about that year, Liu Bang's festival, Zhuge Liang's car and horse have passed here, Shangjia's camel bell, literati ink footprints have also stayed here, lively. Standing on the observation platform, watching the relics of the Zhanguo plank road at the foot, the anti-war road on the mountainside and the modern national road flying overhead, my heart is full of shock. Three generations of roads meet here, like opening a three-dimensional traffic history book, witnessing the continuation of civilization. The Shimen Plank Road is not only a gathering place of natural beauty, but also a treasure of history and culture. Here, I touched the traces of the years, felt the wisdom and courage of the ancients, and also experienced the magnificent and gentleness of the mountains and rivers.

It was the first time I took the elderly to Lanzhou. I felt the convenience of the service. The volunteers provided wheelchairs. I saw the golden python shedding its skin, the strange jellyfish 🪼 and the mysterious underwater world. It was a very good tour experience!
- Excellent location: Located at No. 303 Jianxi East Road, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, it is the only marine polar theme park in Lanzhou. The transportation is convenient. There are direct subways around and parking is more convenient. - The venue layout is reasonable: there are 7 exhibitions and functional areas in the museum, including the Amazon rainforest area, the dream jellyfish area, the deep-sea treasure exploration area, the ice age area, etc., each area has unique themes and characteristic creatures. - Rich in marine life: It has a variety of marine and polar animals, such as penguins, arctic foxes, beluga whales, nurse sharks, golden fins, etc., as well as rare freshwater fish and amphibians such as colorful fairy fish, salmon, transparent frogs, etc., with a rich variety. - Strong science education function: There is an interactive exhibition area, professional interpreters will use models, specimens, etc. to tell children about the life habits of marine life, the living environment and the importance of marine protection in depth, and teach them fun. - Performance is wonderful and interesting: there are special programs such as dolphin performances, sea lion shows, mermaid performances, and animals make various difficult actions under the command of the trainer, and the performance is wonderful and loved by children.
