Although Xiling Snow Mountain isn't covered in snow and ice at the end of November, the sight of snow-covered trees is a rare treat for those from the south! There are so many adorable squirrels; they'll suddenly dart down from the trees or jump off the ground, sometimes even landing on your backpack! Going up Xiling Snow Mountain really depends on the weather. The view is stunning when the sun is out, but without it, going to the Yin-Yang Boundary is a real waste of energy and mood! So, check the weather before you go!
Through personal experience, the best way to visit Xiling Snow Mountain is to take the two-section water cable car directly to the top of the mountain. The most beautiful scenery of the ice and snow mountain is at the top of the mountain. There is no road to go up, so you can only take the cable car. After playing enough, go back to the middle of the mountain from the top of the mountain, and then go back from the middle of the mountain to the middle of the mountain. We walked to the middle of the mountain for free this time, but we were exhausted and didn’t have time to go to the top of the mountain because the waiter said that the cable car would be closed as soon as we went up. We had to take a look at it halfway up the mountain and then take the cable car down the mountain.

It is fun, but there are some hidden costs, and there are always ski instructors selling you tickets. If you refuse one, you will be replaced by the next one. It is really tiring. If you don’t hire someone to teach you, there will be no one to guide you on how to wear clothes and shoes. It is a long way to walk to the ski resort in ski boots, which is really troublesome. But when you get to the ski resort, you will be able to ski after practicing more. It is not difficult. I prefer the projects in the amusement area, which are easier and the shoes can be changed for easy walking.
It was my first time skiing here while traveling. I felt it was quite novel and not too cold. For people from the south, skiing in the summer is so fun. The venue is very large. Unfortunately, I just learned how to ski and can only ski on the beginner slopes. I will try the advanced slopes next time. If you don’t know how to ski, you must hire a coach, otherwise you will hurt your butt.

went up here snowboarding and it was nice. enjoyed it more than taiziling. snow was good and not much of a crowd. also, for those renting clothes and gear I recommend 逐雪CHASING.S in town. they have nice service, a good selection, and better looking clothes
Qiangrengu Ski Resort, let's dance with the snow-capped mountains. This ski resort has just been opened. It is 3 hours' drive from downtown Chengdu. The facilities and equipment are good. The ski trail is long enough, more than one kilometer. There are not too many people in the ski resort.
