It was truly stunning and well worth the trip. Each floor has murals telling stories of history. However, without someone explaining them, you'd have no idea what they were about. 😂 The Yellow Crane Tower is very user-friendly, with a free elevator for seniors. 🤣 However, there are no elevators outside the scenic area. If you approach from Hubu Lane, you'll need to climb many steps, making it unsuitable for seniors. Also, there's no sign on the map indicating there's no elevator.
The Yellow Crane Tower is worth going up to see. It is right next to the Yangtze River Bridge. Needless to say, the scenery is amazing. How can you say you have been to Wuhan if you don't go to the Yellow Crane Tower? So I still recommend it. Whether it is day or night, you must go up to see it. Go up to the next level, 😆

I bought a night view ticket. When I went there today, there were not many people. It was very cool on the second floor of Qingchuan Pavilion. It's a great place to take photos. The staff there are very friendly and answer all questions. The instructions are in place. Not only Qingchuan Pavilion, but Wuhan as a whole is very good. I recommend everyone to come to Wuhan to play😘😘😘
I don't know how to describe this. It's across the sea from the Yellow Crane Tower, you can see the Yangtze River Bridge, and it has the story of Dayu. It's just a little bit different. If you like stories, it's worth a visit.

Teacher Wang Hui's explanations were fantastic. The two-hour visit allowed us to explore the museum's ten most treasured treasures and learn about 800 years of Chu history. It was definitely worth the trip. At Wang Hui's recommendation, we also listened to the chime bells, which was a truly unique experience.
Tour guide Xiao Jin's explanations were incredibly detailed and interactive, and the photos he took were beautiful too. A truly worthwhile experience! Highly recommended! Also, I was lucky enough to get a front-row seat for the chime performance!

Yueyang Tower, one of the three most famous towers in Jiangnan, is renowned for Fan Zhongyan's "Yueyang Tower Inscription" from the Northern Song Dynasty. It boasts historical, cultural, and natural beauty. The following are key points for appreciation: Architectural Features Unique Structure: The main tower stands 19.42 meters tall, with three floors and four pillars. It is constructed entirely of wood, using the mortise and tenon method, without any iron nails. Its helmet-shaped crest (resembling a general's helmet) and ruyi brackets are rare in ancient architecture. Exquisite Craftsmanship: Four nanmu golden pillars extend through the roof, supporting the entire structure. Inside, a carved screen featuring "Yueyang Tower Inscription" (inscribed by Zhang Zhao during the Qing Dynasty) and a carved screen featuring Du Fu's poems (inscribed by Mao Zedong) hang.
I visited all three famous towers, but only this one had a paid scenic area to go upstairs. You can take photos of the other two outside the park without entering, but this one has to be seen inside. It's not worth the price of admission. If you're not obsessed with it, don't go. Just look at the beautiful Dongting Lake next to it.

Great Wudang, great beauty! Very beautiful. Climb the mountain first, then take the cable car down, and then visit other Taoist temples. Planning well saves energy. Almost all the attractions are visited. It's great!
We visited during the last week of August, so the crowds were much smaller. The main halls of Nanyan Palace and Zixiao Palace were under renovation. After taking the scenic shuttle bus and the cable car, it's another 20-minute hike up the mountain to the Golden Summit, where the scenery is breathtaking. For a more relaxed descent, you can take the cable car and the scenic shuttle bus back down the mountain. A more robust hike down to Nanyan is at least 3-4 hours. After getting off at the Nanyan scenic shuttle bus stop, you have to walk several hundred meters to the parking lot to catch the bus to the visitor center. Why can't you transfer there? It's unfriendly and I hope this will be improved.

The Three Gorges Dam Tourist Area, one of the first national 5A-level scenic spots, boasts numerous highlights. The following are some of its highlights: - Magnificent Project Landscape: Tanziling, the commanding height of the Three Gorges Dam area, offers the best vantage point for panoramic views of the Three Gorges Project. From here, visitors can overlook the dam lying across the Yangtze River and the five-stage ship locks, appreciating the magnificent scene of "a high gorge emerging from a flat lake." Platform 185, named for its height, reaches the same height as the dam crest. Standing on this platform, you can admire the dam's majesty up close. During flood discharges, you can witness the breathtaking sight of the river rushing down, with mist rising into the sky. - Rich in Historical and Cultural Heritage: The Three Gorges Project Museum is the world's largest museum dedicated to hydropower engineering. It features three main exhibition areas: the Three Gorges Hall, the Engineering Hall, and the Hydropower Hall. These exhibits comprehensively showcase the entire process of the Three Gorges Project, from its initial conception to its completion and operation, allowing visitors to delve into the story behind this magnificent project. The River Diversion Memorial Park showcases the massive machinery used during dam construction, including diversion stones and construction vehicles, along with video footage, recreating the magnificent scene of the Yangtze River diversion, allowing visitors to experience the wisdom and strength of the builders. - A rich and diverse tourism experience: The Three Gorges World-Famous Dams Miniature Landscape Park allows visitors to view miniature models of 14 of the world's most iconic dams, broadening their horizons. The scenic area also hosts various themed events, such as "Singing China Red" and "Dancing China Red" during National Day, as well as Hanfu garden parties and ancient music performances. As one of the first national research and practice education bases for primary and secondary school students, the park also offers a rich variety of research and learning activities for young people, allowing visitors to experience the charm of culture and enhance their sense of national pride.
The scenic area is about 60 minutes' drive from the center of Yichang City. The entrance fee is free, but you need to buy a scenic area transportation ticket. It is recommended to go on a sunny day when the scenery is very stunning and the scenery is at its most beautiful. The facilities in the scenic area are complete and the transportation is convenient. It is recommended

Wuhan East Lake Scenic Area, one of China's largest urban lakes, is renowned for its vast expanse, beautiful scenery, and rich cultural heritage, earning it the nickname "Pearl of the River City." Chutian Terrace offers a stunning view overlooking East Lake. Luoyan Scenic Area: Rich in natural ecology and home to numerous birds, the scenery offers a more rustic feel, perfect for birdwatching and leisure. Ma'anshan Forest Park: Enjoy barbecues, camping, and hiking, making it a popular destination for family and friends. The World-Class East Lake Greenway The "Most Beautiful Greenway": Over 100 kilometers in length, it connects various scenic areas and is a paradise for cycling and hiking. Autumn: Osmanthus (the fragrance fills the city), chrysanthemums (there's a chrysanthemum exhibition in autumn). Winter: Plum blossoms (Moshan Plum Garden, one of China's four largest plum gardens, January to March, with its subtle fragrance and sparse shadows). A wealth of children's attractions Donghu Ocean Park: Featuring Ocean World, Bird World, and the Grand Circus, it's a children's paradise. Moshan Slide: The jungle roller coaster is a fun ride, a favorite among families. Along the greenway, there are numerous free non-powered play facilities, including sandpits, slides, and swings, allowing children to enjoy them at any time. Sailing and kayaking bases offer families the joy of water sports. A national fitness and leisure destination The greenway is a vibrant destination for Wuhan residents seeking jogging, cycling, walking, skateboarding, swimming, and boating. The lakeside boardwalk and plaza are ideal for practicing Tai Chi, yoga, dancing, and camping.
Take the sightseeing bus, which is a great way to save energy. East Lake is vast and beautiful, truly a famous lake! It's also beautiful and easily accessible by subway. East Lake is divided into several areas, so I recommend following a map. Each area has its own distinct characteristics, allowing you to experience the charm of the Jingchu region. The scenic area is also well-maintained, so it's not too hot on the lake in the summer.

We took a boat ride in the morning. The scenery along the way was beautiful and pleasant, and we could appreciate the natural scenery. The scenic area is very large and there are not many shady places, but the national treasure is worth visiting. The tour guide accompanied us throughout the whole process and explained it warmly and thoughtfully.
It was a very pleasant trip. The scenery was amazing. The tour guide Xiao He's service was particularly good. He communicated with us one day in advance. He was afraid that it would rain the next day. He didn't rest until after 11 o'clock in the evening. He reminded us to bring rain gear. Sure enough, we used it at noon the next day 😂. The itinerary was very good. The car going to the boat and returning to the boat avoided the high temperature and the crowds. Xiao He's explanation was also very good. We learned about the construction process of the Three Gorges Dam project in all aspects. The lunch box at noon was standard, and each person had one clean and hygienic. The afternoon boat tour was like walking through a landscape painting. The water level dropped when the boat was lowered at the Gezhouba No. 3 ship lock. We upgraded to the VIP on the fourth floor, where we could enjoy the air conditioning and take photos on the exclusive deck. It was an unforgettable trip.

This scenic spot is highly recommended, featuring multiple live performances of various genres. Upon entering, there are two options: a cable car and an escalator, which are both energy-saving. It's recommended to allow ample time for the visit; a full day is quite relaxing and enjoyable.
The scenic area is small and a bit commercialized. The boat ride to and from the Three Gorges offers pleasant views. The elevators inside the scenic area are a rip-off, costing 30 yuan for three small elevators. The five elevators in the Three Gorges Dam are all free. The performance square was very crowded, so I only watched from the outside platform. Longjin Creek is a great place to play in the water, refreshing and cooling. Bring your own slippers if you want to play in the water; slippers inside are 30 yuan a pair.

People from Chongqing say that the Yangtze River only shows its true appearance in Wuhan. It is majestic and you can't see any cargo ships in the upper reaches of the city. The night view is also very good. It is very lively on the boat, with brothers traveling alone and lovely elderly tour groups.
We had a buffet on the boat, and later paid an additional 88 yuan per person to upgrade to VIP seats. We watched the night view on the boat for more than an hour. The lights of the buildings on both sides of the river changed, and the wind was blowing. It was really beautiful to watch the night view of the two rivers!
