Hakodate's Goryokaku Tower and Mt. Hakodate are a pair of geographical CPs that look out for each other. On the observation deck of Goryokaku Tower, it's so easy to get the same scenery as Conan! Even the small hole for checking tickets is very thoughtful⭐! The two-story observation tower has limited folders and postcards on the lower floor. The commemorative stamps are on the first floor, together with the souvenir shop, and there is also an art exhibition next to it. The souvenir shop on the first floor also has many KT Goryokaku limited items, which are super easy to buy and super cute!
Cool shop with souvenirs and food. Great view and interesting story exhibition. You can taste delicious ice cream here and try an auto palm reader to learn something new about yourself 😎. Also, there is a small painting exhibition inside with great exhibits.

It is convenient to get the ticket. You don't need to print the voucher. You can get the ticket by showing the ticket code at the ticket window. It costs 1200 yen to buy it on the spot, and it is a few yuan cheaper with the voucher. The view from the tower is great. You can see the five-pointed star Goryokaku Castle, which is decorated with pink cherry blossoms. It is beautiful.
Buy a ticket and go up to the Goryokaku Tower to the top observation deck to see the whole view of the park (actually I think you can see the whole view of Hakodate). If you come here during the cherry blossom season or snow season, the scenery will definitely be very beautiful. After coming down, I just walked around the park, which is not very meaningful. It’s better to look at it from above.

The hotel we booked was right next to the Hakodate Morning Market, so we had lunch there every day. There were many seafood donburi restaurants in the morning market, and the Ebisu Shokudo we ate at the next day was delicious! You must try it!
It is a large seafood market with local characteristics. It can be said to be the kitchen of Hakodate and a paradise for tourists. There are many super fresh seafood, which can be cooked directly by the store after purchase, and the prices are very reasonable. There are also many stalls selling dry goods.

This place is very nice to take pictures, because it is not far from the beach, and it has some Japanese anime atmosphere. I recommend you to stop here and take a look. It is really beautiful. There is also a special photo spot for tourists, which is very considerate.
It is really great to be able to see the sea at a glance on the steep slope of Hakodate. Mt. Hakodate stands around the city, as if guarding this exotic city. You can take a closer look at Hachimanzaka.

Kanamori Red Brick Warehouse is the best shopping place in Hakodate, and it has a very literary and youthful atmosphere. Beautiful views of the canal and its old red brick architectural features. The lighting at night makes for a great photo spot. There are as many as 100 shops, restaurants, etc. inside, which is very easy to browse.
The red brick warehouse is also a very interesting place. The warehouses are all made of red brick and stone and have a history of several decades. Each warehouse is not very large, but there are indeed a lot of them. They are now rented out to sell goods, which is very interesting.

It's a very small botanical garden. The main attraction is watching monkeys bathing in the hot spring, which is quite interesting. There is a beach behind, where you can walk. There is a noodle shop nearby. It's OK.
The Hakodate Tropical Botanical Garden is located in Yunokawa, a famous hot spring resort. Tropical plants are quite rare in Hokkaido, after all, it is in the north. But if you are a tourist, going to the north to see tropical plants is a matter of whether you have time or not. After all, you can go to Xishuangbanna, Thailand, and Singapore. For non-local tourists, the biggest feature of this botanical garden is that it raises Japanese macaques that take a hot spring bath. Those who have not seen it can come and see it. Of course, this monkey project is also artificial. If you want to see it naturally, you have to go to Noboribetsu Jigokudani.

Hakodate faces Honshu and is the gateway from the main area of the Japanese archipelago to Hokkaido. Here you can easily experience the many customs of Hokkaido, and Yunokawa is a good destination to experience the hot springs of the snow country. Yunokawa Hot Spring Village has many hot spring hotels and inns. It is a well-developed hot spring resort. The tram can go directly from the city. You can easily soak in the hot springs to see the sea, bathe your feet in the hot springs, and watch monkeys soak in the hot springs. Of course, the monkeys here are specially raised, unlike the wild ones in Noboribetsu Jigokudani.
A hot spring very close to Goryokaku Park, and the transportation is very convenient. We didn't take a hot spring bath here due to our schedule, but judging from its size and the fact that there are many guests, it should be a very good hot spring.

Highly recommend everyone to visit Mount Hakodate Million Night View🤍 It's one of the world's top three night views 🌃 It's really beautiful! You can take mains or bus to Foothill Station Then walk up and take the cable car up to the top of the hill The cable car only runs every 10 minutes If you are in a hurry, you have to watch the screen have written what time the next class is Cable car ride guide! Remember to sit on the right side on the way out 👉🏻 sit on the left side on the return trip 👈🏻 Then you will definitely get a beautiful view ✌🏻 You need to buy an entrance ticket to reach the summit If you have IC electronic payment method recommend you to use the self-service machine! There are many fewer people queuing up than buying tickets manually! Also remind everyone to leave a ticket Because entering and exiting the gate requires scanning the QR code again It will be very troublesome if you lose it!
It was really a lonely sight. It was all foggy and I couldn't see anything. It was said to be a night view of three million. What a pity. I didn't have the chance to see it. However, the scenic spot was very considerate. There was a screen below to show the situation above. Unfortunately, the itinerary was scheduled and I had to leave the next day. I could only go up to take a look. I will come again if I have the chance.
