Very nice art gallery, walking into the Sculpted Forest Art Museum seems to stand in the forest of works and nature. The facilities include restaurants, cafes, children's playgrounds and hot spring foot baths, providing visitors with a full range of leisure experiences.
The outdoor part of the museum displays more than 120 large-scale sculptures and artworks distributed among the rolling hillside grasslands and gardens. You can stroll on the grassland or take photos among the mountain scenery and sculptures, forming a unique interactive art experience. 1 The "Picasso Pavilion" in the art museum is one of the highlights and is dedicated to collections. There are about 300 pieces of Picasso's works, including his paintings, ceramics, sculptures, prints and tapestries (! You are not allowed to take pictures in the Picasso Museum, you can only remember this beautiful moment with your eyes) This is not only a place to display art, it is integrated with the surrounding natural environment, allowing us to enjoy the tranquil natural scenery while appreciating art. Highly recommend everyone to visit when in Hakone!

I visited for the first time in decades. In conclusion, I'm glad the kids enjoyed it. Personally, I like the open-air bath at the end, where you can enjoy the sun and feel calm because not many people come that far.
spending our family day out here is so fun and my kids enjoy a lot… the view and ambiance are amazing…. kids will enjoy this place….

#日本旅行記#"Gora Park" is located at the foot of Mt. Soun in Hakone Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, 700 meters above sea level. It was once the garden of the Japanese Royal Earl. It opened in 1914 and is the earliest French rock garden in Japan. This Western garden park, symmetrical on both sides with a fountain as the center, covers an area of 36,000 square meters. There are walking paths made of natural rocks in the park. In addition to the fountain and flower bed facilities, there are three botanical gardens in the park. They are: the spacious "Bougainvillea Pavilion" with a collection of exotic flowers and plants and a southern atmosphere; the "Tropical Plant Pavilion" with tropical plants such as rubber and banana trees as the theme. There is also the "Tropical Herb Pavilion" with about 70 kinds of tropical herbs. In the "Hakuundo Tea Garden" in the park, you can also taste Japanese matcha and Japanese sweets. In the craft workshop, you can also experience pottery and glass blowing.
2 Days in Hakone Japan 🇯🇵 2 days 1 night in Hakone. It rained the whole trip, couldn't ride the cable car, couldn't ride the boat. It was so pitiful. Next time, if I have a chance, I'll have to make up for it. One day is fine, but I have to go early in the morning. We left Shinjuku at 2 pm, so it was very late. 🤣😂😅 I didn't have time to go anywhere. #NewbieTravelerReview
