The tasting menu is always a good choice and they did not disappoint. Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus. Well worth a visit if you want to try the new wave of Vietnamese cuisine.
A Southeast Asian restaurant recommended by a friend. The Vietnamese dishes are rich in variety and quite creative, with authentic flavors, giving people a strong sense of Southeast Asian style.

I recommend the French restaurant La Badiane in Hanoi. This restaurant has been in business for at least 12 years. I don’t know if the owner has been assimilated into Vietnam.
