Using the traditional Macau cooking method, looking at this shiny roast goose skin, you will feel instantly healed. The skin is roasted until crispy, the fat melts, and the oil comes out in one bite. You can feel the original flavor of the goose meat directly. The meat is not dry, tender and elastic ~ very chewy
Among the six best roast goose restaurants in Hong Kong, Kam's Roast Goose is said to be run by the third generation of Yung Kee and has won one Michelin star. The main roast goose has crispy skin, but is a little fatty and greasy. The rest of the dishes, such as tofu, offal, and Prince Goose Oil Noodles, are all good. The chive flower goose is tender and tasty.

It was a delicious lunch at Eaton Hotel. The food is cheaper on weekdays, and great value for a Michelin One Star restaurant.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the hotel's basement, with an independent entrance and elevator exit. Although it does not have a sunny view, the long hall has tables arranged in separate rows, making it spacious and comfortable. Satisfactory waiter service. In terms of dishes, we recommend the seven-flavored fresh squid and sliced chicken.

I ate at this place a few years ago. It looks very upscale. The price is expensive. The service attitude is OK. The food is quite appetizing. I will go there again next time I have the chance.
[Environment] It feels the same as the morning tea seen in Hong Kong dramas, but the decoration of Maxim's is better and looks more grand. Dim sum can be ordered when the waiter pushes the cart past, and then a card will be stamped. The shrimp dumplings are delicious, and the shrimps are large. The pork ribs steamed in black bean sauce are very tender and tasty. The photos were taken in Hong Kong a long time ago. Because of the epidemic, I don’t know when I can go again.

I saw it on the Ctrip reputation list of Asia's 100 local restaurants, and the Uber driver, as a local, strongly recommended it, so I decided to eat here. It is located in Central, next to Lan Kwai Fong. If you live in Central, you can basically walk here or go back to the hotel after eating. The restaurant is famous for its roast goose. There are chefs making roast goose in the open stall, which also shows the special method of charcoal grilling. There are many old photos in the restaurant to record its history, but the service is very modern compared to other old brands, because there are no pictures on the menu, and the service staff are dressed in suits and have no emotion and make quick recommendations, which may be a feature of Central. You can choose the breast and leg of the roast goose, and the soup on it is poured in front of you by the waiter with a pot when serving the dish. It should be based on the recipe of this old soup. Because the specialty is roast goose, the surrounding of the goose is also a specialty, and the combination of goose liver sausage and pork sausage is also available for takeaway. I also ordered century eggs and shrimp roe pig's feet (like shrimp roe tofu rolls, smoked), tortoise jelly and pudding. In general, there are many things you can explore in the restaurant by yourself, and the taste is suitable for friends who like to eat poultry on a daily basis.
The first time I ate Yung Kee was when I was studying many years ago. I thought it was delicious at the time, and I would visit it every time I went to Hong Kong for fun or on a business trip. Yung Kee has a great location, great service, and requires reservations in advance. Each dish is more suitable for people with a lighter taste.

There are not many writers whose works can be used in cuisine, and Eileen Chang is one of them. The Eileen Chang banquet launched by Royal Plaza Hotel in Mongkok combines nine stories from the novels. The presentation is beautiful and moving. Even if you have never read Eileen Chang's novels, it is enough to make you linger on the taste!
You can taste authentic Hong Kong-style Cantonese cuisine here. The products are very refined and elegant, and the taste is very good. Recommended signature dishes include salt-baked chicken, abalone, goose feet, braised vegetable gall, pine nut, chrysanthemum and mandarin fish, crystal shrimp dumplings, braised pork, etc.

🍤Hong Kong time-honored brand | Seafood feast on the tip of your tongue🍤 💥I must share with you the time-honored seafood delicacy of Hong Kong - [Bridge Under Spicy Crab (Headquarters)] Super recommended Crab Shelter Fried Crab and Typhoon Shelter Mantis Shrimp🦀️ 😍Take a bite of Crab Shelter Fried Crab, the delicious taste blooms in your mouth instantly. The crab is big and plump, the meat is tender and juicy, and every bite seems to dance on the tip of your tongue. The method of Typhoon Shelter is even more unique, the garlic fragrance and spicy flavor are perfectly combined, adding a unique flavor to the crab. 😋 🦐Let's talk about Typhoon Shelter Mantis Shrimp, the shrimp meat is firm and chewy, and it is extremely delicious. The unique Typhoon Shelter seasoning makes the taste of the mantis shrimp richer, and it tastes crispy and delicious, which makes people have endless aftertaste. 💖   ✨Compared with seafood in the mainland, these two delicacies from Hong Kong's time-honored brands are really better. Whether it is freshness, meat quality or typhoon shelter cooking, they are all amazing. 👏   💕If you are a seafood lover, you must not miss the Hong Kong time-honored brand's crabs and typhoon shelter mantis shrimps. Come on a seafood journey on the tip of your tongue! 🎉   📍Address: G/F and 1/F, Golden Jubilee Building, 391 Lockhart Road   #Hong Kong Food #Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab #Typhoon Shelter Mantis Shrimp #Seafood Delicious
My friend was thinking about eating spicy crab again. I took a taxi to accompany her for supper late at night. We were both very full after dinner, so we ordered a little. 🦀Bridge bottom spicy crab Spicy crab is indeed a well-deserved signature dish. The crab meat is firm and plump, and the spicy stir-fry in the typhoon shelter has a hint of spicy aftertaste. One crab is enough for three people to share. 🐚Stir-fried clams Too much sauce, too salty in the mouth, it should be lighter, stir-fried with scallions and ginger should be fine. 🥬Garlic mashed choy sum The choy sum is a little old. 🍜Soy sauce fried vermicelli This is what people in Jiangsu and Zhejiang call fried vermicelli. I feel that this kind of stir-fry in Hong Kong and Macau is good, with a strong flavor~ Mung bean paste The dessert after being drunk is also good. The mung bean paste has tangerine peel to enhance the flavor.

The surrounding environment is all office buildings, and the environment is relatively high-end. It is the first choice for morning tea. You need to make a reservation in advance. There are almost no seats usually. The service of pouring tea, serving dishes, and cleaning up is very fast. The fried chicken is crispy and tasty, the lobster rice has a very rich soup base, and is served with fried rice crust, which is crispy and delicious. The pork belly has a crispy skin and is delicious. The abalone chicken feet, rice rolls, beef dumplings, and shrimp dumplings are all very exquisite. The radish cake is limited to New Year's goods and is very popular. You can buy some as souvenirs next time you go there. It is very suitable and I sincerely recommend it.
If you want to have a drink in Central without spending too much, and want to sit comfortably and have guaranteed food, this is the place to go. Sometimes there are not enough service staff, and you may have to wait for a while before you can be seated even if you have booked a table. It is very popular, the dining environment is very comfortable and clean, the food is very exquisite, the speed of serving is moderate, and you can savor each dish carefully, and the taste is also very good.

Glad we came and made reservation through trip.com / chope. Warmly greeted by staff and service was good. the signature fried spicy crab was delicious especially if you love spicy dishes. Had the bamboo clams too and both crab and clam were fresh. the fried noodles was just as good but tad oily. Overall, good place to dine and assured of quality. Only down side is the price but take it in perspective, that price everywhere here had gone up.
Under the Goose Neck Bridge, Xiji Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab is popular with Caiji Spicy Crab. Xiji is a 54-year-old brand and is launching a 54th anniversary value package with 20% off for takeout. There are many photos of celebrities visiting this store hanging at the door.

I recommend the wonton soup, which has 5 wontons. The texture is too solid, too dry and has no gravy. The shrimp meat has not been marinated with lye water, so the shrimp flavor is strong. The recipe is the same as Yuen Long Hao Di Yi, which is the old Guangzhou wonton noodle method. The taste is good without using lye water to make the noodle sauce. The soup base is the most enjoyable part. The big fish pork bone soup is sweet and not salty, and the white pepper taste is very slight. There are a lot of shrimp roe in the soup, which is added to the bowl when it falls into the soup. It is good.
There is a Kwan Kee Claypot Restaurant on the main road of Des Voeux Road West. There is another restaurant with the same name in the alley near Queen's Road West, just after turning towards Guixiang Street. There are many awards on the window, including Michelin. There are many customers both inside and outside.

It feels like I've been there a long time ago. I was attracted by the dolls at first. They are yellow and cute. The fruit cups are cute, but the amount is not that big. The milk tea buckets that children can carry are good and big. The staff are quite enthusiastic.
The signature dish of Lu Yu Tea House is crispy glutinous rice stuffed chicken. This is a traditional Cantonese dish that is gradually declining. First, the whole chicken is deboned but the skin is kept intact. Then the fried glutinous rice is stuffed in, hung up and deep-fried. The chef's skills are good, and the glutinous rice is stuffed full. After cutting, it is still intact and not loose. The glutinous rice is rich in ingredients, fried with diced Chinese sausage, chopped green onions and peanuts. The oozing chicken fat seeps into the glutinous rice, which is very delicious. Although the chicken is just a carrier, not the protagonist, the skin is still crispy and the chicken flavor is strong. It is meticulous and highly praised.
