Shipwreck Bay is the most famous attraction on Zakynthos Island, Greece. Even if you have never been here, you must have seen it on TV, newspapers and magazines. In 1983, a smuggling ship Panagiotis ran aground here while transporting cigarettes. Since then, this place has been called "Shipwreck Bay". Under the cliff, on the seashore, with blue water and white sandy beach, a rusty old iron ship lies here, which indeed creates an extremely vivid and colorful picture.
