Cafe Batavia is a popular coffee shop in Jakarta, just opposite Fatahillah Square in the old city. It has large wooden lattice glass windows, retro chandeliers, and a nostalgic atmosphere. Walking in is like walking into an old Hollywood movie from the 1930s and 1940s. It is not expensive, about 150 RMB for two people. Juice, coffee, snacks... Having afternoon tea is the best.
It's an old shop in the old town. The beef there is very good, similar to roast beef. I ordered two kinds of coffee, both of which were a little sweeter. It may be a specialty of Southeast Asia, sweet coffee.

After finishing the afternoon, we discussed going to eat seafood in the evening. We found this Bandar Djakarta Ancol on Ctrip. It is located in a scenic spot by the sea in northern Jakarta. There are thousands of seats along the long corridor along the coast, but the seats by the sea must be reserved in advance. We sat down after the seats in front were finished.
