The hotel is fine, let me digress a little. This is my first time visiting Kaifeng in 6 years. The only thing that hasn't changed is the two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles running rampant on the streets, regardless of whether they are on the motor vehicle lane or the non-motor vehicle lane, and regardless of the red and green lights.

"Wheat, Wheat" 🌟🌟🌟🌟The pacing and lighting are incredibly well-controlled, with many eye-opening moments. The story's premise is also brilliant. From ancient times to the present, countless Li Shiyi have silently dedicated themselves to us. "Xue Huaiyi" 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Must see! Must see! Must see! We watched it on xhs, and many people went for the lead actor's looks. The recommended best seats are also the ones closest to him. Sure enough, when he appeared, he was right in front of me, and the lights suddenly hit him. It really lit up, and he was so close to me.
I've known about "Only Henan" for a long time and always wanted to come, but never had the chance. Recently, I finally got to see it up close. It's too hot during the summer, so I suggest you go to the night show. You can go in the afternoon to take photos and choose the main performances. However, the time was too short, so I couldn't see it all, which was a pity.

This time I went to Beiye and my impression was completely different from a few years ago. There are many more restaurants and cultural and creative stores. It is more comfortable to visit. There are also many animals. The environment is much better than the Beijing Zoo.
It's very fun, you must rent a car. You need to verify your driver's license, but as long as you have a photo, it's fine. After all, the car is easy to drive and very slow, so there will be no safety hazards. The scenery is good, and many places have small ideas, which are worth seeing. As for the performance, if you are an adult, you don't need to watch it. It is for children to coax and popularize scientific knowledge. The Russian giant leopard is interesting in the wild animal area, so you must be willing to feed it. It is best to buy meat on the car. Although it is a bit more expensive, it gives a lot, which is cost-effective.

It is worth a visit for those who are interested in history. The scenic area is not too large and it is not too tiring. The parking lot environment is a bit too poor and there are too few charging piles, which seriously affects the experience.
I didn't have high expectations, but it was worth it. It's not as famous as the Badaling Great Wall, but it's not much different. The scenic area is not very large, and it's basically just climbing the Great Wall. I can feel the border life back then.

This scenic spot is very good, but the 140 combined ticket is a bit of a rip-off, and the guide fee of 200 is also a bit of a rip-off. It is recommended to buy only one ticket for the Confucius Temple for 80, go in and see it yourself, you can make a guide online in advance, and the guide is just so-so. There is nothing to see in the Confucius Mansion. If you have time, you can go to the Confucius Forest for 10 yuan. If you don't have time, don't waste the combined ticket.
The Confucius Temple in Qufu feels like a journey through time. Red walls and yellow tiles frame the temple, and ancient trees tower above. From Lingxing Gate to Dacheng Hall, every building bears the weight of history. See the "seductive and bickering" architecture, and the nine stone pillars of Dacheng Hall, carved with dragons, so exquisite that they were said to have been covered with cloth whenever the emperor arrived. The temple also preserves over a thousand Han and Wei dynasty steles and Ming and Qing dynasty stone carvings.

Kaifeng Mansion is well worth a visit. The building is quite large and you can spend a long time exploring it. There are many shows being performed at different locations throughout the day starting at 9 o'clock. We went to watch two shows which were very interesting.
I have watched many TV dramas about Kaifeng Mansion. It was my first time to walk into the real Kaifeng Mansion. It felt magical. The statue of Bao Gong was tall and mighty, sacred and inviolable. It seemed that all the evil spirits could not hide in front of Bao Gong. Haha, it is worth a visit.

Many children come here, and there's a free small pool for them to play in. The popular elevator inside is perfect for photo ops. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not interested in plants and insects; you might not understand it. The firefly museum is huge, so you can see the fireflies glow. It's quite large, and it takes at least an hour and a half to explore. If you want to see the lights, go in at 6:00 PM; the lights don't turn on until around 7:30 PM. The elevator seems to be closed after 8:00 PM. It's quite far from the city center, and a taxi ride takes an hour.
This botanical garden is generally visited for the lights! So, in the summer, I recommend going in around 5:30 PM, otherwise it would be boring to sit there and wait for an hour or two! It only took half an hour to see all three pavilions!

The Jiahu bone flute expressed deep frustration. Some parents, if you understand, explain it to your child. If not, either hire a guide or rent an audio guide, right? You claim you've already rented an audio guide, yet you're still interrupting, telling your child all sorts of backstory, unafraid of getting it wrong... Visiting the Henan Provincial Museum, one of the museum's treasures is the Jiahu bone flute. A parent was talking to a child with an audio guide, saying, "Do you know what this is? It's a Qiang flute." Yes, you have a poem about that, right, 'Why should the Qiang flute blame the willows? The spring breeze doesn't reach Yumen Pass.' Yes, sweet child, that's awesome! If I were the Jiahu bone flute, I'd be shattered right there... The Jiahu bone flute, crafted 8,000 years ago from the middle Neolithic period, is the oldest and best-preserved wind instrument discovered in my country to date. The bone flute is 23.6 cm long and has seven tone holes drilled into its body. Made from the ulna (wing bone) of a red-crowned crane, it boasts a beautiful tone and a complete musical scale, capable of producing music that approximates a seven-tone scale. This proves that the bone flutes crafted by the Jiahu people over 8,000 years ago already possessed seven tones, earning it the nickname "China's First Flute." Historians have commented that "Jiahu culture, represented by the Jiahu bone flute, marks the first step in humanity's transition from barbarism to civilization." Qiang flute? Hum... The Qiang flute is also an ancient Chinese folk instrument with a history of over 2,000 years. At this age, it would be considered a national treasure in most other countries, but it's still considered underappreciated in China. The Qiang flute is a single-reed wind instrument popular in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in northern Sichuan, where the Qiang people live. Its main differences from the bone flute are twofold: it is made of bamboo, and it has two tubes with multiple holes. Despite sharing a similar name, the Qiang flute is not the same instrument. So parents who take their children to the museum, please remember the words of Confucius, "To know what you know and to know what you do not know is true knowledge."
I always choose to visit this museum with my kids during summer vacations to explore Henan's history and learn about its past and present. It's incredibly popular. I personally think that even though admission is free, a guided tour is essential. Guide Huang had a tough time leading our group today. Despite the scorching summer heat, and the presence of elderly people, children, and latecomers, he still enthusiastically introduced us to Henan in great detail, allowing us to admire each of the museum's nine treasures and learn about their provenance and history. It was a truly wonderful trip.

The entrance is on the second floor, where you can climb up and overlook the beautiful scenery of Daming Lake, and you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery inside the building. Don't miss the group portrait of Lao Can's travel notes on the second floor, and also explore the beautiful scenery on the first floor
It was so hot... One lap was about 7-8 kilometers. Chaoran Tower and Xia Yuhe were beautiful at night. I saw the Tiexuan Temple that I had been thinking about, and went to pay homage to this patriotic loyal minister👍

Kaifeng Museum Although the museum isn't large and doesn't feature many so-called fine artifacts, it's packed with details and well worth a visit. First, the clock in the first-floor lobby. Besides the time scale, the dial features spiral lines that display the names of Kaifeng throughout its dynasties, moving from the inside out. The hands scroll through these names, reminiscent of the ongoing march of history. In the combined exhibition hall, a series of stacked transparent glass panels vividly depicts the impressive appearance of Kaifeng's city upon city. The Song Dynasty science and technology exhibition in the atrium is even more astounding. The massive water-powered astronomical observatory in the center is a 1:1 replica of the "ancient high-tech" technology I've only seen in books. It's hard to imagine how the ancients designed, crafted, and assembled such a massive, complex, ingenious, and precise object.
Kaifeng Museum has a rich collection and professional explanations. There are volunteer guides as well as paid guides. I have personally found that the volunteer explanations are more professional. It will be helpful for you to pay attention to the time of the volunteer guides at the front desk.
