@Southern Xinjiang, Kashgar (Tashkurgan, Tajikistan), Muztagh Ata Glacier Park
The glacier park is at a high altitude and boasts many well-developed glaciers. Climbing to elevations above 4,500 meters, you can see seracs, ice caves, and other sights, as well as wildlife.
PS: Muztagh Ata Glacier, Glacier No. 2 is at 4,800 meters, and Glacier No. 4 is between 4,688 and 5,000 meters (where the glacier park is located). The weather on the Pamir Plateau is unpredictable, sometimes cloudy and sometimes sunny, sometimes snowy. The glacier park was closed and opened. Time was running out, so we decisively diverted to the mountain's mountaintop trails, secured by local herders. After several days of travel and the bumpy road, my altitude sickness set in as expected. Fortunately, it only hit at the foot of the mountain, so it didn't affect my ice skating.
An unexpected encounter with a Pamir Plateau marmot.
