Definitely worth a visit. It feels like a must-see attraction when visiting Qingdao. Not only is it fun and interesting, but you can also learn a lot of history you didn't know. And of course, most importantly, the beer is absolutely delicious.
The Qingdao Beer Museum, located in the century-old brewery at No. 56 Dengzhou Road, Qingdao, is China's first and a world-class professional beer museum, integrating Qingdao Beer's century-long history, brewing techniques, and interactive experiences. Visitors can not only learn about the development history of China's beer industry but also taste fresh draft beer and experience the unique charm of beer culture. Excellent! Highly recommended!

Laoshan is really beautiful. Although it was very crowded during the National Day holiday, I had mentally prepared myself before going, so I thought it was okay. We chose the shuttle bus + cable car combination for a quick up and down. We arrived at 9 am and came down at 4:30 pm. Our visit was a bit rushed. The shuttle bus ride was quite long, about 2 hours. Just for your reference.
Laoshan, Taiqing Line 08:10 Boarded the scenic shuttle bus and waited for departure. 08:19 Departure. Sit on the right-hand side and wait to enjoy the scenery. 08:31 Arrived at Bashuihe Square. Walked along the wooden boardwalk, taking photos as we went, towards Taiqing Palace. 08:59 Arrived at Taiqing Square. Free admission for seniors over 60, 27 yuan for adults. 09:45 Boarding point #3, headed to Taiqing Cableway and waited for departure. 09:54 Departure. Stay on the right-hand side for a view of the sea. Laozi Statue 09:57 Arrived at Taiqing Cableway, preparing to take the cable car 10:04 Take the cable car 10:13 Arrived at the upper cable car station 10:30 Arrived at Mingxia Cave, what a rip-off! Don't come to Mingxia Cave, there's nothing there, it's dark, small, and tiring. 11:00 Arrived at Shangqing Palace 11:25 Arrived at Longtan Waterfall 11:30 Can see the reservoir. After getting off, the shuttle bus goes uphill, so you need to continue walking. 11:50 Waited for the shuttle bus at Bashui River for the return trip.

This season is perfect for visiting the island; it wasn't crowded even on a weekday. The island is lush with greenery, a natural oxygen bar. It's autumn time to see the fall foliage, and every photo is picture-perfect. The seawater is crystal clear, and although there's a gentle autumn breeze, the temperature is just right. The ticket covers most things, but some smaller attractions require separate purchases. There are electric shuttle buses around the island; choose according to your needs. The sightseeing route is a loop around the island; just follow the crowds to avoid backtracking. There are restaurants on the island. Be careful where you park; there are parking lots available for 2 yuan per hour.
The scenery is stunning, especially in autumn; it's truly a dream island. Its profound historical background gives it a unique significance unlike any other island. Every time I stand on the beach, I feel as if I can see and hear the lament of Ding Gong in 1894. The only downside is that besides the expensive sightseeing bus, there are no other ways to get around the island. There are no electric carts or bicycles, and the sightseeing bus can't stop anywhere you want. Walking only covers a small portion of the island. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Penglai Pavilion is a very large scenic area with expansive sea views. Inside the park is a huge Qi Jiguang Memorial Hall (unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore it thoroughly). Penglai Pavilion itself is the best part; the cable car area afterwards was just so-so (it was under construction, mostly a construction site), and we didn't have enough time to visit the museum. We went during the May Day holiday, and it was extremely crowded; some seats were very cramped, and there were long queues. Overall, it was quite nice, but the scenic area is enormous, so I recommend planning ahead. Towards the end, we ran out of time and didn't even have time for lunch.
The Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area features the Qi Jiguang Memorial Hall, the Penglai Pavilion ancient architectural complex, and the Ancient Ship Museum, offering both natural and cultural attractions. After visiting over a dozen exhibition halls, one develops a deep admiration for the national hero Qi Jiguang's spirit of resisting Japanese pirates. Decades of valiant fighting finally realized his life's ambition, set at the age of 19: "I do not desire titles and honors, but only wish for peace on the seas."

Family, you absolutely can't miss the Underwater World when you come to Qingdao, especially that nearly 100-meter-long underwater tunnel! It's really amazing! Tickets are available now! Here's a guide for you: Copy Ticket Purchase Guide Tickets can be purchased in advance through the official WeChat account or major travel platforms. A general admission ticket is 170 yuan, with student discounts available. There might be queues at the ticket counter, so buying in advance is much more convenient. Itinerary We recommend starting with the Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, where the colorful jellyfish under the lights create a dreamlike scene, perfect for taking photos. Next, head to the Seal Pavilion to see the adorable seals. Now for the highlights: the Marine Life Pavilion and Whale Pavilion have many precious specimens, where you can learn a lot about the ocean. Then, there's the incredible underwater tunnel! Stretching nearly 100 meters, walking in feels like being surrounded by fish from every angle, with sharks, turtles, and rays swimming right beside you—the feeling is indescribable. It's also a great place for taking photos; even a simple shot on the escalator has a great atmosphere. Finally, head to the freshwater aquarium to see some unique freshwater creatures. Show Times: Don't forget to check the times for the mermaid show and the shark and human show; they're spectacular. Arrive half an hour early to secure a good front-row seat.
Qingdao Underwater World is located on Laiyang Road in the south of the city, adjacent to Luxun Park, offering convenient transportation. The museum is divided into an intertidal zone, an underwater tunnel, and a ship cabin exhibit. The tunnel is 82 meters long, with moving walkways gently navigating the area. Manta rays, turtles, and sharks circling overhead create a striking visual experience. The Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, with its changing lights, creates a sense of immersion in the blue starry sky, perfect for photo ops. The shark-man dance and mermaid show are performed three times daily, with lively commentary that will keep children captivated. However, during National Day, crowds are high, and there are often three layers of mobile phones stacked against the glass, so avoid visiting during peak hours. Some tanks have scratches on the glass, which can be detrimental to the viewing experience. The export goods area is long, making it easy for children to cling to toys. Tickets are 170 yuan, and you can save 20 yuan by purchasing in advance on the official website. It's cheaper than Polar Ocean World, but the animal species are slightly smaller. It's recommended to enter at 9:00 AM, right when the gates open, to experience the tunnel first and then the show, which takes two hours. Overall, the museum has a 4-star rating and is suitable for families and couples. Remember to bring a jacket, as the temperature inside the museum is a constant 22°C.

We brought the kids here. There are so many small animals inside, and we especially loved the sharks—there were so many different kinds! The other animals were also incredibly cute and seemed very intelligent.
Overall, it was great value for money. For just over 200 yuan, I saw many shows and even rode the Ferris wheel. Although the Ferris wheel ride was a bit short, it was still nice when the weather was good.

Overall, it was quite good. Although it was the off-season, the scenery was still very beautiful. There were many kinds of animals, and the facilities in each venue were very complete. The shows were also very good. I recommend everyone to visit. Tickets are even cheaper in the off-season, and it's actually very, very close to the bird park on foot.
The facilities are a bit old, probably because they've been there for a while, but the animals are super cute. The shows are also very good, so you should definitely go. Be sure to check the show times in advance!

The islands of Lianyungang are exactly my type—nestled between mountains and the sea, with beautiful reefs. The coastal boardwalk is a scenic walking trail I've been longing to explore. If you have enough time and your physical condition allows, hiking instead of taking the shuttle bus is also a great option.
Very good, clean, hygienic, there is a bus directly to the scenic area. It is very friendly to children and the elderly, the sea is relatively clean, and the facilities are complete. It is more suitable for family travel

I picked it up on a weekend in early November. It wasn't crowded, the temperature was perfect, and it was very comfortable to stroll around. From feeding the animals at the entrance to leaving, I didn't have time to take pictures. You can sneak some in! 🤫 Saves a lot of money! 😁 The only downside is the non-motorized playground for kids. 😜 Free parking is such a great deal! Parking tip: Use the Jiajiayuan parking lot as your navigation. It's a short walk from the exit when you're tired. 😂
Visitors lined up in long queues, streaming into the Xixiakou Shendiao Wildlife Park. The park's gates were tall, painted with designs of birds and beasts. The paint was flaking, but it still managed to exude an air of majesty. Winding paths snaked through the park, lined with iron cages. Tigers and leopards, their fur dull, crouched in corners, barely batting an eyelid at the visitors. A peacock, indeed, spread its feathers, but they were speckled with mud. After a few shakes, they folded them back down. Children applauded, while adults held up their phones, flashing their cameras, concluding they'd seen enough. A black bear bowed, begging for food. Visitors tossed it biscuits. It clumsily caught them and stuffed them into its mouth, its eyes glazed with greed. The keeper stood at a distance, uninvolved, perhaps accustomed to such sights. Turning around the rockery, an old monkey sat alone on a raised platform, apart from the rest of the group. It stared into the distance, its gaze past the iron bars, into the unknown. Visitors streamed past it noisily, but no one stopped to look. When we left the park, we saw the black bear again, still bowing.

I went there around 3:00 PM on National Day. I didn't check the schedule and just wandered around the park, catching whatever I could. I saw a performance called "Defending the Last Chicken of Langya" and a juggler. That evening, I went to see the National Show Langya, which was truly wonderful. I went straight to the Water Show. The line was incredibly long, and once inside, only seats were left at the side, but that was fine; I could see everything. I only saw the first act of Langya. I watched acts two, three, and four from the periphery. It rained intermittently, and I left the park at 9:30 AM, missing the final fireworks display.
Visiting at night is recommended! Linyi's Langya Ancient Town is a captivating cultural and tourist attraction. Its fully immersive concept recreates the splendor of Langya. Its seven themed areas, each with its own distinct character, feature exquisitely restored Ming and Qing dynasty buildings, including government offices and academies, creating a sense of time travel. The scenic area offers a wealth of cultural experiences, including intangible cultural heritage crafts and calligraphy workshops, allowing visitors to experience the heart of history. The entertainment industry is a highlight, with over 100 performances, such as "National Show Langya," performed daily, combining audiovisual effects with stunning real-life scenes. Furthermore, the scenic area offers affordable prices, and the snack alleys are filled with the lively atmosphere of life. However, during peak season, tickets for popular performances are hard to come by, and some areas can feel overly commercial.
