Great way to spend the morning - cute pandas, outdoor, fresh air. We went at 8am when the park opened and entered via west gate. Was super quiet but it does mean by the time you get to South Gate on the other side if you want to see Hua Hua (the most popular panda) then the queue is long.
My first time seeing giant pandas in Chengdu was amazing! A word of advice: go early! We got up around 6 am for the morning session; the pandas are sleeping during the afternoon session.

The park is quite big, can spend 3-4 hours sightseeing/hiking there. There’s plenty of toilets and food stalls inside. Blue Tears can be viewed outside the park, lights turn on around 18:20 (November)
A living legend, the wisdom of the ancients—worth a visit. I suggest going from top to bottom, which is less strenuous, and then spending 10 yuan to take an electric cart. Hiring a guide would be even better.

The tour guide was very professional and patient in explaining things on-site. We communicated in advance to confirm the reception location and time, and the on-site explanation service, which was originally scheduled for 2 hours, went far beyond what was expected. The elderly were very satisfied!
Highly recommend and thank you to Professor Zhou Huan for her three-hour insightful lecture. Our family of three learned a great deal. Professor Zhou Huan was very patient, providing a wealth of practical information. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of Sanxingdui culture. My 7-year-old child listened attentively throughout the entire lecture thanks to Professor Zhou's meticulous explanations. I believe we will definitely come again in a few years when our child is older.

The atmosphere is rich in poetry and culture; I especially loved the Daya Hall and Li Du Hall ❤️ The outdoor scenery is also layered – blooming flowers, resting withered lotus leaves, towering ancient trees, and lively koi carp… each with its own unique beauty. The adjacent Huanhuaxi Park is also an extension of Du Fu Thatched Cottage ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧ A day trip 🌹🌹🌹
It's definitely worth a visit. The biggest highlight is the two thousand-year-old ginkgo trees. Watching the golden leaves shimmer in the sunlight is incredibly soothing. The area is filled with ancient trees, and the information is clearly presented.

Mount Emei is definitely worth a visit. The simplified route guide on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) was a huge help. First, you absolutely must go to the Golden Summit. The view from the top is amazing; you can see snow-capped mountains, and if you're lucky, you might even see a sea of clouds. Unfortunately, the sea of clouds was only very faint where we were, which was a bit of a shame. I recommend hiking to Wannian Temple, Bailong Cave, Qingyin Pavilion, and then to Wuxiangang Station. The scenery halfway up the mountain is breathtaking. Many hotels here offer butler service, which is fantastic.
It was really great, I'm very satisfied 😊! The service was excellent, the environment was clean, tidy and orderly! ✌️✌️✌️ It was fantastic and comfortable, I wasn't tired at all throughout the night hahaha, a very satisfying experience.

The Leshan Giant Buddha is more than just the giant Buddha statue itself. After seeing the entire Buddha from head to toe, you can visit nearby attractions such as Su Garden, Dongpo Tower, Wuyou Temple, Mahao Cliff Tombs Museum, and Pilu Temple, all of which are excellent choices.
It takes about half an hour by taxi from the high-speed rail station. It was incredibly crowded. The queue to get to the base of the Buddha statue took about an hour. There were also many foreigners visiting. It's really quite impressive, but the queues are too long. I recommend traveling during off-peak hours.

Mount Qingcheng boasts lush vegetation, abundant forests, and high humidity. Combined with its altitude of several hundred meters, the temperature is relatively low, making it an ideal summer retreat. Streams flow through the mountains, their sounds adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Yuecheng Lake's calm surface reflects the surrounding mountains and trees, creating a picturesque scene. As a renowned Taoist mountain, it possesses a rich cultural heritage. The architecture on the mountain is largely inspired by nature, blending seamlessly with its surroundings and exuding natural charm. For example, the Demon-Subduing Stone is said to be a remnant of Zhang Tianshi's battle with eight demons, and it was also a filming location for the 1986 TV series "Journey to the West," adding to its mystique.
It's pretty good. The air on the mountain is very fresh. If you're going for the hike, I wouldn't recommend the cable car; the queue is two hours long, while the cable car ride is only five minutes. Of course, it depends on the situation. It gets very crowded during the summer holidays. This is just for your reference.

I brought my mom out to experience the beautiful scenery, and she was deeply impressed. The only downside was the dry season, which meant there weren't many things to see. However, the relative abundance of tourists during the wet season is a unique advantage. I'd love to come back and experience it again sometime.
The travertine pools in Huanglong Scenic Area are breathtakingly beautiful, earning it the reputation of a fairyland. They are particularly vibrant and colorful under the sunlight. It's best to take the cable car up the mountain and walk down the boardwalk to enjoy the stunning scenery.

A near-perfect scenic area. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible. The area is sparsely populated and very peaceful in winter, perfect for hikers. The round trip hike to Flower Child is 27 kilometers with an elevation gain of over 1000 meters, offering a certain level of challenge.
It was perfect timing to catch the rime ice after school started, with the mountains and fields covered in white. Be aware of altitude sickness. The shuttle buses in the scenic area are fine, probably because there are fewer people in winter, the buses aren't crowded, and the departure intervals are relatively short.
