Liaoning Provincial Museum is located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. It is the largest comprehensive museum in Liaoning Province and one of the important cultural relics collection, research and display institutions in China. The Liaoning Provincial Museum was founded in 1949 and was formerly known as the Northeast Museum and later renamed the Liaoning Provincial Museum. The museum covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and the construction area is about 50,000 square meters. The collection of Liaoning Provincial Museum is rich and varied, including bronze, ceramics, jade, gold and silver, calligraphy and painting, tablets, coins, ancient books and good books, etc., a total of hundreds of thousands of pieces.
