A thousand-year-old dialogue with the Northern Wei Dynasty, a grand era meeting Vairocana Buddha. Here I am, at Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang, one of China's four great grottoes! I booked my tickets in advance on Ctrip and checked in upon arrival. A guided tour is essential to fully understand the history of Longmen Grottoes. The hour-long guide's explanations were vivid and captivating, revealing the grandeur and awe of the Grottoes. It was a truly worthwhile trip.
The Longmen Grottoes were excavated before Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty relocated the capital to Luoyang in 493. Between 493 and 528 AD, Buddhist statues with "elegant and refined forms" that suited the aesthetic and cultural tastes of the Han people of the Central Plains were created, and the Guyang Cave and other structures were constructed. During the Tang Dynasty, Buddhist statues were constructed under four emperors, including at Qianxi Temple and Binyang South Cave.

Excellent value for money! You absolutely must watch Yue Fei's spear-to-shouldering of the young King of Liang. Of all the performances, the individual performance was the best! The Tokyo Dream Hua performance was also excellent, witnessing the prosperity of the Song Dynasty and well worth the price of admission!
The program is very rich. The Dadongjing Menghua I watched the night before was very exciting. The various lights in the park at night are also very suitable for taking pictures. The next day I watched other programs during the day. One ticket can travel for three days, which is very worthwhile.

Laojun Mountain is quite good. Standing over 2,200 meters above sea level, Laojun Mountain, the main peak of the Funiu Mountains, attracts numerous visitors with its majestic scenery and rich cultural heritage. It is a sacred site for Taoist believers in northern China, and the mountain boasts numerous Taoist relics and temples, blending natural beauty with cultural history. ‌‌1‌‌2 Laojun Mountain is not only a natural wonder but also boasts a profound historical and cultural heritage. Legend has it that it was the place where Laozi, the founder of Taoism, retreated and practiced. The mountain is lush with trees and picturesque scenery, especially in autumn when the crimson leaves are truly captivating. Furthermore, the sea of clouds and snowy landscapes of Laojun Mountain are truly magnificent, creating a fairyland-like experience.
The Laojun Mountain Scenic Area is a fusion of natural scenery and cultural landscape. It is indeed beautiful. The scenic area is very user-friendly. You can take the cable car or climb the mountain. You can choose from a variety of options based on your own situation. It is very good.

This is a very cost-effective scenic spot. The programs are dense and interesting, especially at night. It is fun and interesting. It is too hot in the summer and cooler at night. The three-day validity period is simply great. If you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest and come back at night or the next day. The interactive games to earn silver tickets are very popular. Therefore, the NPCs are very responsible and perform seriously. I will come again if I have the chance. It’s just that it’s difficult to make an appointment. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the Three Strikes on Zhujiazhuang.
What time can I redeem my silver bills for refrigerator magnets? I arrived at Hanyuan Pier at 3:20, and the security guard said the staff weren't at work yet. I went out for lunch and arrived just after 5:00, and they said they were off duty. I'm going to file a real-name complaint for being late and leaving early... It was still a lot of fun. The forging fire was indeed beautiful, and the complimentary Hanyuan and Eiffel Tower are also worth seeing.

Henan's attractions won't disappoint! Every theater is refreshing, both in content and performance. Don't worry about your children getting lost in the action. They might not fully grasp the content, but the performances will definitely captivate them, so both adults and children will find something they enjoy!
I went in at 10am and watched 3 main plays (two were enough for me to go in), 8 small theaters and 2 outdoor ones. I came out at almost 10pm and only bought 2 bottles of water in between. Needless to say, it was the best this year.

There were no martial monks, though there was a performance but I missed it. All I could see were the tranquil temples and the stories of Bodhidharma and Sakyamuni. I recommend hiring a guide, as it's quite boring. The cable cars are long and short, so I recommend taking the Shaolin Cable Car to see the Book Cliff. It's a nice, relaxing afternoon tea there. It was very cozy, with the perfect temperature and sunshine, and the hike wasn't tiring. The cable car costs 70 and 100 yuan round trip, while the sightseeing bus is 15 yuan per trip. The parking lot is a 3-kilometer walk from the entrance.
Henan's Shaolin Temple is well worth a visit! 👏 It's not only the ancestral home of Zen Buddhism but also the birthplace of Shaolin Kung Fu, a registered World Cultural Heritage site. Whether you're interested in history and culture, Buddhist art, or Shaolin Kung Fu, this temple offers a rich experience. 🏯 A thousand-year-old temple where Zen and martial arts merge.

The scenic area is large in scale, with water as its soul and mountains as its scenery. The mountains and waters are intertwined, and the beautiful scenery is endless. The tour itinerary is well arranged, relaxing, and the check-in points are outstanding. It is worth visiting again!
❗️❗️ Special Reminders 1️⃣ We strongly recommend arriving a day early and staying overnight in a B&B near the Baquanxia parking lot. Enter the scenic area at 7:00 AM the next day. You can go rafting in Qinglong Gorge the afternoon before. 2️⃣ If you can't enter the scenic area before 8:00 AM, don't come! We strongly advise against coming in the afternoon; it's very hot and crowded, and you'll definitely run into trouble if you don't heed the advice. 3️⃣ Arrive early. Route A is recommended (buy a ticket on a certain route). The scenery is all in the first half of Route A, allowing you to take beautiful photos while you're most energetic. The canyon is very cool in the morning, and if you walk quickly, you can get out before noon. [Detailed Itinerary] 🚣🏼August 6th (Wednesday) Chartered car from Changzhi East Station directly to Qinglongxia River Rafting. Opening hours: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The water is cool and quite exciting. It's recommended to arrive early to avoid crowds. We checked in at 1:30 PM and had to queue for the shuttle bus to the river. We finished our swim and shower at 3:20 PM. Reminders: 1️⃣ Purchase your ticket online an hour in advance to get it checked in; otherwise, you'll have to buy it on-site. 2️⃣ You'll get soaked, so you don't need a raincoat. You can buy slippers, water guns, and buckets on-site. Luggage storage is available. 3️⃣ Make sure you bring a change of clothes! Swimsuits are welcome. There's a simple shower, so bring shampoo and shower gel. 4️⃣ You can get a ride from the parking lot to Baquan Gorge for 30 RMB. ⛰️August 7 (Thursday) Baquan Gorge 7:35 AM - Walk from the B&B to Parking Lot 2. Take the free scenic area shuttle for 2 minutes to the scenic area gate. There are a lot of people checking in, so you'll have to wait in line. Pitfall 1️⃣: If you're not driving, you still need to enter the parking lot to take the bus! Don't wait outside on the roadside. Pitfall 2️⃣: Be sure to buy your ticket online in advance! Enter by scanning your ID card. Tickets purchased on-site are often crowded and require a line. 7:50 AM - Sightseeing bus ride (waited in line for half an hour, the longest of the day. There were 15 people per bus, so it was a bit slow). Pitfall 3: Line B is in the left column, Line A is in the right column. Don't stand in the wrong row. 8:20 AM - The sightseeing bus takes 3 minutes to the tunnel entrance. A 5-minute walk through the tunnel leads to the cruise ship terminal. It wasn't crowded, so boarding was quick. 8:40 AM - Cruise departs. Upon disembarking, you'll find the Eight Springs Heart checkpoint. Then walk through the canyon. It's not too hot or too sunny. We spent a long time taking photos, taking 3 hours. The walk to the cable car normally takes 1-2 hours. 11:50 AM - Arrived at the cable car station. Lines lined up for the cable car 🚠, which went over several hills. After getting off, there were places to eat. We didn't climb up to the Jade Emperor Pavilion, but you can go to the back of the pavilion to see the scenery (p4). There were no other attractions after that, so we had to transfer to other small public transportation. Took the Sky Bus. Scan the QR code to buy a ticket for 20 yuan, which is recommended. The walk down the mountain takes 40 minutes. There's no shade along that stretch, so it's very sunny. There were 30 people per trip, so we waited a short while before getting on. However, the line B was very long at that time, so there was no shade and it was very sunny. Then took the elevator. It was less crowded, so we waited for the first one and got on. 1:20 PM - After exiting the elevator, we arrived at the sightseeing bus stop. We exited the scenic area and took the scenic bus to Parking Lot 1. We arrived at Parking Lot 2 at 1:45 PM and returned to our B&B.

I watched Justice Bao when I was a kid, so when I came to Kaifeng, how could I not come to Kaifeng Mansion to check in? I didn't expect the garden to be quite big, and there were performances and so on. I didn't go to a dome movie because I had to make an appointment, which was a small regret, but overall it was good.

The scenery is beautiful, both spectacular and beautiful. The service in the scenic area is also very good. The service area is well-equipped, the price is not expensive, and the quantity is large and full. It is one of the best attractions I have visited in so many years.
We signed up for a private tour in Shanxi this time. Choosing a private tour completely overturned my stereotype of group tours! I truly enjoyed my travel life! It was a journey full of surprises. The itinerary, transportation, accommodations, and scenic spot arrangements all met our expectations. We decided on our departure times each day. Driver Li Ying provided comfortable and convenient transportation. From airport pickup to drop-off, the entire journey was smooth and safe. This saved us time and energy, allowing us to fully enjoy our trip.

This is a modern re-creation of an ancient city wall. It's majestic and impressive. From the gate, you can see the surrounding buildings, especially the building opposite where Wu Zetian ascended the throne. Plus, visiting Luoyang and wearing Tang Dynasty clothing with a traditional headdress is a joy for any woman! 😊 Unfortunately, during our summer vacation, there was only a light show and no other performances. Without a guide explaining the history of the city wall, I wouldn't have gotten a good feel for it, and the tour would have felt rather ordinary. This is within Luoyang city and accessible by bus. I found the public transportation in Luoyang to be inexpensive, costing only 1 yuan per trip. The Yingtianmen City Wall can get quite hot in the summer, but you can relax inside the museum, which has air conditioning and videos to watch. This ancient capital city makes Luoyang's tour guides very proud of their city!
This scenic area is much more spectacular and beautiful at night than during the day! Many photographers recommend trying on Hanfu costumes. During the day, we visited Mingtang Paradise and saw some free performances. In the evening, we bought the Tang Palace Music Banquet performance, which included a ticket to Yingtian Gate. It was quite immersive, and the NPC interactions were fun. I really liked the Vermillion Bird lady. While the refreshments were a bit limited, we enjoyed the simple performance and the free Hanfu costume experience. Tickets allow you to go upstairs. Overall, it was quite good!
