I took my family to Hangzhou this weekend. After visiting West Lake, how could we not visit Lingyin Temple? To get to Lingyin Temple, you need to buy tickets to Feilai Peak. I've usually gone directly to Lingyin Temple, but today I got to visit Feilai Peak. The scenery is quite nice! The tour guide was also very interesting!

Huangshan's scenery is truly beautiful, but it's also true that the entire tourism industry is in decline. The high prices on the mountain are understandable, and there's drinking water on the mountain, which is really great. But the prices down there are outrageous. Huangshan needs to regulate its tourism industry.
The Huangshan Yuping Cableway soars like a rainbow through the clouds, reaching the summit of a towering peak. Stepping out of the platform, the thousand-year-old Welcoming Pine stands proudly on the cliff face, its twisted branches stretched out like an outstretched arm. Yet, everywhere you look, crowds of people swarm. The observation deck is packed, and long lines of people scurry along the winding mountain path. Even if you have to stand on tiptoe and wait patiently, witnessing this "National Gift Pine" standing alone amidst a sea of clouds, all the hustle and bustle becomes a pilgrimage to nature—the sea of people is a unique sight in Huangshan, making the trip worthwhile!

Although it's a man-made attraction, it's truly stunning. It's a great place to visit both day and night. I traveled in September to avoid the crowds. During the day, there were very few people, and the lighting was perfect, making for great photos. At night, it was busier, and the lights were on, creating a magical atmosphere perfect for travel photography. There were beautiful women everywhere. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, sharing their specialties. The entire area was spotless and tidy, and I always saw someone cleaning. It was a great experience.
It's worth coming here. The service of the girls and brothers here is very good. The aunt also provides a special car for pick-up and drop-off. The food here is also very delicious. The scenery is beautiful and there is a swimming pool. I will come again next time. It is also very convenient for worshiping Buddha. The butler service is very considerate.

The cable car is very convenient to go up, and the scenic spots are very photogenic. The things in the scenic area are a little expensive but they are all within an acceptable range. It's a pity that I left before the night view. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
It was a completely unexpected journey. I had planned to go to Huangshan but found out that there were no tickets left just before departure. My friend recommended the nearby Wuyuan Huangling. Huangling in autumn is picturesque and it was worth the trip!

The Buddha's Head Palace is still worth a visit. It was too hot when I went there. I took the bus up the mountain directly, but I still had to walk so far after getting off. It is not recommended for the elderly to go during this time. It would be better to go when the weather is cooler.

The night view is beautiful, but there's not much to do during the day. This place has three things going for it: plenty of B&Bs, plenty of restaurants, and plenty of Hanfu influencers. The original village atmosphere has been reduced, and commercialization has become more pronounced.
The business atmosphere is strong, the content is relatively homogeneous, and there are lights beautification at night. If you want to see the original scenery, it is best to come early in the morning when the store is not open and there are not many people! Yangzhou is characterized by the Slender West Lake, a must-see spot. It is very fun, the scenery is beautiful, and there are views everywhere. Xiao Qiao and the flowing water. It is very convenient to buy tickets on Ctrip.
While it wasn't the fireworks season of March, Yangzhou in early May was bursting with spring, with flowers in full bloom. My family members traveling with me said that if they had visited during other seasons, the lack of vibrant colors would have been a far cry from the beauty. However, the sheer number of tourists during peak season still significantly diminished the experience... Another aspect of the Slender West Lake Scenic Area that I felt was poorly planned was the lack of a direct boat trip from the South Gate to the North Gate. We walked through the entire area from south to north, and wanted to take a boat directly back to the South Gate, but that wasn't an option. We also wanted to take the distinctive, semi-open, human-powered boat, but that wasn't an option either. They said the boats were only available after we walked back to the boat station in the middle... Overall, it added a lot of effort and time to our itinerary. I'm also curious: do you need a driver's license for the small boats you can rent in the scenic area? On our return boat trip, the water traffic on some of the scenic area's bridges was extremely congested, and there were no traffic signals, which made for an unexpected accident.

It's worth a visit! We walked the middle loop and took the Waishuangxi cable car up. The climb was a bit tiring, but the scenery was beautiful! It's a bit far from the Giant Python Peak and the Goddess Peak, so if you want to get closer to these attractions, I recommend taking the Jinsha cable car. Every step you take is a different scene, and you can truly appreciate the wonders of nature. A phone camera simply can't capture its beauty! I hope to come back if I have the chance.
The scenery is indeed good, and it's suitable for hikers. I took the 5-hour middle loop route, including the Waishuangxi cable car. However, there are many shortcomings: expensive tickets, cable cars, and official parking; poorly marked and disorganized road signs; practically no service at the scenic area; smelly restrooms; and high prices on the mountain.
