The downside is that after visiting the scenic area, you don't know where to exit. There is no clear instruction on where to take the bus. I took two more buses and asked the staff before I figured out that I had to exit from the Beer Square.
I booked a six-day, five-night group tour departing from Guiyang on Ctrip. The itinerary was very well-organized, and the guide was attentive. We didn't shop, but the guide pushed some products, and we didn't complain if we didn't buy anything. The food and accommodation were excellent. The group meal cost 40 yuan per person, and the food was clean and tasty. However, the long table banquet at the Miao village had limited dishes and wasn't very tasty. The entire trip was in a luxurious minibus, and the driver kept it clean and quiet.
Guizhou's beauty left a deep impression, but tourism in Guizhou still needs improvement. For example, the roads in scenic areas are generally narrow and frequently congested, especially in the Duopotang Scenic Area. Furthermore, some of the shuttle buses to the scenic areas are patchwork, ranging from buses to dirty and worn minibuses.
The Xiaoqikong Scenic Area recommends imitating Jiuzhaigou, where the shuttle bus takes visitors directly to the final destination, Wolongtan, allowing visitors to tour from the top down, saving energy and avoiding the traffic on the way up and down.
All in all, Guizhou's beauty is truly captivating and well worth a visit.

It's definitely worth a visit, especially during the flood season, when the weather is clear and the crowds are minimal. The scenic area service is included in the sightseeing bus schedule. Why isn't there a bus going directly from Xiaoqikong to Wolongtan? I had to transfer three times from the East Gate. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied. Prices are pretty reasonable for the scenic area.
This scenic area, with the exception of the Seven-Arch Ancient Bridge, is worth visiting. To experience it yourself, you must go from the West Gate to the East Gate. It really saves a lot of effort. The shuttle bus within the scenic area is very convenient, but you do need to transfer. Friends who want to play in the water should wear slippers or sandals, grab a water gun, and be prepared with clean clothes at any time.

The scenery is better at night, there is nothing to see during the day. It is a place you will regret not going to, and you will regret it even more if you go. It is too commercialized and there is basically nothing to see. You have to pay to enter.
The location, environment, facilities, and service of this B&B are all excellent! It's not far from the parking lot, but the owner still came to pick us up, making it convenient to take our luggage directly to the B&B. Qingyan Ancient Town isn't very large, so the B&B is convenient for exploring everywhere, perfect for a stroll. Highly recommended!

I took the high-speed train from Guiyang to Qianxi Station at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and then took a taxi to Zhijin Cave in 45 minutes. The online taxi was very cheap, with a flat price of 120 and a toll of about 25. It was very convenient. I was sent directly to the tourist center, where I stored my luggage first, and then took a shuttle bus in. There was no queue in the morning, and it took 5 minutes to get to the cave entrance. Then I walked in for a while and came out in a little over 2 hours. I also sat in several places inside. The main thing was to sit when I was tired. There were many benches inside for rest. Some places were a bit humid, so it was very convenient to bring a paper bag with me. I saw the background picture of the Guizhou weather forecast: Silver Rain Tree. It was very magnificent. The cave was extremely cool. I didn't have any hope after reading the comments, but after entering the cave, I was still captivated by the beautiful scenery. After coming out, there was a shuttle bus to Zhijin Grand Canyon, entering the world of Tomb Raiders Notes. In the afternoon, I waited in line for half an hour for the boat, and after coming out, I took a direct bus to Huangguoshu.

Although Qingyan Ancient Town is not far from Guiyang city and can be reached directly by bus, the ancient town as a whole is still relatively well preserved and not very commercialized, especially the section of the city wall. You can climb up to see the scenery from a distance and overlook the entire city from a close distance. It is really worth a visit.
The commercialization of ancient towns is still quite serious. Now the ancient towns across the country are all the same, selling kebabs and doing travel photography... I went there mainly during the summer vacation, there were too many people, and it happened to be a very hot day, so it was crowded and there was really no energy to stroll around 😂😂😂

Anyone who loves art or has a unique taste will love this place, just like I love ugly things (except people, hahaha). I feel that the price-performance ratio is really super high. The ticket price is only 20, and I happened to catch the free Nuo opera at 15:30 in the afternoon. I can also take photos with the actors for free. There are also masks 🎭 that you can take photos with yourself. The cultural and creative gifts inside are not very expensive. I didn’t buy anything in the two major scenic spots of Huangguoshu and Miao Village, but I bought my favorite ugly things here. It’s not far from Guiyang, so I personally think it’s quite worth it. Thank you to the designer for his great creation 👹
It's near Guiyang North Station and close to the MixC. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and the Provincial Museum and Geological Museum are not far away. Xingzhu Road Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient to everything. The room was spacious, larger than your average Hanting room. Disposable towels and a toilet seat were provided, and the bathroom and hairdryer were very comfortable. There were also some books in the room, which was very nice. The breakfast was limited, basically just early fruit, but there was freshly cooked noodles with crispy noodles, which the kids loved. The free popcorn, popsicles, and ginger tea at the front desk were very enjoyable. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

The scenery is amazing, and the air is fresh.
But I have to complain: when it's crowded and the park is about to close, many tourists who board the bus early don't get off at the last two or three stops. This leaves many tourists waiting for more than 10 or 20 minutes without a seat at the last few stops. The scenic area doesn't specifically arrange for empty buses to pick up guests, and only those with seats can get on the bus if they leave on time. For a 5A scenic area, this shouldn't happen. I hope they can improve the management to provide a better experience for tourists!

After watching TikTok, I had been thinking about it for a long time. Finally, I came to Guizhou and chose to go rafting on the Gaoguo River. It was exciting and enjoyable. The water was very cold, but it was worth it.
The VIP experience is truly different, with dedicated access and parking, as well as dedicated areas for showering, changing, and picking up items. Wujiang Village is well built, but I really don't recommend coming here on holidays because there are too many people, which completely affects the mood of traveling.
