The National Museum in New Delhi offers a fascinating journey through India’s rich history and cultural heritage. With an extensive collection of artifacts, including ancient sculptures, rare manuscripts, and exquisite paintings, it provides deep insights into India’s artistic and historical evolution. The well-organized galleries and informative displays enhance the experience. However, some sections may need better maintenance and interactive.
On August 15, 1949, the National Museum, New Delhi, was inaugurated in the Rashtrapati Bhawan by Shri R.C. Rajagopalachari, the Governor-General of India. The foundation of the present building was laid by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the Prime Minister of India, on May 12, 1955. The first phase of the National Museumbuilding was formally inaugurated by Dr. SarvepalliRadhakrishnan, the Vice President of India, on December 18, 1960. The second phase of the building was completed in 1989.

I appreciate the windows of India Gate the most. They are perfect stone carvings! They are shocking. The windows are carved at equal distances. Even if they are processed by modern machines, there will be a large error. But you know, these windows are so exquisite, at least visually, without any difference. It is really shocking.
Driving from the volcano to the island, Indonesia is so cool! Because of a photo in "Lonely Planet", Indonesia's Bromo Volcano completely captured my heart. After three years, I stepped out of the country again, and I couldn't wait to see this "most moon-like place on earth" with my own eyes. Of course, Indonesia is more than just this volcano. In order to fully experience this mysterious and interesting country, we chose to drive by ourselves. We rented a car on xie🍊, which was super convenient. We got the car directly at the airport after getting off the plane. By the way! It is recommended to choose the worry-free rental service, which is super safe with 24-hour after-sales service! We traveled from Jakarta through small towns, volcanoes, forests, and islands, and it was like walking into a fantasy movie along the way. 🇮🇩Must-visit recommendations in Indonesia ◾️Drive an off-road vehicle in the early morning to see the sunrise of Bromo Volcano ◾️Thousands of waterfalls under the volcano ◾️Wear a gas mask to climb Ijen Volcano to see the blue fire (depending on your luck) ◾️Walk into the "Lord of the Rings Forest" to see the winding branches all over the sky ◾️Lie flat mode on the beach in Bali ◾️Go to Ubud to experience culture and art ◾️Go to Penida Island to see what paradise looks like

This building is also located in the city of New Delhi, India. The entire building itself is quite distinctive. It is an ancient historical building. The tower is not very tall, with an earth-yellow brick and stone structure. The bottom buildings below have some signs of falling off and decay.
Monkeys from nearby areas often appear on the streets to look for food. They basically feed on urban garbage. They have probably forgotten how to survive in the wild and are no longer afraid of people. India is really an animal paradise! Once I saw a cockroach and I didn't dare to step on it because I was afraid of being scolded.

Gurudwara Sri Bangla Sahib is one of the most revered Sikh temples in Delhi, known for its serene ambiance, sacred tank, and rich history. It's a place of peace, devotion, and selfless service. Visit for a spiritual experience. #SriBanglaSahib #Gurudwara #Delhi #Sikhism #SpiritualJourney #Peace
It was very crowded on Sundays, so I suggest you visit at another time. Be prepared to cover your head and take off your shoes, it helps to go into the museum at a slower pace and learn more. There is also a movie to give you a better understanding, but it is in Hindi. A volunteer from the reflecting pool explained the various beliefs of Sikhism. The temple has a community kitchen that provides food for free to anyone. It is run by volunteers. However, if you don't like crowds, it may not be a good place for you.

Lotus Temple in India is a famous landmark building in Delhi, also known as the "House of Worship". It is said that the number of tourists visiting it exceeds that of the famous Taj Mahal. The appearance of Lotus Temple looks like a blooming lotus, symbolizing the mutual tolerance and coexistence of different religions. Its appearance is similar to the "Sydney Opera House" and is jokingly called "two buildings that can talk to each other."
The Lotus Temple is really a huge lotus-shaped building with a very rough design style. I don’t know the characteristics of this building. I have not entered the temple, but have only seen it from a distance. It is in line with the rough design style of Indians and is very representative.

This massive garden is a beautiful place to spend an evening! We went on a nice breezy day which made our outing even more mesmerising. The endless number of walkways, duck lake and picturesque pieces of monuments string a very happening outing all together. Click a bunch of pictures at this historical place and relax in the lap of nature.
Whenever I visit the iconic Lodhi Gardens, I always imagine myself back in time to Delhi during the reign of the Lodhi dynasty. This huge green park, which has several gates for entry, is always packed with people who come to take photos and do outdoor activities. In the mornings and evenings, dim lights illuminate the monuments and you can see joggers running circles around the park. I love the colorful monuments that have been preserved in this busy city. The park is free to enter and, on normal days, it is not difficult to find a paid parking space here.

The Indian Habitat Centre is a cluster of different areas in one. From the Lotus Pond, Visual Arts Gallery to Stein Auditorium and Amphitheatre, this place holds various performances of music, dance, other cultural events and festivals. You must also enjoy the authentic All American Diner. It will take you back to the 60s-70s and take you on an amazing American Breakfast!
The architecture of the landmark building and the spaces created within allow for the fusion of indoors with outdoors in an unconventional way, making for a very interesting venue for displays and inviting people to come and experience the space and any products on display here become part of the larger canvas that the conference center sits on.

The DILLI HAAT boasts of craft stalls selling native, utilitarian and ethnic products from all over the country. It also has cultural events happening from time to time. Also you have a chance to taste food from different states. Although you need to pay a minimal entry fee to enter this place, it is worth a visit. You get to see distinct and some innovative pieces of work at this place. Whenever you are visiting Delhi, do keep a day to soak yourself at this delightful place!
Fun to tour. I went with a guide who also took us to other parts of India and in many cases he recommended waiting to buy some things that could be bought at the source, so to speak. You have to bargain and if you have a guide make sure to ask if you will see something similar elsewhere or if what you see here is unique.

I wish to share my experience of Delhi Zoo. A great place to visit when the weather is nice. I went there on Saturday, 18th January 2020 with my 5 year old daughter and wife. The opening hours are from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs in the morning... It is closed on Fridays. Parking charges are Rs. 50 Entrance fee Rs. 40 per adult. Entrance fee Rs. 20 per child below 5 years old. Still and video cameras are available at an additional cost. Golf carts are also available... No food is allowed inside, there are different counters inside that offer beverages like aerated drinks, juices, flavored milk, tea and coffee
The zoo in Delhi has an entry fee of Rs. 40/person. There are proper guide arrows there to help one tour around the place but these sometimes fail as you miss many animals if you follow them. We could see almost all the animals there. It was amazing to see hippo, white tiger and rhino as these animals are a rare sight even in zoos. No exotics are allowed in the zoo. It takes at least 3 hours to visit the complete place and may be more. Choose a nice day to visit and avoid visiting in summer or rainy days. It is a good place if you are an animal lover.
