Tingtao Villa is located on the seaside. You can hear the sound of the waves directly, hence the name Tingtao Villa. The building is very beautiful, and the decoration inside is magnificent and shocking. There is also a mini villa in the garden, which is a building suitable for children to play. It looks quite interesting. It was raining that day, and when we visited the indoors and came to the outdoors, there was heavy fog. We could hardly see the sea view, and could only hear the sound of the waves. It was really like listening to the waves. The whole scenic spot took about one and a half hours to two hours to visit. Tingtao Villa is more than an hour's drive from Boston one way. If you are in a tight schedule, it is not recommended to go there.
It is said that many wealthy people live in Rhode Island, and the former owner of Treadaway Villa is undoubtedly one of them. Although the ticket is $26 per person, there are still many tourists who come from afar to visit, and parking spaces are difficult to find! After entering the lobby, you can get a Chinese interpreter, which will help you better understand the past and present of this villa. It takes about half a day.

This gorgeous stone palace, Marble Villa, is a more luxurious summer home. It was built for William K. Vanderbilt and his wife from 1888 to 1892. It was Vanderbilt's 39th birthday gift to his wife. The house villa was inspired by the Petit Trianon in the Palace of Versailles. The Chinese teahouse in the garden behind the castle is also a major feature of this castle. I feel that after visiting Newport Castle for too many times, there will be aesthetic fatigue, but the Chinese teahouse on the large lawn here is impressive. It is said that the hostess of this teahouse also held a rally for women's voting rights here. Standing on the lawn, you can see the blue sea at a glance. Compared with the Chateau-sur-Mer mansion, the interior decoration of this castle is more exquisite and magnificent, and many carvings and murals are also incorporated into the decoration.
The owners of Marble House and The Breakers are both from the Winderbilt family, so there is an underground passage of about one kilometer connecting the two estates. It is called Marble House because 500,000 cubic feet of marble were used to build the estate. The interior of the estate is magnificent and splendid, perfectly interpreting the luxury of the American Gilded Age. The most unique thing in the estate is a Chinese-style tea pavilion built on the Atlantic Ocean, with red pillars and green tiles. Sitting in the tea pavilion, you can see the scenery of the estate on one side and the endless sea on the other.
