Kagura Kagura Ski Resort, in a broad sense, includes three areas, Kagura, Tashiro, and Mitsumata. Among them, Tashiro and Mitsumata have cable car stations for going up and down the mountain, so they are the entrances and exits of the ski resort. Tashiro and Mitsumata are mainly beginner and intermediate ski slopes, while Kagura is more suitable for intermediate and advanced players.
If you want to go directly to Kagura, it is more convenient to go up the mountain from Mitsumata. After going up the mountain, it is more convenient to take a cable car to the top of the mountain, and then ski once to take the closed cable car to Kagura. The distance is quite long. You can ski down on the return trip, which should be the longest ski slope here.
Tashiro has more ski slopes than Mitsumata. After going up the mountain, you have to take the cable car/ski/cable car/ski several times to guide yourself to Kagura. It is easy to ski off the road, but it doesn’t matter if you are not in a hurry. The view of the top of the mountain at the junction of Tashiro and Kagura is quite good.
In short, among the three areas, Tashiro has the most beginner slopes, and the ski slopes are very wide. Mitsumata is also suitable for beginners, but there are fewer snow trails and two parks. Kagura is basically intermediate and advanced trails, and there are also many wild snow trails.
