Condensed version of Hell Hot Springs, with different styles of Hell Hot Springs attractions from 1-chome to 6-chome, including blue, red, mud, etc. Don't confuse it with "Sea Hell"~ There is drinkable hot spring water, which is said to be able to rejuvenate, and you can also steam your face. If you have time to travel by yourself, you can get an atlas stamp and buy a combined ticket to check in all the Hell Hot Springs
You can choose to take the circular bus 🚌 and check in at 7 hell hot springs. It is more cost-effective to buy a combined ticket. Half a day should be enough. Each hot spring in the hell hot spring has a different flavor. Blue, pink, and khaki are all very good.

I highly recommend it! Yufuin is a small hot spring town about two hours from Fukuoka. Stay at a ryokan, take a warm hot spring bath, and enjoy delicious kaiseki and breakfast~
Yufuin which is in the middle of Oita Prefecture is an amazingly tranquil and scenic place to spend some quiet time of connecting within and recharging. You will see beautiful mountain views of Mount Yufu all around and padi fields. which give such a calming effect. What is outstanding is also that there are so many hot springs around! In fact, Yufuin is designated as a National Hot Spring Health Resort where numerous visitors come to soak in them. My current experience is at the private accommodation of Yawaraginosato Yadoya where there are very clean public baths and private onsens for guests. The staff here are super friendly, helpful and able to speak excellent English. It is impressive! I have no doubt that you’ve have most wonderful memories should you get a chance to stay here.

The various hells in Beppu, including Umi Jigoku, each offer unique scenery, but they're all incredibly beautiful and well worth a visit. It's recommended to start your tour at Umi Jigoku, then visit each of the five hells in the order you've entered your ticket. The first five are all in one area and can be reached on foot. The last two require public transportation.
interesting first time been there many steams coming out from the hotpot nearby attractions are good as there are choices to choose

I recommend everyone to go there! If you go to Beppu, you must go to Sanrio Land! It is also very convenient to go there! We took the train from Beppu Station to Yanggu and then took a taxi there. There are not many people in the park! It is very friendly to children! There is no need to queue for the project! My daughter had a super happy time! I really recommend it! It looks good for taking pictures! It's pink!
Harmonyland is a small, charming theme park in a small district of Hayami in japan. you can plan a day trip so for a half day you can tour at theame park and can enjoy the other part of day at surrounding area which is breathtaking countryside. The theame park is not too big so If you arrive early then you can enjoy all the rides in couple of hour. Small park but a place to refresh. yourself.

The entire train journey took a little over two hours. The section from Yufuin to Kurume featured typical Japanese countryside scenery, which was quite pleasant. The so-called waterfalls online were actually quite small (perhaps I misunderstood the train announcements). The train announced some scenic spots, though only in Japanese and English. The onboard interaction was also quite pleasant. The attendants explained which carriages had what, and you could even wear the train attendant uniforms and take photos. Finally, just before arriving in Hakata, they distributed candy printed in the train's iconic colors.
There are a lot of people around Yufuin Floral Village, but the other areas are quiet and perfect for healing. It feels like a Japanese countryside village. There are lots of street foods and many small shops selling cute small items :)

How can you miss Kinrin Lake when you come to Yufuin In the morning, the lake is covered with mist, and it feels like you are in a fairyland When the sun rises, the mist dissipates, and you can see the lake rippling like fish scales, which is so beautiful. There is a hot spring hotel nearby, which is very convenient. The small shop under the hot spring hotel is also very good. The colored candies sold there are delicious, with several flavors. The green one is matcha, the yellow one is ginger flavor, and the key color is amber. You can buy it and try it. I haven't seen it anywhere else.
It is a very unique small street with many snacks and specialty shops. It is a must-visit place for tourists! The Snoopy Village at the end of the street is newly opened, with many boutiques and coffee shops! You can have a good afternoon of leisure! Love the environment of this place!

Beppu Onsen, also known as Beppu Hatto, consists of eight hot spring towns, each with its own characteristics. Beppu's geothermal phenomena are rich and varied, and the amount of water and the richness of minerals are second to none. Few places in the world can compare with it. The spring water in each place has different spring qualities and different therapeutic effects.
Hop around the different "hells" in Beppu to see different onsens including sea, fire, etc. Nice experience and stunning

It is a very beautiful town that is integrated with nature🥰🥰 Take a walk by Lake Kinrin while looking at the Yufuin Mountains. Then eat the famous local half-cooked cheesecake Very leisurely and a good place to travel with the whole family🥰🥰
Jinlin Lake is not big, it is just a pond for us! But the area around the lake is quite artistic, with some restaurants and teahouses. There are two restaurants beside Jinlin Lake where you can enjoy the lake view while eating, and it is also nice to sit down and rest and spend a leisurely time! When the sun sets, the lake is shining with golden light, which makes it even more worthy of its name!

Kamado Jigoku is about a 5-minute walk from Umi Jigoku and Onishibozu Jigoku. Multiple hot springs are separated into blocks, and experience corners such as "drinkable hot springs" and "steam baths" are unique to this place. Next to the shop and eat-in space where you can eat soy sauce pudding and hot spring century eggs, there is also a foot bath. It is a little crowded, but eating and drinking are prohibited in the foot bath area and there is a good turnover, so you can get in quickly. Towels are also available for free rental (other Jigoku are generally purchased for 200 yen). We recommend visiting after Umi Jigoku.
Zao Jigoku, located in Beppu Onsen Town, includes several hot springs including foot bath hot springs and tender skin hot springs. In addition, countless tourists come here every year to see the cement-colored lava hot springs!
