A lake of emerald waters, half of Jiangnan. The beauty of West Lake lies in its "fusion"—the seamless interweaving of natural beauty and cultural charm, creating the most gentle footnote to Jiangnan. It is never a single scene, but a living canvas of the changing seasons: in spring, willow branches dip into the water along the Su Causeway; in summer, lotus leaves in the winding courtyard reflect the sun; in autumn, the fragrance of osmanthus rain wafts across the valley; in winter, the Broken Bridge is blanketed in snow, leaving the whiteness of the white. Each season strikes a balance between subtle and subtle beauty. Even more remarkable is the way this lake of emerald waters connects millennia of stories. The Su Causeway and the Bai Causeway embody the warmth of a literati's reign; the Leifeng Pagoda embodies the romance of folklore; the Crane Pavilion on Gushan retains the spirit of a hermit; even the lakeside teahouses evoke the leisurely mood of "trying new tea with a new fire." It neither aspires to the grandeur of the Five Mountains nor emulates the immensity of rivers and seas. Instead, with its "clouds and mountains on three sides, and the city on one side" layout, it integrates mountains and water into everyday Hangzhou. This "unpretentious" beauty makes West Lake more than just a tourist destination - it is the backdrop for locals' morning jogs, a vehicle for tourists to pursue their dreams, and the concrete answer to "poetic living" in the hearts of Chinese people.
Hangzhou West Lake is a world-famous tourist attraction and a 5A-level tourist attraction that is open to tourists free of charge nationwide. It not only has the legendary story of Xu Xian and White Snake, but also has the characteristics of the Jiangnan water town and many delicious foods. Welcome to Hangzhou West Lake.

The night view is pretty good, and walking around is not too tiring. The only thing is that the ticket price is a bit expensive, and the ticket window is not very flexible. I had to wait for a long time to redeem the ticket on non-holidays (I didn’t bring my ID card, so I had to go to the window to redeem the ticket). It felt terrible!
It is recommended to go in around 4 pm. The attractions during the day are shocking, but not that beautiful. When the lights are on at night, there is a feeling of being in a fairy world. The years are really quiet. Although we brought pets, it is not recommended. In the end, it was crowded when we went out. I carried them out.

Our stay at this B&B in Huangling was truly a truly memorable experience, and I have to give a huge thumbs-up to the owner! The owner was incredibly welcoming, providing a car to pick us up and drop us off at the B&B and the scenic area, saving us the hassle of finding our way and carrying our luggage—a true blessing for lazy people. And the food was absolutely amazing! For breakfast, the owner even prepared a heartwarming bowl of hot noodle soup. Lunch and dinner were both home-cooked meals prepared by the owner himself, and they were absolutely delicious! There was no pre-prepared feeling at all; every bite was a taste of home, leaving us completely satisfied. The accommodations also exceeded our expectations. The B&B was newly renovated within the past two years, and the facilities are brand new and exceptionally smart, making it both comfortable and convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and every detail is meticulously thought out. Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic stay! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangling—just go for it!
The beauty of Wuyuan in autumn is all in Huangling. You must stay overnight here because there are too many people during the day. This way you can enjoy the quiet morning and the lively night parade.

Originally, I hadn't planned to go to Sanqing Mountain on this trip. I wanted to climb Huangshan first, then Hongcun, Wuyuan Huangling, Wangxian Valley, and then prepare to go to Jingdezhen. The local driver recommended it to me on the way and said I must go there. Because we were pressed for time, we took a small circle and went up and down the Jinsha Cableway, but it was still amazing. The scenery is different from Huangshan and it is worth a visit.
It's absolutely amazing to watch the sunrise at this hotel. You can see the goddess statue right outside the door, which is very convenient. It's great to have such an environment in the mountains, but the room is a bit small.

If you don't have enough time, you must go to Puji Temple, Fayu Temple and Nanhai Guanyin. The last time I came here, I took the cable car to Huiji Temple. If you don't take the cable car, there are 1,088 steps.
The management process of the scenic area is standardized and orderly, and each link is well connected. The natural environment of the scenic spot is breathtakingly beautiful, and every step is a scene that makes people linger. The incense is even more prosperous! It is the most beautiful tourist attraction

Although they are all artificial scenery, I have to say it is quite beautiful, the performance is great, the service of the staff is also very good, the East Second Gate Tourist Service Center can store luggage, it is worth a visit
Songcheng's "A Thousand Years of Love" is so shocking! The real-life special effects are full, and the NPCs in the scenic area have a sense of substitution, traveling through a thousand years in one day. The reception lady Niu Yinan is very enthusiastic and must be praised

It's really nice to stroll around and take a boat ride. The scenery is beautiful both day and night when the weather is nice. I definitely recommend staying in the scenic area so you can explore longer and be more relaxed. However, I haven't stayed there, so I don't know what the conditions are like. The food is a bit expensive, and I didn't eat much, so it's hard to compare.
I've been to Wuzhen about three or four times, and every time I go, I have a different feeling. This time I went alone and it was early, so there weren't many people around. I took a leisurely stroll and it was quite pleasant.

The characteristics of several scenic spots in Jiangxi are relatively similar, the night view is more beautiful, and the performances are also similar. Personally, I think it’s okay to choose one of the three attractions. There is no need to go to all of them.
There is no need to go during the day. I personally recommend starting at 5 o'clock. There are many places to eat inside. The playing time is about 3 hours. The night view at night is good and the performance is also OK. It's awesome.

This is the most worthwhile scenic spot I have visited this year. It was not crowded with tourists on October 1st. The scenery is beautiful, the facilities are complete, the road signs are clear, the service is enthusiastic, the South Gate cable car and the painless escalator are very convenient, and it is not tiring to walk down the mountain. The overall loop line took 3 hours, which was very enjoyable.
The scenery is very good. If you don't count the other messy charges, the ticket price alone is definitely worth it. I bought a ticket for the cable car. It was very easy and there was not much walking.

[Pingtan Island: The Closest "Blue Tears" Wonderland to Taiwan, a Flavorful Journey Across Mountains and Seas] If you were to compile a list of Fujian's islands, Pingtan Island would undoubtedly earn its place as "special." Not only is it the closest mainland island to Taiwan (just 68 nautical miles), it's also a hidden gem that blends magical nature, quaint fishing villages, and a burgeoning artistic atmosphere. The following is a detailed review based on four aspects: scenery, experiences, food, and practical advice: --- 🌊 1. Natural Wonders: Dreamy Blue Tears and Windmill Sea Blue Tears (April-August only) is Pingtan's signature wonder. At night, the waves glow a faint blue, resembling stars falling into the sea. This is actually a bioluminescent phenomenon produced by the accumulation of Noctiluca scintillans. Beigang Village, Tannan Bay, and Changjiangao are the best spots to observe the tears. While watching for them requires careful attention to tides and weather forecasts, and luck is crucial, if you do happen to see them, it's an unforgettable romantic experience. The windmill fields offer a visual feast during the day. The giant white windmills on Changjiangao Beach and the northern ecological corridor spin in the wind, creating a striking scene against the azure sea and black reefs, giving every shot a cinematic feel. --- 🏘 2. Cultural Customs: Stone Villages and Slow Island Life Pingtan's traditional villages are centered around "stone houses"—gray-brown granite houses dotted between the mountains and the sea, their roofs pressed with stone for windproofing, a quaint and durable aesthetic. Recommended: · Beigang Village: A cluster of stone houses, renovated through artistic means, featuring homestays, cafes, and cultural and creative workshops, perfect for a short stay while enjoying the ocean view; · Maotoukan: A secluded village hidden in a mountain valley, offering panoramic views of the bay from atop a hill; · Dongxiang Island (filming location for "Where Are We Going, Dad?"): Reachable by boat, this village retains its original fishing village atmosphere and is perfect for adventure lovers. --- 🦞 3. Dining Experience: Seafood Extravaganza and Authentic Snacks · Seasonal Seafood: Mantis shrimp (mantis shrimp), swimming crab, clams, and sturgeon rice are freshly caught and cooked. Recommended options include street food stalls in the county town or home kitchens in fishing villages. Blanching or steaming brings out the freshness and sweetness. · Specialty Snacks: · Fortune (Salty Rice): Soft and glutinous on the outside, with a filling of seaweed, seafood, and pork, for a savory and fragrant bite; · Forever: Deep-fried sweet dumplings with peanut and sesame filling, crispy on the outside and runny on the inside; · Eight Treasures Fried Cake: Potato flour and seafood stir-fried for a chewy and smooth texture. · Recommended Locations: Night markets around Haitan East Road in the county town and Longfengtou Beach. --- 📌 IV. Practical Tips: 1. Transportation: Driving from Fuzhou to Pingtan takes about 1.5 hours (the cross-sea bridge is now open). It's recommended to rent an electric car (¥80-100/day) for flexible travel within the island. 2. Accommodation: For convenience, choose the county seat (near Longfengtou); for a more artistic experience, choose the stone-built B&B in Beigang Village. 3. Itinerary: 2-3 days is ideal, with Day 1 covering the northern route (Beigang to Changjiangao to the Ecological Corridor) and Day 2 covering the southern route (Tanan Bay to Houyan Island). 4. Note: Sun and wind protection is recommended in summer (strong sea breezes), while the temperature swings are significant in winter. Blue Tears require nighttime observation, so traveling with companions is recommended. --- Summary: Pingtan Island's charm lies in its "interweaving of wildness and art"—it boasts untouched sea erosion wonders, wild and...
Family, Pingtan Island truly embodies island romance! If you're looking to watch the sunrise, Dragon King Head is the place to go. Watching the sun slowly rise from the horizon early in the morning on the beach is a truly breathtaking sight. Many people set up tents on the beach, creating a truly captivating atmosphere. There are also cultural and creative shops nearby, selling postcards and other souvenirs that are truly memorable and worth buying. Don't miss Houyan Island, too. It's the closest point in mainland China to Taiwan, and admission is 35 yuan per person. There are tons of photo spots on the island, and any photo is truly stunning. It takes about two hours to explore, making it perfect for photography enthusiasts. If you prefer a lively and atmospheric beach, Tannan Bay is a great choice. While it's a bit crowded, it has an open-air cafe and a tatami area. It's a relaxing evening spot to enjoy a drink with friends and soak in the sea breeze. For a quieter, less crowded beach, Yuehai Bay is a less popular beach in Pingtan, with fine, white sand, stunningly blue water, and few people. There's even a swing on the beach, perfect for photos, capturing a refreshing and soothing feeling. Beigang Village boasts Pingtan's most typical traditional stone houses. The village is filled with the charm of everyday life and is a charming little fishing village, though it's now becoming more commercialized. A must-see is the scenic Ring Road, which circles the island, facing the ocean, offering panoramic views along the way. It's a pleasant drive or bike ride. Dalian Island, known as the "Little Santorini of Fujian," boasts breathtaking scenery and is perfect for wedding photos. Every corner is photogenic. However, the area is relatively small, so exploring it in about half an hour is enough. Tickets to Xianrenjing (Immortal Well) cost 21 yuan per person. There are two paths: the upper path leads to the observation deck and Xianrenjing, offering panoramic views of the ocean. The lower path leads to the gorge, where the black reefs exude a unique, austere beauty. Jingsha's black sand beach, also known as "Little Iceland," boasts a unique texture of sand and reef. However, be aware of the high tide times here, as there are sea cockroaches on the rocks. If you're particularly afraid, you can skip this attraction. Xianshui Village is a truly dreamy village, clean and full of life. It feels like stepping into a Hayao Miyazaki anime world. However, there's a 10 yuan fee for taking photos on the village swings. Changjiang'ao, home to a vast sea of windmills, is Pingtan's best sunset viewing spot. Watching the sun slowly sink between the windmills and the sea is incredibly romantic. You can also go fishing here, so if you've never tried it before, give it a try and experience the joy of catching fish. It's truly fun. Beibu Gulf is perfect for photography enthusiasts, with its windmill highway and glass plank road, offering stunning photo opportunities. However, parking can be difficult in the afternoon, so arrive early to secure a good spot. Heping Village, with its fairytale-like town and road leading to the sea, has a truly cinematic feel. You can also witness the romantic sunset glow, making it a perfect place for a leisurely stroll and soaking up the tranquility and beauty of the town. Pingtan Island's attractions are divided into the South Route (approximately one day) and the North Route (approximately two days). On Day 1, you can visit Longwangtou, 68 Nautical Mile Scenic Area (Houyan Island), Tannan Bay or Yuehai Bay; on Day 2, visit Xianrenjing Scenic Area and Beigang Village.
